كتاب في تخريج الأحاديث التي استُدل بها في المسائل الفقهية الخلافية، يذكر فيه المؤلف مذهب الحنابلة في المسألة ومذهب المخالف، ثم يبين درجة الأحاديث الواردة في كل مذهب من الصحة والضعف، معتمدًا على النقد الحديثي. يهدف الكتاب إلى الكشف عن الدليل النقلي للمذهبين بإنصاف، دون ميل أو مجازفة، ليعرف القارئ الصحيح من السقيم في أدلة الفقهاء.

Translation

A book on grading the hadiths that were used as evidence in controversial jurisprudential issues, in which the author mentions the Hanbali doctrine on the issue and the opposing doctrine, then shows the degree of soundness and weakness of the hadiths contained in each doctrine, relying on hadith criticism. The book aims to reveal the transmission evidence of the doctrines fairly, without bias or risk, so that the reader can know the correct one from the incorrect one in the evidence of the jurists.
