هذا الكتاب هو دراسة علمية في علوم الحديث، تتناول قضية كتابة الحديث النبوي في العصر النبوي، وتبحث في الأحاديث التي وردت في النهي عن الكتابة والأحاديث التي وردت في الإذن بها. يهدف المؤلف إلى التوفيق بين هذه الأحاديث المتعارضة ظاهرياً، من خلال منهج التعليل ودفع التعارض، مع بيان حقيقة كتابة الصحابة للحديث بين يدي النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم.

Translation

This book is a scientific study in the sciences of hadith. It deals with the issue of writing the Prophet’s hadith in the Prophet’s era, and examines the hadiths that were mentioned prohibiting writing and the hadiths that were mentioned permitting it. The author aims to reconcile these apparently conflicting hadiths, through the method of reasoning and eliminating the contradiction, while explaining the fact that the Companions wrote the hadith in the hands of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace.
