هذا الكتاب "تحرير الأحكام في تدبير أهل الإسلام" لمؤلفه بدر الدين ابن جماعة يتناول موضوعات السياسة الشرعية والقضاء. يركز على الأحكام المتعلقة بالإمامة والسلطنة، ويشمل فصولاً حول شروط الإمام وأحكامه، وحقوقه وواجباته، بالإضافة إلى تقليد الوزراء واتخاذ الأجناد للجهاد. كما يتناول الكتاب أحكام الغنيمة والهدنة وأحكام أهل الذمة، مستنداً في ذلك إلى السنن والآثار وأقوال العلماء.
Translation
This book, “Tahrir al-Ahkam fi Tadir al-Ahl al-Islam,” by Badr al-Din Ibn Jama`ah, deals with the topics of Sharia politics and the judiciary. It focuses on the rulings related to the Imamate and the Sultanate, and includes chapters on the terms and conditions of the Imam, his rights and duties, in addition to imitating the ministers and taking the soldiers to jihad. The book also deals with the rulings on spoils, truces, and the rulings of the people of Dhimmah, based on the Sunnahs, traditions, and the sayings of scholars.
