الطرق الحكمية في السياسة الشرعية هو كتاب في القضاء الشرعي، ألفه ابن قيم الجوزية (691 هـ - 751 هـ/1292م - 1349م). ويتناول الكتاب أصول القضاء الشرعي، وتحقيق طرقهِ التي تلائم سياسة الأمم بالعدل. سبب تأليفه هو: الإجابة عن أسئلة وردت إليه تسمى: «الطرابلسيات» وهذا على غرار كتبه الأخرى التي كانت أجوبة عن أسئلة وردت إليه، مثل: «الداء والدواء»، و«المنار المنيف»، و«مطالع السعد بكشف مواقع الحمد»، و«الكلام على مسألة السماع». …

Ruling Methods in Sharia Policy is a book on Sharia judiciary, written by Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyyah (691 AH - 751 AH / 1292 AD - 1349 AD). The book deals with the origins of Sharia judiciary, and achieving its methods that suit the nations’ policy of justice. The reason for writing it is: to answer questions that came to him called: “Al-Tarabulsiyyat,” and this is similar to his other books that were answers to questions that came to him, such as: “The Disease and the Drug,” “Al-Manar Al-Munif,” “Matala’ Al-Saad bi Kashf Al-Hamd,” and “Discourse on the Issue of Hearing.” …
