Welcome to the study of authentic hadith selected by ULYAH. Let's look at some of the following sayings of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, one by one, with an open heart to put them into practice. 1st Hadith. God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God bless you God bless you فَقَالُوا لَيَلْطِمَنَّهُ كَمَا لَطَمَهُ . فَلَبِسُوا God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace أَهْلِ الأَرْضْ وَجَلَّ " . فَقَالُوا أَنْتَ . فَقَالَ " إِنَّ God bless you فَتُؤْذُوا أَحْيَاءَنَا " . فَجَاءَ الْقَوْمُ فَقَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ نَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ مِنْ غَضَبِكَ اسْتَغْفِرْ لَنَا .. Has reported to us [Ahmad bin Sulaiman] has reported to us ['Ubaidullah] from [Israil] from [Abdul A'la] that he heard [Sa'id bin Jubair] say; has informed me [Ibnu Abbas] that someone criticized his father during the Jahiliyah era then Al Abbas slapped him, then his people came and said; "Indeed he would have slapped him as he had slapped him." Then they drew their weapons, then this reached the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, then he climbed the pulpit and said: "O people, which inhabitant of the earth do you know is the most noble in the sight of Allah 'azza wajalla?" they say; "Master." Then he said: 'Indeed Al Abbas is part of me while I am part of him, do not criticize those who have died among us, so that they hurt those who are still alive among us." Then the people came and said; "O Messenger of Allah, we seek refuge in Allah from the wrath of the Lord, ask for forgiveness for us (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4775.) 2nd hadith. God bless you God willing هِلاَلٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ كُنَّا نَقْعُدُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي God bless you مَعَهُ حَتَّى لَمَّا بَلَغَ وَسَطَ الْمَسْجِهِ رَجُلٌ فَجَبَذَ بِرِدَائِهِ مِنْ وَرَائِهِ - وَكَانَ رِدَاؤُهُ خَشِنًا - فَحَمَّرَ رَقَبَتَهُ فَقَالَ يَا مُحَمَّدُ احْمِلْ لِي عَلَى بَعِيرَىَّ هَذَيْنِ فَإِنَّكَ لاَ تَحْمِلُ مِنْ مَالِكَ وَلاَ مِنْ مَالِ أَبِيكَ . فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings لَكَ حَتَّى تُقِيدَنِي مِمَّا جَبَذْتَ بِرَقَبَتِي " . فَقَالَ الأَعْرَابِيُّ لاَ وَاللَّهِ لاَ أُقِيدُكَ . فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ذَلِكَ ثَلاَثَ مَرَّاتٍ كُلُّ ذَلِكَ يَقُولُ لاَ وَاللَّهِ لاَ أُقِيدُكَ . فَلَمَّا سَمِعْنَا قَوْلَ الأَعْرَابِيِّ أَقْبَلْنَا إِلَيْهِ may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind وسلم فَقَالَ " عَزَمْتُ عَلَى مَنْ سَمِعَ كَلاَمِي أَنْ لاَ يَبْرَحَ مَقَامَهُ حَتَّى آذَنَ لَهُ " . فَقَالَ رَسُولُ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God bless you تَمْرًا " ." " انْصَرِفُوا " .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Ali bin Maimun] has told me [Al Qa'nabi] has told me [Muhammad bin Hilal] from [his father] from [Abu Hurairah], he said; "We sat with Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam in the mosque, if he stood then we stood with him, one day he stood and we stood with him until when he reached the middle of the mosque, someone chased him and pulled his shawl from behind, even though his shawl was thick so that it made his neck red. He said: "O Muhammad, bring me food on my two camels because in fact you did not bring your wealth and your father's wealth." Then Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "No, I will ask Allah's forgiveness, I will not bring it to you until you repay me for what you pulled on my neck," Then a Bedouin said, "No, by Allah, I will not repay you." towards us and said: "I want anyone who hears my words not to move from his place until I give him permission," then Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said to one of us: "O so and so bring him wheat on one camel and dates on another." An-Nasa'i no. 4776.) 3rd Hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا ما God willing مَسْعُودٍ، سَعِيدُ بْنُ إِيَاسٍ الْجُرَيْرِيُِ God bless you رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يُقِصُّ مِنْ نَفْسِهِ .. Has told us [Muammal bin Hisham] has told us [Isma'il bin Ibrahim] has told us [Abu Mas'ud Sa'id bin Iyas Al Jurairi] from [Abu Nadhrah] from [Abu Firas] that [Umar] said; "I saw Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam asking for qishash for himself (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4777.) 