هذا الكتاب يتناول موضوع المطلق والمقيد في علم أصول الفقه، ويستعرض تعريفات هذين المفهومين في اللغة والاصطلاح، ويدرس دلالاتهما وفرقهما مع النكرة والعام، كما يبحث في حكم المطلق والمقيد وحالات حمل المطلق على المقيد وشروطه وأسباب الخلاف بين العلماء في هذا الموضوع. الكتاب يركز على تطبيقات هذا المفهوم في المسائل الفقهية المتعلقة بالصلاة والطهارة والحدود والكفارات وغيرها من المواضيع الفقهية.
Translation
This book deals with the subject of the absolute and the restricted in the science of jurisprudence. It reviews the definitions of these two concepts in language and terminology, and studies their connotations and their difference with the indefinite and the general. It also examines the rule of the absolute and the restricted, the cases of assigning the absolute to the restricted, its conditions, and the reasons for disagreement among scholars on this subject. The book focuses on the applications of this concept in jurisprudential issues related to prayer, purity, punishments, expiations, and other jurisprudential topics.
