This manuscript is the fourth part of the book “Al-Fawa’id Al-Awali Al-Muntakafa,” known as “Al-Thaqafiyyat.” It is compiled by Al-Qasim bin Al-Fadl Al-Thaqafi, and is included in the manuscripts of the Prophet’s Hadith. It contains hadiths narrated with high chains of transmission, including what he narrated on the authority of his sheikhs, such as Abu al-Fath Hilal bin Muhammad and others. It appears from its introduction that it was heard and narrated by a number of narrators, such as Abu Taher al-Salafi and others, with care being taken to adjust the speakers and permissions.
