Welcome to the study of authentic hadith selected by ULYAH. Let's look at some of the following sayings of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, one by one, with an open heart to put them into practice. 1st Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing love ابْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ - عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، قَالَ جَاَ God willing عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهْ God bless you أَوْفُوا بِالْعُقُودِ ‏}‏ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ فَتَلاَ مِنْهَا آيَاتٍ God bless you الْعَيْنْ God willing God willing God willing الأَسْنَانِ خَمْسٌ خَمْسٌ وَفِي الْمُوضِحَةِ خَمْسٌ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Has told us [Ahmad bin Abdul Wahid] has told us [Marwan bin Muhammad] has told us [Sa'id i.e. Ibn Abdul Aziz] from [Az Zuhri], he said; "There came to me [Abu Bakr bin Hazm] bringing a letter in a piece of leather, from the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam: "This is an explanation from Allah and His Messenger, "O you who believe, fulfill the aqads..." he read several verses then said; "For the life of a hundred camels, for the eyes of fifty camels, for one hand fifty, one foot fifty, wounds up to the brain a third of a diyat, wounds in a third of a diyat, bones cracked and dislocated fifteen camels, and for fingers ten-ten, for teeth five, five, wounds that reveal five bones (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4856.) 2nd hadith. God bless you Allah's blessings عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنْ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing حَزْمٍ فِي الْعُقُولِ‏ "‏ إِنَّ فِي النَّفْسِ مِائَةً مِنَ God willing God willing God willing الْعَيْنْ God willing خَمْسٌ وَفِي الْمُوضِحَةِ خَمْسٌ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Has told us [Al Harith bin Miskin] by reading the history and I heard from [Ibnu Al Qasim] who told me [Malik] from [Abdullah bin Abu Bakr bin Muhammad bin 'Amru bin Hazm] from [his father], he said; "The letter written by Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam to 'Amru bin Hazm regarding the diyat is: verily for the life of a hundred camels, the nose if all a hundred camels are cut off, wounds that reach the brain a third, internal wounds like that (a third too), and for one hand fifty, one eye fifty, one foot fifty, and for every toe of ten camels, one tooth five and for wounds that reveal five bones (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4857.) 3rd Hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْن7 God bless you God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. خُصَاصَةَ الْبَابْ بِحَدِيدَةٍ أَوْ عُودٍ لِيَفْقَأَ عَيْنَهُ فَلَمَّا أَنْ بَصُرَ انْقَمَعَ فَقَالَ لَهُ النَِ God willing عَيْنَكَ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Has told us ['Amru bin Manshur] has told us [Muslim bin Ibrahim] has told us [Aban] has told us [Yahya] from [Ishaq bin Abdullah bin Abu Thalhah] from [Anas bin Malik] that a bedouin came to the door of Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam then put his eyes in the crack of the door, then Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam saw him and he went towards him carrying iron or wood to gouge out his eyes, then when the person looks he pulls out his eyes. Then the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Indeed, if you don't move, I will gouge out your eyes (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4858.) 4th Hadith. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ "" أَنَّكَ تَنْظُرُنِي لَطَعَنْتُ بِهِ فِي عَيْنِكَ إِنَّمَا جُعِلَ الإِذْنُ مِنْ أَجْلِ الْبَصَرِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. It has been reported to us [Qutaibah] has told us [Al Laits] from [Ibn Shihab] that [Sahl bin Sa'd As Sa'idi] has reported to him that a man peeked through the hole in the door of Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam even though Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam was carrying a comb to scratch his head. When Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam saw him he said: "If I knew that you were looking at me, I would really thrust this into your eyes, in fact it was ordered to ask permission so that the eyes (not see who is inside) (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4859.) 