حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ طَاوُسًا عَنْ رَجُلٍ رَمَى الْجَمْرَةَ بِسِتِّ حَصَيَاتٍ فَقَالَ لِيُطْعِمْ قَبْضَةً مِنْ طَعَامٍ قَالَ فَلَقِيتُ مُجَاهِدًا فَسَأَلْتُهُ وَذَكَرْتُ لَهُ قَوْلَ طَاوُسٍ فَقَالَ رَحِمَ اللَّهُ أَبَا عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ أَمَا بَلَغَهُ قَوْلُ سَعْدِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَرَمَيْنَا الْجِمَارَ أَوْ الْجَمْرَةَ فِي حَجَّتِنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ثُمَّ جَلَسْنَا نَتَذَاكَرُ فَمِنَّا مَنْ قَالَ رَمَيْتُ بِسِتٍّ وَمِنَّا مَنْ قَالَ رَمَيْتُ بِسَبْعٍ وَمِنَّا مَنْ قَالَ رَمَيْتُ بِثَمَانٍ وَمِنَّا مَنْ قَالَ رَمَيْتُ بِتِسْعٍ فَلَمْ يَرَوْا بِذَلِكَ بَأْسًا

Affan told us, Abdul-Warith told us, Ibn Abi Najih told us, he said: I asked Tawus about a man who stoned the Jamarat with six pebbles, and he said To eat a handful of food. He said, “I met a Mujahid, so I asked him and mentioned to him what Tawoos had said. He said, ‘May God have mercy on Abu Abdul Rahman. Did he not convey it to him?’” Saad bin Malik said, “We stoned the Jamarat or the Jamarat during our Hajj with the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, then we sat and discussed. Among us were those who He said, “I threw six.” Among us are those who say, “I threw seven.” And among us are those who say, “I threw eight.” And among us are those who say, “I threw nine,” but they saw no harm in that.

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْحَنَفِيُّ عَبْدُ الْكَبِيرِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَجِيدِ حَدَّثَنَا بُكَيْرُ بْنُ مِسْمَارٍ عَنْ عَامِرِ بْنِ سَعْدٍأَنَّ أَخَاهُ عُمَرَ انْطَلَقَ إِلَى سَعْدٍ فِي غَنَمٍ لَهُ خَارِجًا مِنْ الْمَدِينَةِ فَلَمَّا رَآهُ سَعْدٌ قَالَ أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ مِنْ شَرِّ هَذَا الرَّاكِبِ فَلَمَّا أَتَاهُ قَالَ يَا أَبَتِ أَرَضِيتَ أَنْ تَكُونَ أَعْرَابِيًّا فِي غَنَمِكَ وَالنَّاسُ يَتَنَازَعُونَ فِي الْمُلْكِ بِالْمَدِينَةِ فَضَرَبَ سَعْدٌ صَدْرَ عُمَرَ وَقَالَ اسْكُتْ إِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ يُحِبُّ الْعَبْدَ التَّقِيَّ الْغَنِيَّ الْخَفِيَّ

Abu Bakr al-Hanafi Abd al-Kabir ibn Abd al-Majid narrated to us, Bukayr ibn Mismar narrated to us, on the authority of Aamir ibn Sa’d that his brother Umar set out To Saad with his sheep leaving the city. When Saad saw him, he said, “I seek refuge in God from the evil of this rider.” When he came to him, he said, “O my father, are you satisfied?” You will be a Bedouin with your sheep while the people are disputing over the kingdom in the city. Saad struck Omar’s chest and said, “Be quiet. I heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace.” He said, “God Almighty loves the pious, rich, and hidden servant.”

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَامِرٍ حَدَّثَنَا فُلَيْحٌ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ مَعْمَرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَ عَامِرُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ عُمَرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ وَهُوَ أَمِيرٌ عَلَى الْمَدِينَةِ أَنَّ سَعْدًا قَالَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ أَكَلَ سَبْعَ تَمَرَاتِ عَجْوَةٍ مِنْ بَيْنَ لَابَتَيْ الْمَدِينَةِ عَلَى الرِّيقِ لَمْ يَضُرَّهُ يَوْمَهُ ذَلِكَ شَيْءٌ حَتَّى يُمْسِيَقَالَ فُلَيْحٌ وَأَظُنُّهُ قَالَ وَإِنْ أَكَلَهَا حِينَ يُمْسِي لَمْ يَضُرَّهُ شَيْءٌ حَتَّى يُصْبِحَ فَقَالَ عُمَرُ انْظُرْ يَا عَامِرُ مَا تُحَدِّثُ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ أَشْهَدُ مَا كَذَبْتُ عَلَى سَعْدٍ وَمَا كَذَبَ سَعْدٌ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ

