نظم العقيان في أعيان الأعيان للسيّوطي هو كتاب تراجم وطبقات يختص بسرد سيرة وإسهامات الشخصيات البارزة من العلماء والقضاة والشعراء، ويُرتّب محتواه حسب الحروف الأبجدية بدءًا من حرف الهمزة. يضم الكتاب مجموعة من الأسماء المشهورة مثل الباعوني، الخجندي، ابن خضر، والعرياني، مع ذكر أسانيدهم ومؤلفاتهم، ويُرفق كلّ سيرة مقتطفات من نظمهم وخطاباتهم لتبيان قدراتهم الأدبية والعلمية. يهدف المؤلف إلى تجميع معلومات موثوقة عن أعيان الأعيان في مرجعٍ شامل يُسهل الرجوع إليه للباحثين في تاريخ الأدب والفقه الإسلامي.
