كتاب في علم الحديث، يبحث في مسألة تباعد وفاة راويين عن شيخ واحد، فيذكر الرواة مرتبين على حروف المعجم، ويبين الفرق الزمني بين وفاة كل راويين. يندرج هذا المصنف ضمن فنون علوم الحديث التي تعنى بطبقات الرواة ووفياتهم، وقد صنفه الحافظ الخطيب البغدادي ليكون مرجعًا في هذا النوع من المباحث الحديثية.

Translation

A book on the science of hadith, examining the issue of the spacing between the deaths of two narrators from one sheikh. It mentions the narrators in alphabetical order, and explains the time difference between the deaths of each narrator. This work falls within the arts of hadith sciences, which are concerned with the classes of narrators and their deaths. Al-Hafiz al-Khatib al-Baghdadi classified it as a reference in this type of hadith investigations.
