كتاب يبحث في مسألة اشتراط اللقاء والسماع بين الرواة المتعاصرين في السند المعنعن، وموقف الإمامين البخاري ومسلم من هذا الشرط. يستعرض المؤلف جذور المسألة تاريخياً، ويفصل وسائل إثبات اللقاء عند البخاري، وأثر عدم ثبوت اللقاء في صحة الحديث عنده، مع بيان منهجه النقدي في نصوصه المتعلقة بهذه المسألة.

Translation

A book that discusses the issue of the requirement of meeting and hearing between contemporary narrators in the chain of narrators, and the position of Imams Al-Bukhari and Muslim on this condition. The author reviews the roots of the issue historically, and details the means of proving the encounter according to Al-Bukhari, and the effect of not proving the encounter on the validity of the hadith according to him, while explaining his critical approach in his texts related to this issue.
