هذا الكتاب "المنثور في القواعد الفقهية" للزركشي بدر الدين يتناول قواعد وأصول الفقه الشافعي، مبينًا مجمل القواعد الفقهية وتفصيلاتها. يهدف إلى ضبط الأحكام الفقهية المتعددة ضمن قوانين موحدة، ويستعرض قواعد فقهية تضبط أصول المذهب الشافعي وتوضح مأخذ الفقه على نهيه. الكتاب يجمع بين الإجمال والتوضيح، ويستعرض الفروق والموافقات في القواعد الفقهية.

Translation

This book, “Al-Manthur fi Al-Qawaa’ al-Fiqhiyyah,” by Al-Zarkashi Badr al-Din, deals with the rules and principles of Shafi’i jurisprudence, explaining the general rules of jurisprudence and their details. It aims to control the various jurisprudential rulings within unified laws, and reviews jurisprudential rules that regulate the principles of the Shafi’i school of thought and clarify the principles of jurisprudence over its prohibitions. The book combines brevity and clarification, and reviews the differences and agreements in the jurisprudential rules.
