كتاب في أصول الفقه يبحث في مفهوم القطعية في الأدلة الشرعية الأربعة (الكتاب، السنة، الإجماع، القياس)، ويقسمه إلى بابين: الأول يتناول قطعية الدليل من حيث جهاتها (الثبوت والدلالة) وما يفيدها أو يمنعها، وأثرها في الاصطلاح والاجتهاد والتعارض؛ والثاني يخص أحكام القطعية في الكتاب والسنة من جهتي الثبوت والدلالة، كقطعية الخبر المتواتر والواحد وقطعية النص والعموم والمفهوم.

Translation

A book on the principles of jurisprudence that examines the concept of definitiveness in the four legal evidences (the Qur’an, the Sunnah, consensus, and analogy), and divides it into two sections: The first deals with the definitiveness of the evidence in terms of its aspects (provenance and significance), what benefits or prevents it, and its effect on terminology, ijtihad, and contradiction. The second concerns the rulings of definiteness in the Qur’an and Sunnah from the standpoints of proof and significance, such as the definiteness of a recurring and single report and the definiteness of a text, its generality and its concept.
