بداية الهداية هو كتاب للإمام أبو حامد الغزالي، في التصوف، يعتبر مقدمة لكتاب إحياء علوم الدين. وقد قسمه الغزالي إلى قسمين: القسم الأول: جاء في الطاعات، وفيه آداب النوم، والاستيقاظ منه ودخول الخلاء، والوضوء، والغسل، والتيمم، والخروج من المسجد ودخوله، وما بعد طلوع الشمس إلى الزوال، وآداب الاستعداد لسائر الصلوات، التي هي أصل الدين، وأحد أركان الإسلام، وذكر فيه ما يتعلق بالإمامة، والاقتداء والجمعة، والصيام. القسم الثاني تحدث فيه عن اجتناب المعاصي، وبين فيه معاصي القلب، وأنها أخطر من معاصي الجوارح، وآداب الصحبة والمعاشرة مع الخالق سبحانه ومع الخلق.
Translation
The Beginning of Guidance is a book by Imam Abu Hamid Al-Ghazali, on Sufism, and is considered an introduction to the book The Revival of Religious Sciences. Al-Ghazali divided it into two parts: The first section: It dealt with obedience, and it included the etiquette of sleeping, waking up from it, entering the toilet, ablution, washing, tayammum, leaving and entering the mosque, and what follows sunrise until noon, and the etiquette of preparing for the rest of the prayers, which is the foundation of the religion, and one of the pillars of Islam, and mentioned in it what is related to the imamate, following the example, Friday prayers, and fasting. The second section talked about avoiding sins, and explained the sins of the heart, and that they are more dangerous than sins of the limbs, and the etiquette of companionship and intercourse with the Creator, Glory be to Him, and with creation.
