أدب المفتي والمستفتي هو كتاب من تأليف الإمام أبي عمرو عثمان بن عبد الرحمان المعروف بـ ابن الصلاح الشهرزوري، ذكر فيه شروط المفتي وأوصافه وأحكامه، وصفة المفتي وأحكامه، وكيفية الفتوى والاستفتاء، وآدابها. نشرته مكتبة العلوم والحكم في المدينة المنورة وطُبِع عام 1423 هـ - 2002 م بتحقيق الدكتور موفق عبد الله عبد القادر.

Translation

The Etiquette of the Mufti and the Mufti is a book written by Imam Abu Amr Othman bin Abdul Rahman, known as Ibn al-Salah al-Shahrazuri, in which he mentioned the conditions, descriptions and rulings of the mufti, the description of the mufti and his rulings, how to issue a fatwa and referendum, and its etiquette. Published by the Library of Science and Wisdom in Medina and printed in 1423 AH - 2002 AD, edited by Dr. Muwaffaq Abdullah Abdul Qadir.
