هذا كتاب في علم التصريف، وهو من تأليف ابن الحاجب، ويضم متن "الشافية" إلى جانب نظمها المسماة "الوافية". يبدأ الكتاب بتعريف التصريف باعتباره علمًا يُعرف به أحوال أبنية الكلم التي ليست بإعراب، ثم يتناول بالتفصيل أنواع الأبنية للاسم والفعل، والميزان الصرفي، والقلب المكاني، وأقسام الصحيح والمعتل، ويمتد ليشمل موضوعات صرفية متعددة كالتصغير والنسب والجمع والوقف.
Translation
This is a book on the science of morphology, written by Ibn al-Hajib, and it includes the text of “Al-Shafiyya” along with its verses called “Al-Wafiyya.” The book begins by defining morphology as a science that recognizes the conditions of word structures that are not grammatical. Then, it discusses in detail the types of structures for nouns and verbs, morphological scale, spatial inversion, and the correct and ill-defined sections. It extends to include multiple morphological topics such as diminutive, relative, plural, and stopping.
