Translation
This book is a memorandum on the principles of jurisprudence that includes basic definitions and concepts in this science. The book deals with the definition of the principles of jurisprudence as an additional component and as an independent science, and explains the meanings of the word “usul” and “jurisprudence” in language and terminology. It also studies the general rules on which jurisprudence is built, Sharia rulings, and methods of jurisprudential reasoning. The book also includes topics such as dividing speech into fact and metaphor, commands and prohibitions, abrogation, consensus, narration, analogy, ijtihad, and imitation.