Abu Amir narrated to us, Fulayh narrated to us, on the authority of Abdullah bin Abdul Rahman, meaning Ibn Muammar, he said: Amer bin Saad narrated to Omar bin Abdul Aziz. He is the governor of the city. Saad, the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said, “Whoever eats seven Ajwa dates from among the two ladies of the city will be The saliva did not harm him at all that day until morning, and I think he said, “And if he ate it in the evening, nothing would harm him until morning.” Umar said. Look, O Amer, what you narrate about the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace. He said, “I bear witness that I did not lie to Saad, and Saad did not lie to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace.” May God bless him and grant him peace

حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ أَمْلَاهُ عَلَيْنَا بِبَغْدَادَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي حُمَيْدٍ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَعْدِ بْنِ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ سَعْدِ بْنِ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ قَالَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ سَعَادَةِ ابْنِ آدَمَ اسْتِخَارَتُهُ اللَّهَ وَمِنْ سَعَادَةِ ابْنِ آدَمَ رِضَاهُ بِمَا قَضَاهُ اللَّهُ وَمِنْ شِقْوَةِ ابْنِ آدَمَ تَرْكُهُ اسْتِخَارَةَ اللَّهِ وَمِنْ شِقْوَةِ ابْنِ آدَمَ سَخَطُهُ بِمَا قَضَى اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ

It was narrated to us by a spirit who dictated it to us in Baghdad. It was narrated to us by Muhammad bin Abi Humayd, on the authority of Ismail bin Muhammad bin Saad bin Abi Waqqas, on the authority of his father. On the authority of his grandfather, Saad bin Abi Waqqas, the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: Part of the happiness of the son of Adam is his seeking God’s advice, and part of the happiness of the son of Adam His satisfaction with what God has decreed, and among the misery of the son of Adam is his neglecting to ask God for guidance, and among the misery of the son of Adam is his anger over what God Almighty has decreed.

حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي حُمَيْدٍ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَعْدِ بْنِ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ سَعَادَةِ ابْنِ آدَمَ ثَلَاثَةٌ وَمِنْ شِقْوَةِ ابْنِ آدَمَ ثَلَاثَةٌ مِنْ سَعَادَةِ ابْنِ آدَمَ الْمَرْأَةُ الصَّالِحَةُ وَالْمَسْكَنُ الصَّالِحُ وَالْمَرْكَبُ الصَّالِحُ وَمِنْ شِقْوَةِ ابْنِ آدَمَ الْمَرْأَةُ السُّوءُ وَالْمَسْكَنُ السُّوءُ وَالْمَرْكَبُ السُّوءُ

A spirit narrated to us, Muhammad bin Abi Humayd narrated to us, Ismail bin Muhammad bin Saad bin Abi Waqqas narrated to us, on the authority of his father, on the authority of his grandfather, he said The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, three things from the happiness of the son of Adam, and from the misery of the son of Adam, three things from the happiness of the son of Adam, a good woman. A good dwelling and a good boat, and from the misery of the son of Adam is a bad woman, a bad dwelling and a bad boat.

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ مَوْلَى بَنِي هَاشِمٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ لَهِيعَةَ حَدَّثَنَا بُكَيْرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْأَشَجِّ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ حُسَيْنَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الرَحَّمَنِ يُحَدِّثُ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ سَعْدَ بْنَ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ يَقُولُسَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ سَتَكُونُ فِتْنَةٌ الْقَاعِدُ فِيهَا خَيْرٌ مِنْ الْقَائِمِ وَالْقَائِمُ فِيهَا خَيْرٌ مِنْ الْمَاشِي وَيَكُونُ الْمَاشِي فِيهَا خَيْرًا مِنْ السَّاعِي قَالَ وَأُرَاهُ قَالَ وَالْمُضْطَجِعُ فِيهَا خَيْرٌ مِنْ الْقَاعِدِ

Abu Sa`id, the client of Banu Hashim, narrated to us: Abdullah bin Lahi’ah narrated to us: Bukayr bin Abdullah bin Al-Ashjaj narrated to us that he heard Hussein bin Abdul Rahman narrates that he heard Saad bin Abi Waqqas say: I heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, saying: There will be a trial during which the one sitting He is better than one who stands, and he who stands in it is better than one who walks, and the one who walks in it is better than one who runs. He said, and I see it. He said, and he who lies down in it is better than one who sits.

حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ عَامِرِ بْنِ سَعْدِ بْنِ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِعَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَوْ أَنَّ مَا يُقِلُّ ظُفُرٌ مِمَّا فِي الْجَنَّةِ بَدَا لَتَزَخْرَفَتْ لَهُ مَا بَيْنَ خَوَافِقِ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَلَوْ أَنَّ رَجُلًا مِنْ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ اطَّلَعَ فَبَدَا سِوَارُهُ لَطَمَسَ ضَوْءُهُ ضَوْءَ الشَّمْسِ كَمَا تَطْمِسُ الشَّمْسُ ضَوْءَ النُّجُومِ

Hassan told us, Ibn Lahi’ah told us, Yazid bin Abi Habib told us, on the authority of Dawud bin Amir bin Saad bin Abi Waqqas, on the authority of his father, on the authority of His grandfather, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: If even the smallest of what is in Paradise were to appear, everything between the heavens and the earth would be adorned for him. And if a man from the people of Paradise were to rise and show his bracelet, his light would blot out the light of the sun just as the sun blots out the light of the stars.

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَلَمَةَ الْخُزَاعِيُّ أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَامِرِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ عَنْ سَعْدٍ قَالَالْحَدُوا لِي لَحْدًا وَانْصِبُوا عَلَيَّ اللَّبِنَ نَصْبًا كَمَا صُنِعَ بِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَحَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ سَعْدٍ فَذَكَرَ مِثْلَهُ وَوَافَقَهُ أَبُو سَعِيدٍ عَلَى عَامِرِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ كَمَا قَالَ الْخُزَاعِيُّ

Abu Salamah Al-Khuza’i told us, Abdullah bin Ja’far told us, on the authority of Ismail bin Muhammad, on the authority of Amer bin Sa’d, on the authority of Sa’d, they said, “They told me And set up a monument on me as was done to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace. Ibn Mahdi told us, Abdullah bin Jaafar told us on the authority of Ismail bin Muhammad, on the authority of his father, on the authority of Sa’d, so he mentioned something similar, and Abu Sa’id agreed with him on Aamir bin Sa’d, as Al-Khuza’i said.

حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ عِيسَى حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَنَسٍ عَنْ سَالِمٍ أَبِي النَّضْرِ عَنْ عَامِرِ بْنِ سَعْدِ بْنِ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبِي يَقُولُمَا سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ لِحَيٍّ مِنْ النَّاسِ يَمْشِي إِنَّهُ فِي الْجَنَّةِ إِلَّا لِعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ سَلَامٍ

Ishaq bin Isa narrated to us, Malik, meaning Ibn Anas, narrated to me, on the authority of Salim Abi Al-Nadr, on the authority of Amir bin Saad bin Abi Waqqas, who said: I heard my father He said: “When I heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, say to a neighborhood of people walking that he is in Paradise, except for Abdullah bin Salam.”

حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ أَنْبَأَنَا خَالِدٌ عَنْ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ قَالَ لَمَّا ادُّعِيَ زِيَادٌ لَقِيتُ أَبَا بَكْرَةَ قَالَ فَقُلْتُ مَا هَذَا الَّذِي صَنَعْتُمْ إِنِّي سَمِعْتُ سَعْدَ بْنَ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ يَقُولُسَمِعَ أُذُنِي مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ مَنْ ادَّعَى أَبًا فِي الْإِسْلَامِ غَيْرَ أَبِيهِ وَهُوَ يَعْلَمُ أَنَّهُ غَيْرُ أَبِيهِ فَالْجَنَّةُ عَلَيْهِ حَرَامٌفَقَالَ أَبُو بَكْرَةَ وَأَنَا سَمِعْتُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ

Hushaym told us, Khaled told us, on the authority of Abu Uthman, he said: When Ziyad was claimed, I met Abu Bakra. He said, “So I said, ‘What is this that you have done?’” I heard Saad bin Abi Waqqas say: My ears heard from the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, saying: Who claims a father in Islam other than his father? He knows that he is not his father, so Paradise is forbidden to him. Abu Bakra said: I heard from the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace.