4th Hadith. God bless you God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings " لَكُمْ كَذَا وَكَذَا " . فَلَمْ يَرْضَوْا بِهِ فَقَالَ " لَكُمْ كَذَا وَكَذَا " . فَرَضُوا بِهِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم "" عَلَى النَّاسِ وَمُخْبِرُهُمْ بِرِضَاكُمْ " . قَالُوا نَعَمْ ." God willing عَلَيْهِمْ كَذَا وَكَذَا فَرَضُوا " . قَالُوا لاَ . God bless you may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings قَالَ " أَرَضِيتُمْ " . قَالُوا نَعَمْ . قَالَ " فَإِنِّي خَاطِبٌ عَم " ." أَرَضِيتُمْ " . قَالُوا نَعَمْ .. It has been reported to us that [Muhammad bin Rafi'] has told us [Abdur Razzaq] from [Ma'mar] from [Az Zuhri] from [Urwah] from ['Aisyah] that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam sent Abu Jahm bin Hudzaifah as the manager of sadaqah, then there was a man who continued to insist on asking for sadaqah, so Abu Jahm hit him, then the Prophet sallallaahu's people came 'alaihi wasallam and said; "We ask for a reply, O Messenger of Allah," He said: "Will you get this and that?" But they were not pleased, so he said: "You will get this and that," then they were pleased. Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Indeed, I will preach to people and I will inform them of your pleasure," They answered; "Yes." Then the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam gave a sermon and he said: "Indeed, they came to me wanting to ask me for something in return, then I offered them this and that, then they were pleased," They said; "No." So the Muhajirin wanted to fight them, then Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam told them to restrain it, and they restrained it, then he called them and said: "Are you pleased," they answered yes, he said: "I will preach before people and inform them of your pleasure," then he preached before people and said: "Are you pleased," they answered; "Yes (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4778.) 5th Hadith. God bless you, God bless you God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God bless you وسلم وَبِهَا رَمَقٌ فَقَالَ " أَقَتَلَكِ فُلاَنٌ " . فَأَشَارَ شُعْبَةُ بِرَأْسِهِ يَحْكِيهَا أَنْ لاَ . فَقَالَ " أَقَتَلَكِ فُلاَنٌ " . فَأَشَارَ شُعْبَةُ بِرَأْسِهِ يَحْكِيهَا أَنْ لاَ . قَالَ " أَقَتَلَكِ فُلاَنٌ " . فَأَشَارَ شُعْبَةُ بِرَأْسِهِ يَحْكِيهَا أَنْ نَعَمْ . فَدَعَا بِهِ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَتَلَهُ بَيْنَ حَجَرَيْنِ .. It has been reported to us [Isma'il bin Mas'ud] has told us [Khalid] from [Syu'bah] from [Hisyam bin Zaid] from [Anas] that a Jew saw jewelry worn by a woman, then he killed her with a stone. Then the woman was presented to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam still alive. Then he asked: 'Is Fulan the one who killed you? Syu'bah made a gesture telling about the woman who answered; No. He said: "Is Fulan the one who killed you?" Syu'bah made a gesture telling about the woman who answered; No. He said: "Is Fulan the one who killed you?" Syu'bah made a gesture telling about the woman who answered; yes. Then he asked that the person be brought before him, then he killed him between two stones (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4779.) 6th Hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَلاَءِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings prayer may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings إِنِّي بَرِيءٌ مِنْ كُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ مَعَ مُشْرِكٍ " . ثُمَّ God bless you نَارَاهُمَا " .. It has been reported to us [Muhammad bin Al 'Ala`] has told us [Abu Khalid] from [Isma'il] from [Qois] that the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam sent troops to a people from Khats'am and they took refuge by prostrating themselves, then they were killed, then the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam decreed with half a diyat and said: "Indeed, I am free from every muslim with a polytheist, " then Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Know that the fire of both of them will not see each other (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4780.) 