جوامع السيرة النبوية : هو كتاب مختصر في السيرة النبوية، صنفه الإمام ابن حزم، كان يرمي من وراء تصنيفه إلى وضع مختصر قريب المأخذ، سهل المتناول، في أيدي طلابه، كما فعل في كثير من رسائله التاريخية، مثل رسالة " نقط العروس "، ورسائله في رجال القراءات، والحديث، والفتوح، وتواريخ الخلفاء؛ وأنه كان في هذا المختصر يضع الأصول التي لا يستغني عن تذكيرها أو استظهارها كل من اشتغل بالسيرة النبوية من طلاب العلم. يتناول الكتاب ما شاع من حياة النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم منذ ولادته إلى وفاته، مع ابراز لشمائله وصفاته وأخلاقه العطرة.

Translation

Jami’ al-Birah al-Nabawiyyah: It is a brief book on the biography of the Prophet, compiled by Imam Ibn Hazm. His goal behind its classification was to provide a short, accessible, easy-to-read summary in the hands of his students, as he did in many of his historical treatises, such as the treatise “Nukt al-Arous” and his treatises on men of readings, hadiths, conquests, and histories of the caliphs. In this summary, he included the principles that every student of knowledge who studies the Prophet’s biography cannot do without remembering or memorizing. The book deals with what was common in the life of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, from his birth to his death, highlighting his virtues, qualities, and fragrant morals.
