This book, “Al-Mu’tamid fi Usul al-Fiqh,” by Abu al-Husayn al-Basri al-Mu’tazili, deals with the topics of the foundations of jurisprudence and the rules of jurisprudence in an organized and organized manner. The author focuses on addressing the main issues of jurisprudence, such as commands and prohibitions, general and clear, abrogated and abrogated, consensus, news, analogy, prohibition and permissibility, and other basic rules related to the principles of jurisprudence.
