هذا مختصر من كتاب المؤمل في الرد إلى الأمر الأول، وهو من تصنيف الإمام العلامة شهاب الدين أبو شامة، يتناول الكتاب أصول الفقه والقواعد الفقهية، ويستعرض مناقب الإمام الشافعي وفضله في نشر العلوم، ويذكر أهمية الرجوع إلى كتب السنة ونصوص الأئمة في اتباع الكتاب والسنة، مع التحذير من التقليد الأعمى وبيان فضل العلماء الذين اهتموا بتحقيق الأدلة الشرعية.
Translation
This is a summary from the book Al-Mu'amil fi Al-Radd ila Al-Amr Al-Awwal, compiled by the scholar Imam Shihab al-Din Abu Shamah. The book deals with the foundations of jurisprudence and the rules of jurisprudence, reviews the virtues of Imam Al-Shafi'i and his virtue in spreading science, and mentions the importance of referring to the books of the Sunnah and the texts of the imams in following the Qur’an and the Sunnah, while warning against blind imitation and stating the virtue of scholars who were interested in verifying legal evidence.
