Translation
In his book, “The Science of the Fundamentals of Jurisprudence and the Summary of the History of Legislation,” Abdul-Wahhab Khallaf presents a detailed study of the foundations of Islamic jurisprudence and its rules. In the book, he deals with legal evidence such as the Qur’an, the Sunnah, consensus, and others, and discusses the linguistic fundamental rules and their applications in jurisprudence. The book also presents a glimpse into the author's life and his scientific and practical career, indicating his contributions in the fields of Islamic law and Arab culture.