5th Hadith. God willing مُعَاذُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، God willing ‏ "‏ اطَّلَعَ فِي بَيْتِ قَوْمٍ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِهِمْ فَفَقَئُوا عَيْنَهُ فَلاَ دِيَةَ لَهُ وَلاَ قِصَاصَ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Has told us [Muhammad bin Al Mutsanna] has told us [Mu'adz bin Hisham] has told me [my father] from [Qatadah] from [An Nadhr bin Anas] from [Basyir bin Nahik] from [Abu Hurairah] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam he said: "Whoever peeps into the house of a people without their permission and then they gouge out his eyes, there is no diyat for him and there is no retaliation (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4860.) 6th Hadith. God bless him God willing هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏"‏ لَوْ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. فَفَقَأْتَ عَيْنَهُ مَا كَانَ عَلَيْكَ حَرَجٌ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ وَقَالَ مَرَّةً أُخْرَى ‏"‏ جُنَاحٌ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Has told us [Muhammad bin Manshur] has told us [Sufyan] from [Abu Az Zinad] from [Al A'raj] from [Abu Hurairah] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam he said: 'If someone peeps at you without permission then you throw him and gouge out his eyes then you will not incur sin." And at another time he said: "Sin (Degree: sahih. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4861.) 7th Hadith. God bless you God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing كَانَ يُصَلِّي فَإِذَا بِابْنٍ لِمَرْوَانَ يَمُرُّ بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ فَدَرَأَهُ فَلَمْ يَرْجِعْ فَضَرَبَهُ فَخَرَجَ God willing فَقَالَ مَرْوَانُ لأَبِي سَعِيدٍ لِمَ ضَرَبْتَ ابْنَ أَخِيكَ قَالَ مَا ضَرَبْتُهُ إِنَّمَا ضَرَبْتُ الشَّيْطَانَ سَمِعْْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ "" God willing يَدَيْهِ فَيَدْرَؤُهُ مَا اسْتَطَاعَ فَإِنْ أَبَى فَلْيُقَاتِلْهُ فَإِنَّهُ شَيْطَانٌ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Has told us [Muhammad bin Mush'ab] has told us [Muhammad bin Al Mubarak] has told us [Abdul Aziz bin Muhammad] from [Shafwan bin Sulaim] from ['Atho` bin Yasar] from [Abu Sa'id Al Khudri] that he once prayed then suddenly Marwan's son passed in front of him, then he blocked him but the child did not back away then he hit him. Then the child came out crying and came to Marwan and told him. Then Marwan said to Abu Sa'id; "Why did you hit my brother's child?" He says; "I didn't hit him, in fact I hit Satan. I heard Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam say: "If someone among you is praying and someone wants to pass in front of him and he prevents him as much as he can, if that person ignores him then he should fight him because it is Satan (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4862.) 8th Hadith. God willing God bless you, God bless you مُحَمَّدٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing الآيَتَيْنِ، ‏{‏ وَمَنْ يَقْتُلْ مُؤْمِنًا مُتَعَمِّدًا فَجَزَاؤُهُ جَهَنَّمُ ‏}‏ فَسَأَلْتُهُ فَقَالَ لَمْ يَنْسَخْهَا شَىْءٌ ‏.‏ وَعَنْ هَذِهِ الآيَةِ ‏{‏ وَالَّذِينَ لاَ يَدْعُونَ مَعَ اللَّهِ إِلَهًا آخَرَ وَلاَ يَقْتُلُونَ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing نَزَلَتْ فِي أَهْلِ الشِّرْكِ ‏.‏. Having told us Abu Abdur Rahman in lafazh, he said; has told us [Muhammad bin Al Mutsanna] has told us [Muhammad] has told us [Syu'bah] from [Mansur] from [Sa'id bin Jubair], he said; "I was ordered by Abdur Rahman bin Abza to ask [Ibnu Abbas] about these two verses: Whoever kills a believer intentionally, the reward will be Hell. So he said; "Nothing will erase it. And regarding this verse: And those who do not worship other gods along with Allah and do not kill a soul which Allah has forbidden (to kill) except for the right (reason). He says; "The verse was revealed regarding shirk experts (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4863.) 9th Hadith. God bless you ‏{‏ وَمَنْ يَقْتُلْ مُؤْمِنًا مُتَعَمِّدًا‏}‏ فَرَحَلْتُ إِلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ فَسَأَلْتُهُ فَقَالَ نَزَلَتْ فِي آخِرِ مَا أُنْزِلَتْ وَمَا نَسَخَهَا شَىْءٌ ‏.‏. Has told us [Azhar bin Jamil] has told us [Khalid bin Al Harith] has told us [Syu'bah] from [Al Mughirah bin An Na'man] from [Sa'id bin Jubair], he said; "The people of Kufa disputed regarding this verse: Whoever kills a believer intentionally.....Then I went to [Ibn Abbas] and asked him, then he said; "This verse was revealed at the end of the verses that were revealed and nothing can erase it (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4864.) 