The book “Dictionary of the Reins of Science in Borders and Drawings” by Al-Suyuti is a comprehensive terminological dictionary that aims to introduce the reader to the terms used in various sciences and arts, explaining the subtle differences between their meanings according to each group of scholars. The book is organized into twenty-one chapters, covering various fields, including interpretation, hadith, jurisprudence and its origins, theology and dialectic, and Arabic language sciences such as grammar, morphology, rhetoric, and prosody, in addition to logic, wisdom, form, geometry, arithmetic, music, astrology, medicine, ethics, and mysticism.
