هذا الكتاب "الفكر السامي في تاريخ الفقه الإسلامي" لمؤلفه الحجوي، يتناول نشأة وتطور العلوم الإسلامية مع التركيز على الفقه الإسلامي. يدرس المؤلف مراحل تطور الفقه منذ قبل الإسلام وحتى العصر النبوي، مستعرضاً أهم المصادر التشريعية وأساليب الاستنباط الفقهي. يهدف الكتاب إلى فتح آفاق جديدة للباحثين في مجال الفقه الإسلامي وتسليط الضوء على جوانب مهمة في نشأة العلوم الإسلامية وتطورها عبر العصور.

Translation

This book, “The Sublime Thought in the History of Islamic Jurisprudence,” by Al-Hajwi, deals with the emergence and development of Islamic sciences with a focus on Islamic jurisprudence. The author studies the stages of development of jurisprudence from before Islam until the era of the Prophet, reviewing the most important legislative sources and methods of jurisprudential deduction.