10th Hadith. Allah's blessings قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي الْقَاسِمُ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing لاِبْنِ عَبَّاسٍ هَلْ لِمَنْ قَتَلَ مُؤْمِنًا مُتَعَمِّدًا مِنْ تَوْبَةٍ قَالَ لاَ ‏.‏ وَقَرَأْتُ عَلَيْهِ الآيَةَ God bless you may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind مَكِّيَّةٌ نَسَخَتْهَا آيَةٌ مَدَنِيَّةٌ ‏{‏ وَمَنْ يَقْتُلْ مُؤْمِنًا مُتَعَمِّدًا فَجَزَاؤُهُ جَهَنَّمُ ‏}‏ ‏.‏. Has told us ['Amru bin Ali] has told us [Yahya] has told us [Ibn Juraij] has told me [Al Qasim bin Abu Bazzah] from [Sa'id bin Jubair], he said; "I said to [Ibn Abbas]; "Is there repentance for the person who kills a believer intentionally?" He said; "No." And I read to him the verse in Surah Al Furqan: And those who worship no other god along with Allah and do not kill a soul which Allah has forbidden (to kill) except for the right (reason). He said; "This is a Makkiyah verse and is abolished by the Madaniyah verse. Namely: Whoever kills a believer intentionally, the punishment will be Hell (Degree: Sahih. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4865.) 11th Hadith. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing مُتَعَمِّدًا ثُمَّ تَابَ وَآمَنَ وَعَمِلَ صَالِحًا ثُمَّ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing سَمِعْتُ نَبِيَّكُمْ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ "" مُتَعَلِّقًا بِالْقَاتِلِ تَشْخَبُ أَوْدَاجُهُ دَمًا يَقُولُ سَلْ هَذَا فِيمَ قَتَلَنِي ‏"‏ ‏." لَقَدْ أَنْزَلَهَا وَمَا نَسَخَهَا ‏.‏. It has been reported to us [Qutaibah] has told us [Sufyan] from ['Ammar Ad Duhni] from [Salim bin Abu Al Ja'd] that [Ibn Abbas] was asked about a person who kills a believer on purpose then repents, believes and does good deeds then gets guidance. So Ibn Abbas said; It was too late for him to repent, I heard your Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam say: "He will come to depend on the person who killed while his jugular veins were bleeding, he said; "Ask this person why he killed me." Then he said; "By Allah, truly He has sent it down and has not erased it (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4866.) 12th Hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَمَا God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing عُبَيْدْ يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ح love God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God bless you ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Has told us [Ishaq bin Ibrahim] has told us [An Nadhr bin Syumail] has told us [Syu'bah] from ['Ubaidullah bin Abu Bakr], he said; "I heard [Anas] say; "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said:... It is said from another route: Has told us [Muhammad bin Abdul A'la] has told us [Khalid], he said; has told us [Syu'bah] from ['Ubaidullah bin Abu Bakr] from [Anas] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said: "The great sins are; associating partners with Allah, disobedience to parents, killing the soul, and false speech (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4867.) 13th Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God willing اللَّهِ بْنْ ‏ "‏ الْكَبَائِرُ الإِشْرَاكُ بِاللَّهِ وَعُقُوقُ الْوَالِدَيْنْ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Has told us ['Abdah bin Abdur Rahim] has told us [Ibn Syumail] has told us [Syu'bah] has told us [Firas], he said; "I heard [Ash Sya'bi] from [Abdullah bin 'Amru] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said: 'The great sins are: associating partners with Allah, disobedience to one's parents, killing the soul, and perjury (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4868.) 14th Hadith. God willing قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ الأَزْرَقُ، عَنِ الْفُضَيْلِ بْنِ God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind حِينَ يَزْنِي وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلاَ يَشْيَبُ love وَلاَ يَقْتُلُ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Has told us [Abdur Rahman bin Muhammad bin Sallam] has told us [Ishaq Al Azraq] from [Al Fudhail bin Ghazwan] from [Ikrimah] from [Ibn Abbas], he said; "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "A servant does not commit adultery when he commits adultery while he is a believer, nor does he drink Khamr when he drinks it while he is a believer, he does not steal while he is a believer and he does not kill while he is a believer (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4869.) 