Obligations and follow-up by Al-Daraqutni

The book “Obligations and Tracing” by Imam Al-Daraqutni is a work of Hadith sciences, in which he criticizes the approach of Sheikhs Al-Bukhari and Muslim in their Sahihs. The author mentions hadiths narrated by one or both of the sheikhs on the authority of a narrator from among the Successors, then he explains that this narrator or his counterpart has other famous preserved hadiths that they did not narrate, considering that narrating them is obligatory according to their conditions and doctrine in grading. The book aims to trace back what the two sheikhs missed of hadiths that meet their conditions of authenticity, to complete what they overlooked.
