هذا الكتاب هو مجموعة فوائد وشروح على منظومة في القواعد الفقهية، ألفها صالح الأسمري لشرح معاني القواعد وأقسامها وتطبيقاتها. يتناول الكتاب تعريف القاعدة الفقهية ويناقش الفروق بينها وبين الضابط الفقهي، ويستعرض أقسام القواعد الفقهية المختلفة، ويذكر أهمية تدوينها. كما يشرح الكتاب القواعد الفقهية الرئيسية مثل قاعدة الأمور بمقاصدها وقاعدة الدين مبني على جلب المصالح ودرء المفاسد وقاعدة المشقة تجلب التيسير، مع توضيح مدلولاتها وأحكامها وتطبيقاتها الفقهية.

Translation

This book is a collection of benefits and explanations on a system of jurisprudential rules, written by Saleh Al-Asmari to explain the meanings of the rules, their divisions, and their applications. The book deals with the definition of the jurisprudential rule, discusses the differences between it and the jurisprudential rule, reviews the sections of the various jurisprudential rules, and mentions the importance of codifying them.