15th Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing ‏ "‏ لاَ يَزْنِي الزَّانِي حِينَ يَزْنِي وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلاَ God willing يَشْرَبُ الْخَمْرَ حِينَ يَشْرَبُهَا وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلاَ يَنْتَهِبُ نُهْبَةً ذَاتَ شَرَفٍ يَرْفَعُ النَّاسُ إِلَيْهَا أَبْصَارَهُمْ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Has told us [Ar Rabi' bin Sulaiman] has told us [Syu'bah bin Al Laits] has told us [Al Laits] from [Ibn 'Ajlan] from [Al Qa'qa'] from [Abu Salih] from [Abu Hurairah] from Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said: "It is not for an adulterer to commit adultery when he is in a state of faith, and it is not for a thief to steal when he in a state of faith, he does not drink khamr when he drinks it while he is in a state of faith, and he does not seize a valuable booty and becomes an attraction for humans when he is in a state of faith (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4870.) 16th Hadith. God willing ابْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ، ح وَأَنْبَأَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَيَّارٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind حِينَ يَزْنِي وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلاَ يَسِقُ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلاَ يَشْرَبُ الْخَمْرَ حِينَ يَشْرَبُ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ ثُمَّ التَّوْبَةُ مَعْرُوضَةٌ بَعْدُ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Has told us [Muhammad bin Al Mutsanna] has told us [Ibn Abu 'Adi] from [Syu'bah] from [Sulaiman]. It is stated from another route: Has told us [Ahmad bin Sayyar] has told us [Abdullah bin Uthman] from [Abu Hamzah] from [Al A'masy] from [Abu Salih] from [Abu Hurairah] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam... and Ahmad said in his hadith; "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "The adulterer does not commit adultery when he is a believer, and the thief does not steal when he is a believer, nor does he drink wine when he drinks it while he is a believer, then repentance extends after that (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4871.) 17th Hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا ما God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing God bless you الزَّانِي حِينَ يَزْنِي وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَم مُؤْمِنٌ وَلاَ يَشْرَبُ الْخَمْرَ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَذَكَرَ God willing God willing ‏.‏. Has told us [Muhammad bin Yahya Al Marwazi Abu Ali] has told us [Abdullah bin Uthman] from [Abu Hamzah] from [Yazid namely Ibn Abu Ziyad] from [Abu Salih] from [Abu Hurairah], he said "The adulterer does not commit adultery when he is in a state of faith, and the thief does not steal when he is in a state of faith, nor does he drink wine when he drinks it while he is in a state of faith, then he mentioned the fourth but I forgot."If he does this it means he has removed the rope of Islam from his neck, then if he repents then Allah accepts his repentance (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4872.) 18th Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless you God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings الْبَيْضَةَ فَتُقْطَعَ يَدُهُ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Has told us [Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Al Mubarak Al Mukharrami] has told us [Abu Mu'awiyah] has told us [Al A'masy]. Mentioned in another line: Has told us [Ahmad bin Harb] from [Abu Mu'awiyah] from [Al A'masy] from [Abu Salih] from [Abu Hurairah] radliallahu 'anhu, he said; "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Allah curses the thief who steals eggs until his hands are cut off and steals rope until his hands are cut off (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4873.) 19th hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing مَتَاعًا فَحَبَسَهُمْ أَيَّامًا ثُمَّ خَلَّى سَبِيلَهُمْ فَأَتَوْهُ فَقَالُوا خَلَّيْتَ سَبِيلَ هَؤُم God bless you. God willing مَتَاعَكُمْ فَذَاكَ وَإِلاَّ أَخَذْتُ مِنْ ظُم مِثْلَهُ ‏.‏ قَالُوا هَذَا حُكْمُكَ ‏.‏ قَالَ هَذَا حُكْمُ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ وَرَسُولِهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏.