تيسير العلام شرح عمدة الأحكام هو كتاب من كتب الحديث، ألفه العلامة عبد الله البسام (1346-1423)، يحتوي كتاب عمدة الأحكام للحافظ عبد الغني المقدسي على نخبة منتقاة من أصح آثار النبي ، اختارها من صحيح البخاري وصحيح مسلم، ورتبها على الأبواب الفقهية، لتكون عونا على أخذ المسائل من أدلتها الصحيحة ، ثم أتى الشيخ عبد الله البسام فقام بشرحه شرحا تميز بأسلوب سهل، فتكلم أولا على المعنى المجمل متحريا مطابقة اللفظ، ومبيناً ما طوي تحت الألفاظ من حكمة وتشريع أو توطئة وتمهيد وغيره مما توحيه الجمل والألفاظ، وإذا احتاج المقام إلى توضيح من بعض طرق الحديث التي لم يورده المؤلف أجمله الشارح معه منبها على ذلك، لتتم الف …

Translation

Tayseer Al-Alam Sharh Umdat Al-Ahkam is a book of hadith books, written by the scholar Abdullah Al-Bassam (1346-1423). The book Umdat Al-Ahkam by Al-Hafiz Abdul-Ghani Al-Maqdisi contains a selection of the most authentic works of the Prophet, which he chose from Sahih Al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim, and arranged them in jurisprudential chapters, to be an aid in taking issues from their correct evidence. Then Sheikh Abdullah Al-Bassam came and explained it in a distinguished manner in an easy manner, so he spoke first about the general meaning. Investigating the correspondence of the wording, and indicating what is hidden under the words, such as wisdom, legislation, introduction, introduction, and other things suggested by the sentences and words.
