كتاب فقه السنة هو كتاب يتناول مسائل من الفقه الإسلامي مقرونة بأدلتها من صريح الكتاب وصحيح السنة، ألفه سيد سابق. صدر الجزء الأول من الكتاب في أواسط الأربعينات من القرن العشرين الميلادي، الموافق سنة 1365 هـ وهو رسالة صغيرة الحجم، من القطع الصغير، وكان في (فقه الطهارة)، وقد صدره بمقدمة من المرشد العام للإخوان المسلمين الشيخ الإمام حسن البنا، تنوه بمنهج الشيخ في الكتابة، وحسن طريقته في عرض الفقه، وتحبيبه إلى الناس. ظل الشيخ في الكتابة في الفقه بعد ذلك، ويخرج في كل فترة جزءاً صغيراً حتى اكتمل أربعة عشر جزءاً ثم صدر بعد ذلك في ثلاثة أجزاء كبيرة. …
Translation
The book Fiqh al-Sunnah is a book that deals with issues of Islamic jurisprudence coupled with evidence from the clear Qur’an and authentic Sunnah, written by a former master. The first part of the book was published in the mid-forties of the twentieth century AD, corresponding to the year 1365 AH, and it is a small treatise, of small pieces, and it was on (the jurisprudence of purity). It was issued with an introduction from the general guide of the Muslim Brotherhood, Sheikh Imam Hassan Al-Banna, praising the sheikh’s approach to writing, his good way of presenting jurisprudence, and his endearment to the people. The Sheikh continued to write about jurisprudence after that, and every period he published a small part until fourteen parts were completed, and then it was published in three large parts. …