‏. Has told us [Ishaq bin Ibrahim] has told us [Baqiyah bin Al Walid] has told me [Shafwan bin 'Amru] has told me [Azhar bin Abdullah Al Harazi] from [An Nu'man bin Basyir] that some Kala' people (a tribe from Yemen) complained to him that the Hakah people were stealing property. Then he imprisoned them for a few days then released them, they (Kala's people) met him and said you released him without being tested or beaten? then Nu'man said; it's up to you, if you want then I will beat them, if only Allah returns your property then it is yours but if not I will do as I did to them, they said; "Is this your law?" He says; "This is the law of Allah Azza wa jalla and His Messenger sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4874.) 20th hadith. God willing قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing حَبَسَ نَاسًا فِي تُهْمَةٍ ‏.‏. Has told us [Abdur Rahman bin Muhammad bin Sallam] has told us [Abu Usamah], he said; has told me [Ibn Al Mubarak] from [Ma'mar] from [Bahz bin Hakim] from [his father] from [his grandfather] that Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam imprisoned several people because of an accusation (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4875.) 21st Hadith. Allah's blessings God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing ثُمَّ خَلَّى سَبِيلَهُ ‏.‏. It has been reported to us [Ali bin Sa'id bin Masruq] has told us [Abdullah bin Al Mubarak] from [Ma'mar] from [Bahz bin Hakim] from [his father] from [his grandfather] that the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam imprisoned a person because of an accusation and then released him (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4876.) 22nd Hadith. Allah's blessings God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing إِسْحَاقَ بْنْ God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless him مَتَاعٌ فَقَالَ لَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏"‏ مَا إِخَالُكَ سَرَقْتَ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ بَلَى ‏.‏ قَالَ ‏"‏ اذْهَبُوا بِهِ فَاقْطَعُوهُ ثُمَّ جِيئُوا بِهِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ فَقَطَعُوهُ ثُمَّ جَاءُوا بِهِ فَقَالَ لَهُ ‏"‏ قُلْ أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ وَأَتُوبُ إِلَيْهِ ‏"‏ ‏." أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ وَأَتُوبُ إِلَيْهِ ‏." اللَّهُمَّ تُبْ عَلَيْهِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. It has been reported to us that [Suwaid bin Nasr] has told us [Abdullah bin Al Mubarak] from [Hammad bin Salamah] from [Ishaq bin Abdullah bin Abu Talhah] from [Abu Al Mundzir], a freed slave of Abu Dharr, from [Abu Umayyah Al Makhzumi] that a thief was brought before the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, who gave a confession, even though he did not find anything with him. Then Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said to him: "I don't think you stole." Then the person said; "It's true (I stole). He said: "Take this person and cut off his hand." Then they cut him off and presented him again. Then the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said to him: "Say, I ask forgiveness from Allah and repent to Him." So the person said: "I ask forgiveness from Allah and repent to Him." He said: "O Allah, accept his repentance (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4877.) 23rd Hadith. God bless you قَالَ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ، أَنَّ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings قَدْ تَجَاوَزْتُ عَنْهُ ‏.‏ فَقَالَ ‏ "‏ أَبَا وَهْبٍ أَفَلاَ كَانَ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَأْتِيَنَا بِهِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ فَقَطَعَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏.‏. Has told us [Hilal bin Al 'Ala`] has told me [my father] has told us [Yazid bin Zurai'] from [Sa'id] from [Qatadah] from ['Atho`] from [Shafwan bin Umayyah] that a man had stolen his shawl, then he reported it to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam and he ordered him to cut off his hand. Then Shafwan said; "O Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, I have forgiven him." So Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "O Abu Wahb, why didn't you say so before you came to us?" then Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam cut off his hand (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4878.) 