Translation

The book “Evaluating Consideration of Commonly Controversial Issues” by Ibn al-Dahan deals with disputed jurisprudential issues, and aims to evaluate consideration of them and bring the facts closer together. The book deals with issues of worship, transactions, marriage, and crimes, relying on the four schools of jurisprudence while introducing the Shafi’i doctrine. The book focuses on presenting controversial jurisprudential issues in a systematic manner, and aims to guide the reader to the correct consideration of these issues.