7th Hadith. God bless you God willing God bless you وَلَمْ تَكُنْ فِيهِمُ الدِّيَةُ فَأَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ { كُتِبَ عَلَيْكُمُ الْقِصَاصُ فِي الْقَتْلَى God willing God bless you God willing God bless you الْعَمْدْ God bless you God bless you } مِمَّا كُتِبَ عَلَى مَنْ كَانَ قَبْلَكُمْ إِنَّمَا هُوَ الْقِصَاصُ لَيْسَ الدِّيَةَ .. [Al Harith bin Miskin] said by reading the history and I heard from [Sufyan] from ['Amru] from [Mujahid] from [Ibn Abbas], he said; Previously, among the Children of Israel, there was a law on qishas but there was no diyat on them, then Allah Azza wa jalla revealed the verse: (O you who believe, it is obligatory on you to have qishash regarding those who are killed; free people with free people, slaves with slaves, and women with women. So whoever gets forgiveness from his brother, let (the one who forgives) follow it in a good way, and let (the one who is forgiven) pay (diat) to the one who gives it. sorry in a good way (too)). Giving forgiveness is accepting diyat for intentional killing, and let (the one who forgives) follow it in a good way, and let (the one who forgives) pay (diat) to the one who forgives in a good way (also)), and carry out this with kindness. This is a relief from your Lord and a mercy from what was required of the people before you, in fact this is qishas not diyat (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4781.) 8th Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حَفْصٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا وَرْقَاءُ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، قَالَ { كُتِبَ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing قَالَ كَانَ بَنُو إِسْرَائِيلَ عَلَيْهِمُ الْقِصَاصُ وَلَيْسَ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing تَخْفِيفًا عَلَى مَا كَانَ عَلَى بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Isma'il bin Ibrahim] has told us [Ali bin Hafsh] has told us [Warqa`] from ['Amru] from [Mujahid], he said; "Qishaash is obligatory on you regarding those who are killed; free people and free people. Mujahid said; "Previously, the Children of Israel had the obligation of qishas but they did not have the obligation to pay diyat, then Allah Azza wa jalla revealed the verse about diyat to them and made it as relief for the people for what previously happened to the Children of Israel (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4782.) 9th Hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَمَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، - وَهُوَ God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing بِالْعَفْوِ .. Has told us [Ishaq bin Ibrahim] has told us [Abdur Rahman] has told us [Abdullah i.e. Ibn Bakr bin Abdullah Al Muzani] from ['Atho` bin Abu Maimunah] from [Anas], he said; "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam was faced with a matter regarding qishash then he ordered forgiveness (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4783.) 10th Hadith. God bless you God willing God bless you God willing مَيْمُونَةَ، وَلاَ أَعْلَمُهُ إِلاَّ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، قَالَ مَا أُتِيَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي شَىْءٍ فِيهِ قِصَاصٌ إِلاَّ أَمَرَ فِيهِ بِالْعَفْوِ .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Basysyar] has told us [Abdur Rahman bin Mahdi] and [Bahz bin Asad] and ['Affan bin Muslim], has told us [Abdullah bin Bakr Al Muzani] has told us ['Atho` bin Abu Maimunah] and I do not know except from [Anas bin Malik], he said; "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam was faced with a matter regarding qishash only he ordered forgiveness (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4784.) 11th Hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَشْعَثَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُسْهِرٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، - وَهُوَ ابْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ سَمَاعَةَ - قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا الأَوْزَاعِيُّ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي يَحْيَى، God willing " مَنْ قُتِلَ لَهُ قَتِيلٌ فَهُوَ بِخَيْرِ النَّظَرَيْنِ إِمَّا أَنْ يُقَادَ وَإِمَّا أَنْ يُفْدَى " .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Abdur Rahman bin Ash'ath] has told us [Abu Mushir] has told us [Isma'il i.e. Ibn Abdullah bin Sama'ah] has told us [Al Auza'I] has told me [Yahya] has told me [Abu Salamah] has told me [Abu Hurairah], he said; "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Whoever is killed while he has a family, he (can) choose one of the two best views, be avenged for him or given a diyat (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4785.) 