Qawati’ al-Ilwal is a book on the fundamentals of Islamic jurisprudence, written by Al-Hafiz Abu al-Muzaffar al-Sam’ani (426 AH - 489 AH). In his book, the author spoke about the introductions to the fundamentals of jurisprudence, the sections of speech, commands, general and specific, general and clear, narrations, abrogated and abrogated, consensus, analogy, ijtihad, and other fundamentalist chapters. The book al-Qawat’ al-Usul by Abu al-Muzaffar al-Sam’ani is considered one of the most important books written in the fundamentals of jurisprudence. The author wrote it in a unique and exquisite style, which was of great benefit and skill, because even though he classified it in the manner of theologians, he mixed it with some jurisprudence, as jurists do.