24th Hadith. God willing God willing God bless you عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ طَارِقِ بْنِ مُرَقَِ God willing God willing رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَدْ تَجَاوَزْتُ عَنْهُ ‏.‏ قَالَ ‏ "‏ فَلَوْلاَ كَانَ هَذَا قَبْلَ أَنْ تَأْتِيَنِي بِهِ يَا أَبَا وَهْبٍ ‏"‏ ‏." ‏.‏. Has told me [Abdullah bin Ahmad bin Muhammad bin Hanbal] has told us [my father] has told us [Muhammad bin Ja'far] has told us [Sa'id] from [Qatadah] from ['Atho`] from [Thariq bin Muraqqa'] from [Shafwan bin Umayyah] that a man had stolen his shawl, then he reported it to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam and then he ordered to have his hand cut off. Then Shafwan said; "O Messenger of Allah, I have forgiven him." He said: "Suppose this happened before you brought him to me, O Abu Wahb?" Then Rasulullah cut off his hand (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4879.) 25th Hadith. مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَاتِمِ بْنِ نُعَيْمٍ، قَالَ God willing God bless you God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. رَسُولَ اللَّهِ هُوَ لَهُ ‏.‏ قَالَ ‏ "‏ فَهَلاَّ قَبْلَ الآنَ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Has told us [Muhammad bin Hatim bin Nu'aim] has told us [Hibban] has told us [Abdullah] from [Al Auza'i] has told me ['Atho`bin Abu Rabah] that a man stole clothes, then he was presented to the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, then he ordered his hands to be cut off. A man said; "O Rasulullah, it is his, he said: "Why didn't you say it before (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4880.) 26th Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing الْمَلِكِ، - هُوَ ابْنُ أَبِي بَشِيرٍ - قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي God willing God willing فَوَضَعَهُ تَحْتَ رَأْسِهِ فَنَامَ فَأَتَاهُ لِصٌّ فَاسْتَلَّهَ God willing رِدَائِي ‏.‏ فَقَالَ لَهُ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏"‏ أَسَرَقْتَ رِدَاءَ هَذَا ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ نَعَمْ ‏.‏ قَالَ ‏"‏ اذْهَبَا بِهِ فَاقْطَعَا يَدَهُ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ صَفْوَانُ مَا كُنْتُ أُرِيدُ أَنْ تُقْطَعَ يَدُهُ فِي رِدَائِي ‏.‏ فَقَالَ لَهُ ‏"‏ فَلَوْ مَا قَبْلَ هَذَا ‏"‏ ‏.‏ خَالَفَهُ أَشْعَثُ بْنُ سَوَّارٍ ‏.‏. Has told me [Hilal bin Al 'Ala`] has told us [Husain] has told us [Zuhair] has told us [Abdul Malik i.e. Ibn Abu Basyir] has told me [Ikrimah] from [Shafwan bin Umayyah] that he performed Tawaf in the Kaaba and performed the prayer then folded his shawl and put it under his head and then slept. Then a thief came to him and took the shawl from under his head. Shafwan caught him and took him to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam. He says; "This man stole my shawl. Then the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said to him: "Did you steal this shawl?" The man said; "Yes." He said: "Go take this man away and cut off his hand." Shafwan said; "I do not want his hand to be cut off because of my shawl." Then he said: "If only you had said this before." Asy'ats bin Sawwar disputed this (Derajat: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4881.) 27th Hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي خِيَرَةَ - قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْفَضْلُ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ الْعَلاَءِ الْكُوفِيَّ - قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَشْعَثُ، عَنْ God willing نَائِمًا فِي الْمَسْجِدِ وَرِدَهُ تَحْتَهُ فَسُرِقَ فَقَامَ وَقَدْ ذَهَبَ الرَّجُلُ فَأَدْرَكَهُ فَأَخَذَهُ فَجَاءَ بِهِ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَأَمَرَ God bless you رِدَائِي أَنْ يُقْطَعَ فِيهِ رَجُلٌ ‏.‏ قَالَ ‏ "‏ هَلاَّ كَانَ هَذَا قَبْلَ أَنْ تَأْتِيَنَا بِهِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ أَشْعَثُ ضَعِيفٌ ‏.‏. Has told us [Muhammad bin Hisham, namely Ibn Abu Khiyarah] has told us [Al Fadhl, namely Ibn Al 'Ala` Al Kufi] has told us [Ash'ath] from [Ikrimah] from [Ibn Abbas], he said; "Shafwan once slept in the mosque with his shawl underneath him and then the shawl was stolen. He then woke up but the person who stole it was gone. Then he chased him and caught him and took him to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam. Then he ordered him to have his hands cut off. Shafwan said; "O Messenger of Allah, my shawl is not enough to cause the person to have his hands cut off." So he said: "Why didn't this happen before you brought him to me?" Abu Abdur Rahman said; Ash'ats is weak (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4882.) 