أعلام الموقعين عن ربِّ العالمين كتاب ألفه ابن قيم الجوزية جمعَ فيه بين الفقه وأصوله ومقاصد الشريعة وتاريخ التشريع والسياسة الشرعية مستعينًا بأوَّل ما أُخذ وتُلقِّي عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، وعمَّن انتشر عنهم الفقه والدِّين. ثم تكلَّم على الاجتهاد و القياس في بحث مطوَّل، وصل به إلى نهاية المجلد الثاني، مع أمثلة مطوَّلة. ثم تناول دراسة تفصيلية لمجموعة كبيرة من الفتاوى في مسائل مهمَّة في مباحث القضاء والعقيدة والعبادات والمعاملات والزواج والطلاق و الربا، وبعض الفتاوى عن الضَّرورات التي تبيح المحظورات وغير ذلك، وقد أحسنَ الاستشهاد وتروَّى في الترجيح.

Translation

Notable Signatories on the authority of the Lord of the Worlds is a book written by Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyyah, in which he combined jurisprudence and its principles, the objectives of Sharia law, the history of legislation, and Sharia policy, drawing on the first that was taken and received from the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and from those from whom jurisprudence and religion spread. Then he spoke about ijtihad and analogy in a lengthy study, which he brought to the end of the second volume, with lengthy examples. Then he dealt with a detailed study of a large group of fatwas on important issues in the areas of judiciary, belief, acts of worship, transactions, marriage, divorce, usury, and some fatwas about necessities that permit prohibited things and other things. He cited well and was thoughtful in his weighting.
