هذا معجم لغة الفقهاء، الذي جمع المؤلف محمد قلعجي مصطلحات الفقه من خلال رحلة استمرت أكثر من خمسة وعشرين عاما. يعد هذا المعجم تخصيصيًا للباحثين والدعوة العرب، حيث يجمع بين المصطلحات العربية والإنجليزية. يهدف المؤلف إلى تعريف المصطلحات الفقهية وتحديد أصولها اللغوية، ثم إثبات تعريفها اللغوي، ثم إثبات ما يقابلها باللغة الإنجليزية. يعد هذا المعجم خطوة أولى في تعريف الفقه الإسلامي في الدراسات القانونية المقارنة، ويساهم في إعادة المجد الغابر للامة الإسلامية.

Translation

This is a dictionary of the language of jurists, in which author Muhammad Qalaji collected the terms of jurisprudence through a journey that lasted more than twenty-five years. This dictionary is intended for Arab researchers and advocates, as it combines Arabic and English terms. The author aims to define jurisprudential terms and determine their linguistic origins, then prove their linguistic definition, then prove their equivalent in the English language. This dictionary is a first step in defining Islamic jurisprudence in comparative legal studies, and contributes to restoring the bygone glory of the Islamic nation.
