هذا الكتاب "أصول السرخسي" هو تأليف الإمام السرخسي في مجال أصول الفقه والقواعد الفقهية. يتناول الكتاب مباحث متعددة في الأصول الفقهية، منها موجب الأمر ومقتضاه، حكم الواجب والأمر، صفة الحسن في الأحكام، العزيمة والرخصة، الخاص والعام، الحقيقة والمجاز، إضافة إلى بحوث في المعاني اللغوية المستخدمة في الفقه وضوابط الاستدلال بالأدلة الشرعية. يهدف الكتاب إلى بيان القواعد والأصول التي تُستفاد منها الأحكام الفقهية وفصل الحلال من الحرام.

Translation

This book, “Usul al-Sarkhasi,” is written by Imam al-Sarkhasi in the field of jurisprudence and jurisprudential rules. The book deals with multiple topics in the principles of jurisprudence, including the obligation and requirement of a command, the rule of duty and command, the quality of goodness in rulings, intention and licence, the specific and the general, truth and metaphor, in addition to research into the linguistic meanings used in jurisprudence and the controls for reasoning with legal evidence. The book aims to explain the rules and principles from which jurisprudential rulings can be used and to separate what is permissible from what is forbidden.