28th Hadith. أَخْبَرَنِي أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنَ Allah's blessings God willing قَالَ كُنْتُ نَائِمًا فِي الْمَسْجِدِ عَلَى خَمِيصَةٍ لِي Allah's blessings مِنِّي فَأُخِذَ الرَّجُلُ فَأُتِيَ بِهِ النَِ God bless you God willing وَأُنْسِئُهُ ثَمَنَهَا ‏.‏ قَالَ ‏ "‏ فَهَلاَّ كَانَ هَذَا قَبْلَ أَنْ تَأْتِيَنِي بِهِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Has told me [Ahmad bin Uthman bin Hakim] has told us ['Amru] from [Asbath] from [Simak] from [Humaid] the daughter of Shafwan's sister from [Shafwan bin Umayyah], he said; "I once slept in the mosque in my clothes which cost thirty dirhams, then a man came and stole them from me. Then the man was caught and brought to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam. He ordered his hands to be cut off. Then I went to him and said: "Will you cut them off for thirty dirhams? I sold it and owed the price. He said: "Why didn't this happen (you said) before you brought it to me? (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4883.) 29th Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing حَدَّثَنَا - وَذَكَرَ، - حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ God willing سُرِقَتْ خَمِيصَتُهُ مِنْ تَحْتْ God willing فَجَاءَ بِهِ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَأَمَرَ بِقَطْعِهِ فَقَالَ صَفْوَانُ أَتَقْطَعُهُ قَالَ ‏ "‏ فَهَلاَّ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَأْتِيَنِي بِهِ تَرَكْتَهُ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Having preached to us [Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Abdur Rahim], he said; has told us [Asad bin Musa], he said; has told and mentioned to us [Hammad bin Salamah] from ['Amr bin Dinar] from [Thawus] from [Shafwan bin Umayyah] that his clothes were stolen from his head while he was sleeping in the mosque of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam. Then he caught the thief and brought him to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, then he ordered his hands to be cut off. Then Shafwan said; "Will Master cut off his hand?" He said: "Didn't you let it go before you brought it to me? (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4884.) 30th Hadith. Having preached to us [Muhammad bin Hasyim], he said; has told us [Al Walid], he said; has told us [Ibn Juraij] from ['Amr bin Syu'aib] from [his father] from [his grandfather] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam he said: "Forgive each other from punishment before you come to me because the punishment that has reached me must be carried out (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4885.) 31st Hadith. God bless you God willing نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، رضى الله عنهما أَنَّ امْرَأَةً، prayer فَأَمَرَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِقَطْعِ يَدِهَا ‏.‏. Having preached to us [Mahmud bin Ghailan], he said; has told us [Abdur Razzaq], he said; has reported to us [Ma'mar] from [Ayyub] from [Nafi'] from [Ibn Umar radliallahu 'anhuma] that a woman from Banu Makhzum borrowed something, then she denied it, then the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam ordered her hand to be cut off (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4887.) 32nd Hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَمَا God bless you God willing كَانَتِ امْرَأَةٌ مَخْزُومِيَّةٌ تَسْتَعِيرُ مَتَاعًا عَم God willing صلى الله عليه وسلم بِقَطْعِ يَدِهَا ‏.‏. Having preached to us [Ishaq bin Ibrahim], he said; has reported to us [Abdur Razzaq], he said; has preached to us [Ma'mar] from [Ayyub] from [Nafi'] from [Ibn Umar radliallahu 'anhuma], he said; "There was a Makhzum woman who borrowed things verbally from several of her neighboring women, then she denied it. Then Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam ordered that his hands be cut off (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4888.) 