يقدّم الكتاب "شهداء أحد الذين ذكرهم ابن إسحاق في مغازيه" للكاتب محمد بن عبد الله غبان الصبحي، وهو مؤلف سيرة و شمائل. يفتتحه تمهيد ديني يشتمل على تمجيد الله وإشارات قرآنية، ثم يتناول غزوة أحد وفضل شهدائها. ينقسم المحتوى إلى فصول تسرد أسماء الصحابة الذين استشهدوا في المعركة بحسب انتمائهم من المهاجرين، الأوس، والخزرج، مع ذكر كل اسم على حدة.
Translation
The book presents “Martyrs of one of those mentioned by Ibn Ishaq in his battles” by the writer Muhammad bin Abdullah Ghaban Al-Subhi, who is the author of a biography and Shamail. It opens with a religious introduction that includes the glorification of God and Quranic references, then deals with the Battle of Uhud and the virtue of its martyrs. The content is divided into chapters that list the names of the companions who were martyred in the battle according to their affiliation with the Muhajireen, Aws, and Khazraj, with each name mentioned separately.