حَدَّثَنَا مُعْتَمِرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ الْمَلِكِ بْنَ عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ حُرَيْثٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ زَيْدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ نُفَيْلٍأَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ الْكَمْأَةُ مِنْ الْمَنِّ وَمَاؤُهَا شِفَاءٌ لِلْعَيْنِ

Muammar bin Suleiman told us, he said: I heard Abd al-Malik bin Umair on the authority of Amr bin Harith on the authority of Sa`id bin Zayd bin Amr bin Nufayl that The Prophet of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: Truffles are a form of manna, and their water is a cure for the eyes.

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي حَدَّثَنَا عَطَاءُ بْنُ السَّائِبِ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ حُرَيْثٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِيعَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ الْكَمْأَةُ مِنْ السَّلْوَى وَمَاؤُهَا شِفَاءٌ لِلْعَيْنِ

Abd al-Samad told us, my father told us, Ata’ bin al-Sa’ib told us, on the authority of Amr bin Harith, he said, tell me: I swear on the authority of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace. He said truffles are from quail, and their water is a cure for the eyes.

حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ قَالَ هَذَا حَفِظْنَاهُ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ زَيْدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ نُفَيْلٍأَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ قُتِلَ دُونَ مَالِهِ فَهُوَ شَهِيدٌ وَمَنْ ظَلَمَ مِنْ الْأَرْضِ شِبْرًا طُوِّقَهُ مِنْ سَبْعِ أَرَضِينَ

Sufyan told us, he said: We preserved this on the authority of Al-Zuhri, on the authority of Talha bin Abdullah bin Awf, on the authority of Saeed bin Zayd bin Amr bin Nufayl. The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: Whoever is killed for his property is a martyr, and whoever is unjust by a span of a span from the earth will be surrounded by seven earths.

حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ حُصَيْنٍ وَمَنْصُورٍ عَنْ هِلَالِ بْنِ يِسَافٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ قَالَ وَكِيعٌ مَرَّةً قَالَ مَنْصُورٌ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ وَقَالَ مَرَّةً حُصَيْنٌ عَنِ ابْنِ ظَالِمٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ زَيْدٍأَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ اسْكُنْ حِرَاءُ فَلَيْسَ عَلَيْكَ إِلَّا نَبِيٌّ أَوْ صِدِّيقٌ أَوْ شَهِيدٌ قَالَ وَعَلَيْهِ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرُ وَعُثْمَانُ وَعَلِيٌّ وَطَلْحَةُ وَالزُّبَيْرُ وَسَعْدٌ وَعَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَوْفٍ وَسَعِيدُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ

Waki` narrated to us, Sufyan narrated to us on the authority of Husayn and Mansour, on the authority of Hilal ibn Yasaf, on the authority of Sa`id ibn Zayd. Waki` once said, Mansour said on the authority of Sa`id Ibn Zayd, and Husayn once said, on the authority of Ibn Zalim, on the authority of Sa’id Ibn Zayd, that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said, “Stay in Hira’, for there is no one upon you except a Prophet or A truthful or a martyr, he said, and upon him were the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, and Abu Bakr, and Omar, and Othman, and Ali, and Talha, and Al-Zubayr, and Sa’d, and Abd al-Rahman. Ibn Awf and Saeed bin Zaid, may God be pleased with them

حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنِ الْحُرِّ بْنِ الصَّيَّاحِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْأَخْنَسِ قَالَخَطَبَنَا الْمُغِيرَةُ بْنُ شُعْبَةَ فَنَالَ مِنْ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ فَقَامَ سَعِيدُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ فَقَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ النَّبِيُّ فِي الْجَنَّةِ وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ فِي الْجَنَّةِ وَعُمَرُ فِي الْجَنَّةِ وَعُثْمَانُ فِي الْجَنَّةِ وَعَلِيٌّ فِي الْجَنَّةِ وَطَلْحَةُ فِي الْجَنَّةِ وَالزُّبَيْرُ فِي الْجَنَّةِ وَعَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَوْفٍ فِي الْجَنَّةِ وَسَعْدٌ فِي الْجَنَّةِ وَلَوْ شِئْتُ أَنْ أُسَمِّيَ الْعَاشِرَ

Waki` narrated to us, Shu`bah narrated to us, on the authority of al-Hurr ibn al-Sayyah, on the authority of Abd al-Rahman ibn al-Akhnas, who said: Al-Mughirah ibn Shu`bah engaged us, and he got Ali, may God be pleased with him, then Saeed bin Zaid stood up and said: I heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, saying: The Prophet is in Paradise and Abu Bakr is in Paradise. Omar is in Paradise, Othman is in Paradise, Ali is in Paradise, Talha is in Paradise, Al-Zubayr is in Paradise, and Abd al-Rahman bin Awf is in Paradise. And happiness in Paradise. If I wished, I could be named the tenth.

حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ حُرَيْثٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ قَالَسَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ الْكَمْأَةُ مِنْ الْمَنِّ وَمَاؤُهَا شِفَاءٌ لِلْعَيْنِ

Omar bin Ubaid told us, on the authority of Abd al-Malik bin Umair, on the authority of Amr bin Harith, on the authority of Saeed bin Zaid, who said: I heard the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. He says that truffles are a form of manna, and their water is a cure for the eyes.

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ حُرَيْثٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ قَالَخَرَجَ إِلَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَفِي يَدِهِ كَمْأَةٌ فَقَالَ تَدْرُونَ مَا هَذَا هَذَا مِنْ الْمَنِّ وَمَاؤُهَا شِفَاءٌ لِلْعَيْنِ

Abd al-Rahman told us, Sufyan told us, on the authority of Abd al-Malik ibn Umair, on the authority of Amr ibn Harith, on the authority of Sa`id ibn Zayd, who said: A messenger came out to us God, may God bless him and grant him peace, had a truffle in his hand, and he said, “Do you know what this is? This is manna, and its water is a cure for the eyes.”

Muhammad bin Ja`far told us, Shu`bah told us, on the authority of Abd al-Malik bin Umair, who said: I heard Amr bin Harith, who said: I heard Sa`id bin Zaid. حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ حُصَيْنٍ عَنْ هِلَالِ بْنِ يِسَافٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ ظَالِمٍ قَالَخَطَبَ الْمُغِيرَةُ بْنُ شُعْبَةَ فَنَالَ مِنْ عَلِيٍّ فَخَرَجَ سَعِيدُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ فَقَالَ أَلَا تَعْجَبُ مِنْ هَذَا يَسُبُّ عَلِيًّا رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَشْهَدُ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّا كُنَّا عَلَى حِرَاءٍ أَوْ أُحُدٍ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ اثْبُتْ حِرَاءُ أَوْ أُحُدُ فَإِنَّمَا عَلَيْكَ صِدِّيقٌ أَوْ شَهِيدٌ فَسَمَّى النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْعَشَرَةَ فَسَمَّى أَبَا بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرَ وَعُثْمَانَ وَعَلِيًّا وَطَلْحَةَ وَالزُّبَيْرَ وَسَعْدًا وَعَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ عَوْفٍ وَسَمَّى نَفْسَهُ سَعِيدًا

Muhammad bin Ja’far told us, Shu’bah told us, on the authority of Husayn, on the authority of Hilal bin Yasaf, on the authority of Abdullah bin Zalim, Al-Khattab Al-Mughirah bin Shu'bah went to Ali, and Sa'id bin Zaid came out and said, "Are you not surprised by this man cursing Ali, may God be pleased with him? I bear witness to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace." We were on Hira’ or Uhud, and the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: Stand still in Hira’ or Uhud, for there is only a friend or a martyr against you, so the Prophet named him. May God bless him and grant him peace, the ten, so he named Abu Bakr, Omar, Othman, Ali, Talha, Al-Zubayr, Saad, and Abd al-Rahman bin Awf, and he named himself. Happy

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ سَهْلٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ زَيْدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ نُفَيْلٍأَنَّهُ سَمِعَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ مَنْ سَرَقَ مِنْ الْأَرْضِ شِبْرًا طُوِّقَهُ مِنْ سَبْعِ أَرَضِينَقَالَ مَعْمَرٌ وَبَلَغَنِي عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ وَلَمْ أَسْمَعْهُ مِنْهُ زَادَ فِي هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ وَمَنْ قُتِلَ دُونَ مَالِهِ فَهُوَ شَهِيدٌ

Abdul Razzaq told us, Muammar told us, on the authority of Al-Zuhri, on the authority of Talha bin Abdullah bin Awf, on the authority of Abdul Rahman bin Sahl, on the authority of Sa’id bin Zaid bin Amr bin Nufayl because he heard the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, say: Whoever steals an inch from the earth will be surrounded by seven lands. Narrated by Muammar He informed me on the authority of Al-Zuhri, but I did not hear it from him. He added something in this hadith, and whoever is killed while protecting his wealth is a martyr.
