Sunan Ad-Darimi

أَخْبَرَنَا حَجَّاجٌ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ قَيْسٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ لَيْسَ فِي التَّرِيَّةِ بَعْدَ الْغُسْلِ إِلَّا الطُّهُورُ

Hajjaj told us: Hammad bin Salamah told us, on the authority of Qays, on the authority of Ata’, who said: There is nothing in the ritual ritual after washing except for purification.

أَخْبَرَنَا حَجَّاجٌ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أُمِّ الْهُذَيْلِ عَنْ أُمِّ عَطِيَّةَ وَكَانَتْ قَدْ بَايَعَتْ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ كُنَّا لَا نَعْتَدُّ بِالْكُدْرَةِ وَالصُّفْرَةِ بَعْدَ الْغُسْلِ شَيْئًا

Hajjaj told us: Hammad told us, on the authority of Qatada, on the authority of Umm al-Hudhayl, on the authority of Umm Atiya, who had pledged allegiance to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, that she She said: We do not regard turbidity and yellowness after washing as anything.

أَخْبَرَنَا حَجَّاجٌ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنْ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ إِذَا رَأَتْ الْحَائِضُ دَمًا عَبِيطًا بَعْدَ الْغُسْلِ بِيَوْمٍ أَوْ يَوْمَيْنِ فَإِنَّهَا تُمْسِكُ عَنْ الصَّلَاةِ يَوْمًا ثُمَّ هِيَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ مُسْتَحَاضَةٌ

Hajjaj told us, Hammad told us, on the authority of Yunus, on the authority of Al-Hasan, who said: If a menstruating woman sees foul blood a day or two after washing, then she She abstains from praying for a day, then after that she is treated with menstruation.

قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّد سَمِعْتُ يَزِيدَ بْنَ هَارُونَ يَقُولُ إِذَا كَانَ أَيَّامُ الْمَرْأَةِ سَبْعَةً فَرَأَتْ الطُّهْرَ بَيَاضًا فَتَزَوَّجَتْ ثُمَّ رَأَتْ الدَّمَ مَا بَيْنَهَا وَبَيْنَ الْعَشْرِ فَالنِّكَاحُ جَائِزٌ صَحِيحٌ فَإِنْ رَأَتْ الطُّهْرَ دُونَ السَّبْعِ فَتَزَوَّجَتْ ثُمَّ رَأَتْ الدَّمَ فَلَا يَجُوزُ وَهُوَ حَيْضٌ و سُئِلَ عَبْد اللَّهِ تَقُولُ بِهِ قَالَ نَعَمْ

Abu Muhammad said: I heard Yazid ibn Harun saying, “When the woman’s period has been seven days and she sees the whiteness of her period, she gets married, then she sees some blood.” Between her and the ten days, marriage is permissible and valid. If she feels pure but not seven days old and gets married and then sees blood, then it is not permissible since it is menstruation. A slave was asked God says yes

أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ عَنْ شَرِيكٍ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَقَ عَنْ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ فِي الْمَرْأَةِ يَكُونُ حَيْضُهَا سِتَّةَ أَيَّامٍ أَوْ سَبْعَةَ أَيَّامٍ ثُمَّ تَرَى كُدْرَةً أَوْ صُفْرَةً أَوْ تَرَى الْقَطْرَةَ أَوْ الْقَطْرَتَيْنِ مِنْ الدَّمِ أَنَّ ذَلِكَ بَاطِلٌ وَلَا يَضُرُّهَا شَيْءٌ

Yazid bin Harun informed us, on the authority of Sharik, on the authority of Abu Ishaq, on the authority of Al-Harith, on the authority of Ali, regarding a woman’s menstruation for six or seven days. For days, then she sees turbidity or yellowness, or she sees a drop or two of blood, that this is invalid and nothing will harm her.

أَخْبَرَنَا يَعْلَى حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ فِي الْمُسْتَحَاضَةِ قَالَ تَدَعُ الصَّلَاةَ فِي قُرُوئِهَا ذَلِكَ يَوْمًا أَوْ يَوْمَيْنِ ثُمَّ تَغْتَسِلُ فَإِذَا كَانَ عِنْدَ الْأُولَى نَظَرَتْ فَإِنْ كَانَتْ تَرِيَّةً تَوَضَّأَتْ وَصَلَّتْ وَإِنْ كَانَ دَمًا أَخَّرَتْ الظُّهْرَ وَعَجَّلَتْ الْعَصْرَ ثُمَّ صَلَّتْهُمَا بِغُسْلٍ وَاحِدٍ فَإِذَا غَابَتْ الشَّمْسُ نَظَرَتْ فَإِنْ كَانَتْ تَرِيَّةً تَوَضَّأَتْ وَصَلَّتْ وَإِنْ كَانَ دَمًا أَخَّرَتْ الْمَغْرِبَ وَعَجَّلَتْ الْعِشَاءَ ثُمَّ صَلَّتْهُمَا بِغُسْلٍ وَاحِدٍ فَإِذَا طَلَعَ الْفَجْرُ نَظَرَتْ فَإِنْ كَانَتْ تَرِيَّةً تَوَضَّأَتْ وَصَلَّتْ وَإِنْ كَانَ دَمًا اغْتَسَلَتْ وَصَلَّتْ الْغَدَاةَ فِي كُلِّ يَوْمٍ وَلَيْلَةٍ ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّد الْأَقْرَاءُ عِنْدِي الْحَيْضُ

