يقدم الكتاب دراسة شاملة لأدب الاختلاف في الإسلام، مستندًا إلى تحليل تاريخي ومقارن بين مختلف المراحل منذ عهد النبوة حتى الفقه المعاصر. يتناول المؤلف في فصوله حقيقة الاختلاف، أنواعه، آدابه، وفوائده، مع استعراض لتجارب الصحابة والتابعين ومواقف العلماء في الخلافات العقائدية والفقهية. كما يسلط الضوء على مناهج الأئمة في الاستنباط وأسباب الاختلاف عبر العصور، مسعياً إلى إحياء البعد الإيماني وتوجيه النقاشات إلى سُبلٍ بناءة.
Translation
The book presents a comprehensive study of the literature of disagreement in Islam, based on a historical and comparative analysis between the various stages from the era of prophecy until contemporary jurisprudence. In its chapters, the author discusses the truth about disagreement, its types, etiquette, and benefits, with a review of the experiences of the Companions and Followers and the positions of scholars in doctrinal and jurisprudential disputes. It also sheds light on the imams’ approaches to deduction and the reasons for disagreement throughout the ages, seeking to revive the faith dimension and direct discussions to constructive paths.
