Translation

This book, “The Selected from the Musnad of Abd ibn Humayd,” is a collection of selected hadiths of the Prophet from the Musnad of Abd ibn Humayd, and has been edited and selected from multiple copies to ensure the accuracy of the text. The book deals with hadiths related to the companions of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and reviews the Musnad of each of the major imams such as Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq, Omar bin Al-Khattab, Othman bin Affan and others. The second edition of the book was distinguished by revising the texts of the hadiths in several manuscripts, and adding more interpretations and sayings of the scholars, with some amendments to the rulings based on the development of jurisprudence and the emergence of the hadith reasons.