12th Hadith. God willing God willing God bless you God willing God bless you فَهُوَ بِخَيْرِ النَّظَرَيْنِ إِمَّا أَنْ يُقَادَ وَإِمَّا أَنْ يُفْدَى " .. Has told us [Al Abbas bin Al Walid bin Mazid] has told me [my father] has told us [Al Auza'I] has told me [Yahya bin Abu Kathir] has told me [Abu Salamah] has told us [Abu Hurairah], he said; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Whoever is killed while he has a family, he (can) choose one of the two best views, be avenged for him or given a diyat (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4786.) 13th Hadith. God willing مُحَمَّدٍ قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا ابْنُ عَائِذٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، - هُوَ ابْنُ حَمْزَةَ - قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا God bless you قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو سَلَمَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " مَنْ قُتِلَ لَهُ قَتِيلٌ " . مُرْسَلٌ .. Has told us [Ahmad bin Ibrahim bin Muhammad] has told us [Ibn 'Aidz] has told us [Yahya namely Ibn Hamzah] has told us [Al Auza'I] has told us [Yahya bin Abu Kathir] has told me [Abu Salamah] that the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Whoever is killed while he has a family..." in mursal (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4787.) 14th Hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ، عَنَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو سَلَمَةَ، ح وَأَنْبَأَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ God bless you God bless you may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings يَنْحَجِزُوا الأَوَّلَ فَالأَوَّلَ وَإِنْ كَانَتِ امْرَأَةٌ " .. Has told us [Ishaq bin Ibrahim] has told us [Al Walid] from [Al Auza'I] has told me [Hishn] has told me [Abu Salamah]. In another line it is stated: has told us [Al Husain bin Huraits] has told us [Al Walid] has told me [Al Auza'I] has told me [Hishn] that he heard [Abu Salamah] tell from ['Aisyah] that the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "The families of the murderer and the murdered should forgive each other, even though she is a woman (Degree: sahih. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4788.) 15th Hadith. God willing God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَنْ قُتِلَ فِي عِمِّيَا أَوْ رِمِّيَا تَكُونُ بَيْنَهُمْ or بِعَصًا فَعَقْلُهُ عَقْلُ خَطَإٍ وَمَنْ قَتَلَ عَمْدًا فَقَوَدُ يَدِهِ فَمَنْ حَالَ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَهُ فَعَم لَعْنَةُ اللَّهِ وَالْمَلاَئِكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ لاَ يُقْبَلُ مِنْهُ صَرْفٌ وَلاَ عَدْلٌ " .. Has told us [Hilal bin Al 'Ala` bin Hilal] has told us [Sa'id bin Sulaiman] has told us [Sulaiman bin Kathir] has told us ['Amru bin Dinar] from [Thawus] from [Ibn Abbas], he said; "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Whoever is killed because of something that is not clear or is the target of throwing stones, whips or sticks, then the diyat is an accidental murder diyat, and whoever kills intentionally will be retaliated against, whoever hinders him will be cursed by Allah, the angels and all mankind. Neither repentance nor fidyah is accepted from him (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4789.) 16th Hadith. God bless you مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ God willing God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God bless you وَالْمَلاَئِكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ لاَ يَقْبَلُ اللَّهُ مِنْهُ صَرْفًا وَلاَ عَدْلاً " .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Ma'mar] has told us [Muhammad bin Kathir] has told us [Sulaiman bin Katsir] from ['Amru bin Dinar] from [Thawus] from [Ibn Abbas] and he interpreted it, he said; "Whoever is killed because of something that is not clear or is the target of throwing stones, whips or sticks, his diyat is an accidental murder diyat, and whoever kills intentionally will be retaliated against, whoever hinders him will be cursed by Allah, the angels and all humans, Allah does not accept from him repentance or fidyah (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4790.) 17th Hadith. God bless you God willing God willing عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنْ قَالَ " قَتِيلُ الْخَطَإِ شِبْهِ الْعَمْدِ بِالسَّوْطِ أَوِ God willing بُطُونِهَا أَوْلاَدُهَا " .