Ali told us: Abd al-Malik told us about Ata’ regarding the woman with istihaadah. He said: She should leave the prayer while she is reciting it for a day or two, then she should take a bath. So, if it was the first time, she looked, then if it was an occasional prayer, she performed ablution and prayed, and if there was blood, she delayed the noon prayer and hastened the afternoon prayer, then she prayed with them. With one washing, then when the sun sets she looks, and if it is bloody, she performs ablution and prays, and if there is blood, she delays sunset and hastens the evening prayer. Then she connected them with one washing. When dawn came, she looked, and if there was blood, she performed ablution and prayed, and if there was blood, she washed and prayed the morning prayer in Every day and night three times. Abu Muhammad Al-Aqra’ said: I have my menstruation.

أَخْبَرَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ خَالِدٍ الْحَذَّاءِ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ اعْتَكَفَ وَاعْتَكَفَ مَعَهُ بَعْضُ نِسَائِهِ وَهِيَ مُسْتَحَاضَةٌ تَرَى الدَّمَ فَرُبَّمَا وَضَعَتْ الطَّسْتَ تَحْتَهَا مِنْ الدَّمِ وَزَعَمَ أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ رَأَتْ مَاءَ الْعُصْفُرِ فَقَالَتْ كَانَ هَذَا شَيْئًا كَانَتْ فُلَانَةُ تَجِدُهُ

Yahya bin Yahya told us, Khalid bin Abdullah told us, on the authority of Khalid al-Hadha, on the authority of Ikrimah, on the authority of Aisha, that the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him He said: He secluded himself, and some of his wives secluded with him. While she was experiencing istihaadah, she saw blood. Perhaps she placed a basin of blood under it, and he claimed that Aisha saw Safflower water, and she said, “This was something so-and-so used to find.”

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو النُّعْمَانِ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ عَنْ الْحَجَّاجِ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ عَطَاءً عَنْ الْمَرْأَةِ تَطْهُرُ مِنْ الْمَحِيضِ ثُمَّ تَرَى الصُّفْرَةَ قَالَ تَوَضَّأُ

Abu Al-Numan told us, Abdul-Wahid told us, on the authority of Al-Hajjaj, he said: I asked Ataa about a woman who purifies herself from menstruation and then sees yellowness. He said: He performed ablution

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى حَدَّثَنَا عَبَّادُ بْنُ عَوَّامٍ عَنْ هِشَامٍ عَنْ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ إِذَا طَهُرَتْ الْمَرْأَةُ فِي وَقْتِ صَلَاةٍ فَلَمْ تَغْتَسِلْ وَهِيَ قَادِرَةٌ عَلَى أَنْ تَغْتَسِلَ قَضَتْ تِلْكَ الصَّلَاةَ

Muhammad bin Isa told us, Abbad bin Awwam told us, on the authority of Hisham, on the authority of Al-Hasan, who said: If a woman becomes pure during the time of prayer, she does not perform ghusl. She was able to perform ghusl and performed that prayer.

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ عَنْ عَمْرٍو عَنْ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ إِذَا صَلَّتْ الْمَرْأَةُ رَكْعَتَيْنِ ثُمَّ حَاضَتْ فَلَا تَقْضِي إِذَا طَهُرَتْ

Muhammad bin Issa told us, Abdul-Warith told us, on the authority of Amr, on the authority of Al-Hasan, he said, “If a woman prays two rak’ahs and then menstruates, then she should not make up for it.” She was purified

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ أَخْبَرَنَا يُونُسُ عَنْ الْحَسَنِ وَمُغِيرَةُ عَنْ عَامِرٍ وَعُبَيْدَةُ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ فِي الْمَرْأَةِ تُفَرِّطُ فِي الصَّلَاةِ حَتَّى يُدْرِكَهَا الْحَيْضُ قَالُوا تُعِيدُ تِلْكَ الصَّلَاةَ

Muhammad ibn Isa informed us, Hushaym informed us, Yunus informed us, on the authority of Al-Hasan, Mugheerah, on the authority of Amir, and Ubaidah, on the authority of Ibrahim, about women exaggerating in Praying until menstruation overtakes her. They said that prayer should be repeated.

أَخْبَرَنَا حَجَّاجٌ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ أَبِي سُلَيْمَانَ وَيُونُسَ عَنْ الْحَسَنِ فِي امْرَأَةٍ حَضَرَتْ الصَّلَاةُ فَفَرَّطَتْ حَتَّى حَاضَتْ قَالَا تَقْضِي تِلْكَ الصَّلَاةَ إِذَا اغْتَسَلَتْ

Hajjaj told us: Hammad told us, on the authority of Hammad bin Abi Sulaiman and Yunus, on the authority of Al-Hasan, about a woman who attended prayer and neglected it until she menstruated. They said: She makes up for that prayer if she takes a bath.

أَخْبَرَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ الزَّهْرَانِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو شِهَابٍ عَنْ هِشَامٍ عَنْ الْحَسَنِ وَقَتَادَةَ قَالَا إِذَا ضَيَّعَتْ الْمَرْأَةُ الصَّلَاةَ حَتَّى تَحِيضَ فَعَلَيْهَا الْقَضَاءُ إِذَا طَهُرَتْ

Suleiman bin Dawud Al-Zahrani told us, Abu Shihab told us, on the authority of Hisham, on the authority of Al-Hasan and Qatadah, who said: If a woman misses the prayer until She menstruates, so she must make up for it when she becomes pure

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ الْمُغِيرَةِ قَالَ ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ حَدَّثَنَا عَنْ يَعْقُوبَ عَنْ أَبِي يُوسُفَ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ قَالَ إِذَا حَاضَتْ الْمَرْأَةُ فِي وَقْتِ الصَّلَاةِ فَلَيْسَ عَلَيْهَا الْقَضَاءُ قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّد يَعْقُوبُ هُوَ ابْنُ الْقَعْقَاعِ قَاضِي مَرْوٍ وَأَبُو يُوسُفَ شَيْخٌ مَكِّيٌّ

Sa`id ibn al-Mughirah narrated to us, Ibn al-Mubarak narrated to us, on the authority of Ya`qub, on the authority of Abu Yusuf, on the authority of Sa`id ibn Jubayr, he said: If a woman menstruates during At the time of prayer, she does not have to make up for it. Abu Muhammad Ya’qub said: He is Ibn al-Qaqa’, the judge of Marw, and Abu Yusuf is a Meccan sheikh.

Hajjaj told us: Hammad told us on the authority of Hajjaj and Qais on the authority of Ata’ who said: If she is pure before sunset, she should pray the noon and afternoon prayers, and when she is pure Before dawn, she prayed the Maghrib and Isha prayers. Hajjaj told us, Hammad told us, on the authority of Ali bin Zayd, on the authority of Sa’id bin Al-Musayyab, the same thing told us. أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ وَطَاوُسٍ وَمُجَاهِدٍ قَالُوا إِذَا طَهُرَتْ الْحَائِضُ قَبْلَ الْفَجْرِ صَلَّتْ الْمَغْرِبَ وَالْعِشَاءَ وَإِذَا طَهُرَتْ قَبْلَ غُرُوبِ الشَّمْسِ صَلَّتْ الظُّهْرَ وَالْعَصْرَ

Muhammad bin Yusuf told us, Ibn Uyaynah told us, on the authority of Ibn Abi Najih, on the authority of Ata’, Tawoos, and Mujahid, who said: If a menstruating woman becomes pure before She prays the dawn and evening prayers, and if she purifies herself before sunset, she prays the noon and afternoon prayers.

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ الْحَكَمِ فِي الْحَائِضِ إِذَا رَأَتْ الطُّهْرَ آخِرَ النَّهَارِ صَلَّتْ الظُّهْرَ وَالْعَصْرَ وَإِذَا طَهُرَتْ آخِرَ اللَّيْلِ صَلَّتْ الْمَغْرِبَ وَالْعِشَاءَ أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ لَيْثٍ عَنْ طَاوُسٍ مِثْلَهُ

Muhammad ibn Yusuf informed us, Sufyan informed us, on the authority of Mansour, about the ruling regarding a menstruating woman: If she feels pure at the end of the day, she should pray the noon and afternoon prayers. And when she purifies herself at the end of the night, she prays Maghrib and Isha’. Muhammad ibn Yusuf told us on the authority of Sufyan, on the authority of Laith, on the authority of Tawoos like him.

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَيْدٍ سَعِيدُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ قَالَ كَانَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ يَقُولُ إِذَا طَهُرَتْ عِنْدَ الْعَصْرِ صَلَّتْ الظُّهْرَ وَالْعَصْرَ

Abu Zaid Saeed bin Al-Rabi’ told us, Shu’bah told us on the authority of Mughirah, he said: Abraham used to say that if she purifies herself at the afternoon prayer, she should pray the noon prayer. And the afternoon

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو سَلَمَةَ أَوْ عِكْرِمَةُ قَالَ كَانَتْ زَيْنَبُ تَعْتَكِفُ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهِيَ تُرِيقُ الدَّمَ فَأَمَرَهَا أَنْ تَغْتَسِلَ عِنْدَ كُلِّ صَلَاةٍ

Muhammad bin Yusuf told us, Al-Awza’i told us, on the authority of Yahya bin Abi Kathir, Abu Salama or Ikrimah told me, he said: Zainab used to seclude With the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, while she was shedding blood, so he ordered her to wash herself at every prayer.

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ أَنَّ عَلِيًّا وَابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ كَانَا يَقُولَانِ الْمُسْتَحَاضَةُ تَغْتَسِلُ عِنْدَ كُلِّ صَلَاةٍ
