This book, “Al-Anwar fi Shamail al-Nabi al-Mukhtar” by Al-Baghawi, is a book on the classification of biography and virtues. It contains multiple chapters that deal with the attributes of the Prophet Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, from his choice in the preceding to his attributes in the Resurrection. It also includes topics such as the signs of his prophecy, his miracles, his names, his attributes, his hair, his gray hair, his pleasant scent, his forbearance, his forgiveness, his turning away from what he hated, and his gentleness in matters. His dignity, his apology, his awe, his pity, his crying, his anger at God, his pleasure, his laughter, his joking, his action when he sneezes, his modesty, the quality of his speech, his silence, his speech in a language other than the Arabic language, his listening to poetry, his courage, his presence, his humility, his asceticism, and his turning away from this world.