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Basysyar] has told us [Abdur Rahman] has told us [Syu'bah] from [Ayyub As Sakhtiyani] from [Al Qasim bin Rabi'ah] from [Abdullah bin 'Amru] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said; "A person who is killed accidentally is similar to a person who is killed because he is tortured with a whip, or his diyat stick is a hundred camels, forty of which are pregnant (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4791.) 18th Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ God willing اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم خَطَبَ يَوْمَ الْفَتْحِ . مُرْسَلٌ .. It has been told to us [Muhammad bin Isma'il bin Ibrahim] has told us [Yunus] has told us [Hammad] from [Ayyub] from [Al Qasim bin Rabi'ah] that Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam preached at the time of the conquest of Mecca. Mursal hadith (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4792.) 19th hadith. God willing God willing الْقَاسِمِ بْنْ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings " أَلاَ وَإِنَّ قَتِيلَ الْخَطَإِ شِبْهِ الْعَمْدِ مَا كَانَ God willing بُطُونِهَا أَوْلاَدُهَا " .. Has told us [Yahya bin Habib bin 'Arabi] has told us [Hammad] from [Khalid i.e. Al Hadzdza`] from [Al Qasim bin Rabi'ah] from ['Uqbah bin Aus] from [Abdullah] that the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Know that the person who is killed accidentally is similar to the person who was killed because he was tortured with a whip and a stick. His diyat is one hundred camels, forty of which are pregnant (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4793.) 20th hadith. God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind فَتْحِ مَكَّةَ فَقَالَ " أَلاَ وَإِنَّ قَتِيلَ الْخَطَإِ God bless you مِنَ الإِبِلّ عَامِهَا كُلُّهُنَّ خَلِفَةٌ " .. Has told us [Muhammad bin Kamil] has told us [Husyaim] from [Khalid] from [Al Qasim bin Rabi'ah] from ['Uqbah bin Aus] from [a friend of] the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said; The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam gave a sermon at the time of the conquest of Mecca, then he said: "Remember, that people who are killed accidentally are like people who are killed because they are tortured with whips, sticks and stones. His diyat is a hundred camels, on which there are forty camels aged six to eight years old, all of whom are pregnant (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4794.) 21st Hadith. Has told us [Ahmad bin Sulayman] has told us [Yazid bin Harun] has told us [Muhammad bin Rasyid] from [Sulaiman bin Musa] from ['Amru bin Syu'aib] from [his father] from [his grandfather] that the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Whoever is killed because of a mistake, his death will be a hundred camels, thirty old camels two years old, thirty female camels aged three years, thirty camels aged four years, and ten male camels aged three years." He says; "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) estimated the price for city residents at four hundred dinars or the equivalent in silver coins. Meanwhile, for camel owners, when the price rose, he increased the price and when it fell, he lowered the price according to the prevailing era (the market). In the time of the Messenger of Allah, sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, the value of the diyat reached between four hundred dinars and eight hundred dinars or the equivalent in silver coins." He said again; "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) decreed that the person whose diyat is with a cow, then the owner of the cow will have two hundred cows. And whoever he diyat with a goat, the diyat will be a thousand goats. And Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam has decided that the diyat is an inheritance between the heirs of the person who was killed according to their faraidh. Meanwhile, the excess is for the 'ashabah (relatives of the party father)." The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam decreed that for a woman, one of her 'ashabah should pay her diyat and they should not inherit anything from her except what remains of the woman's heirs. And if the woman is killed then the diyat is divided among her heirs, and they can kill the person who killed the woman (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4801.) 28th Hadith.
