Translation
This book deals with the subject of jurisprudential rules and their applications in the four schools of thought, presenting their definition, benefits, and sources, and reviewing a number of basic jurisprudential rules with their benefits. The author aims to clarify the importance of jurisprudential rules in applying Sharia rulings and organizing Islamic jurisprudence, relying on the Qur’an, Sunnah, and jurisprudential jurisprudence throughout history.
