This manuscript is part of the Amali al-Hafiz Ibn Mandah, which is one sitting that he dictated in the month of Ramadan in the year three hundred and eighty-eight AH, and it was narrated from him by his son Abu al-Qasim Abd al-Rahman. The manuscript includes attributed prophetic hadiths narrated by Ibn Mandah with his chain of transmission to the Companions, and begins with a dictation council in which he mentions the series of narrations and authorization. This work falls within the hadith manuscripts concerned with narrating the Prophet’s hadiths with their connected chains of transmission.
