This book is an introduction to “Al-Sunan Al-Kubra” by Imam Al-Bayhaqi, and is concerned with explaining the principles and rules of hadith science and methods of dealing with different narrations. The book addresses important topics such as the etiquette of seeking and teaching knowledge, the scholar’s ​​position on fatwas and similarities, and how to give weight to news when there is disagreement. The book includes multiple sections that talk about the virtue of knowledge, the hatred of preventing it, the importance of honesty in narration, and verification before issuing a fatwa, which makes it a reference in the methodology of dealing with the Sunnah of the Prophet.