33rd Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنْ Allah's blessings God willing لِتَتُبْ هَذِهِ الْمَرْأَةُ إِلَى اللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ وَتَرُدَّ مَا تَأْخُذُ عَلَى الْقَوْمِ ‏"‏ ‏." may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings بِيَدِهَا فَاقْطَعْهَا ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Having preached to us [Uthman bin Abdullah], he said; has told me [Al Hasan bin Hammad], he said; has told us ['Amr bin Hasyim Al Janbi Abu Malik] from ['Ubaidullah bin Umar] from [Nafi'] from [Ibnu Umar radliallahu 'anhuma] that there was a woman who borrowed someone's jewelry and then kept it. Then Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "This woman should repent to Allah and His Messenger and return what she had taken from these people." Then Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Stand up, O Bilal, take his hand and cut it (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4889.) 34th Hadith. God bless you may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind مَعْقِلٌ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، أَنَّ Allah's blessings God willing فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏ "‏ لَوْ كَانَتْ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتَ مُحَمَّدٍ لَقَطَعْتُ يَدَهَا ‏"‏ ‏.‏ فَقُطِعَتْ يَدُهَا ‏.‏. Having preached to us [Muhammad bin Ma'dan bin Isa], he said; has told us [Al Hasan bin Al A'yan], he said; has told us [Ma'qil] from [Abu Az Zubair] from [Jabir] that a woman from Banu Makhzum stole, then confronted the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam. Then he asked Umm Salamah for protection. Then Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "If she were Fatima bint Muhammad I would definitely cut off her hand." Then the woman's hands were cut off (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4891.) 35th Hadith. God willing مُعَاذُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless you صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقُطِعَتْ ‏.‏. Having preached to us [Muhammad bin Al Mutsanna], he said; has told us [Mu'adz bin Hisham], he said; has told us [my father] from [Qatadah] from [Sa'id bin Yazid] from [Sa'id bin Al Musayyab] that a woman from Bani Makhzum borrowed jewelry through people's words, then she denied it. Then the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam ordered his hand to be cut off. Having preached to us [Muhammad bin Al Mutsanna], he said; has told us [Abdus Shamad], he said; has told us [Hammam], he said; has told us [Qatadah] from [Dawud bin Abu 'Ashim] that [Sa'id bin Al Musayyab] told him something like that (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4892.) 36th Hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَمَا God bless you God bless you وسلم وَكُلِّمَ فِيهَا فَقَالَ ‏ "‏ لَوْ كَانَتْ فَاطِمَةَ لَقَطَعْتُ يَدَهَا ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قِيلَ لِسُفْيَانَ مَنْ ذَكَرَهُ قَالَ أَيُّوبُ بْنُ مُوسَى عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى ‏.‏. Having preached to us [Ishaq bin Ibrahim], he said; has reported to us [Sufyan], he said; "There was a Makhzum woman who borrowed things and she reneged on it. Then he was reported to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam and talked about the woman. Then he said: "If she had been Fatima, I would have cut off her hand." It was said to Sufyan; 'Who mentioned it?' 37th Hadith. God bless him God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing Allah's blessings God bless you هَلَكَتْ بَنُو إِسْرَائِيلَ حِينَ كَانُوا إِذَا أَصَابَ God bless you God willing كَانَتْ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتَ مُحَمَّدٍ لَقَطَعْتُهَا ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Having preached to us [Muhammad bin Mansur], he said; has told us [Sufyan] from [Ayyub bin Musa] from [Az Zuhri] from ['Urwah] from [Aisyah] that there was a woman who stole then she was confronted by the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, then they said; "No one dared to speak to the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam except Usamah. Then they spoke to Usamah. So Usamah spoke to him. The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam then said: "O Usamah, indeed the people of the Children of Israel perished when a noble person among them was punished by had, they tolerated it and did not enforce the punishment on him, and if the punishment affected a lowly person then they enforced the punishment on him. If she were Fatima bint Muhammad I would definitely cut off her hands (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4895.) 38th Hadith. God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God willing يَبْلُغَ مِنْهُ هَذَا ‏.‏ قَالَ ‏ "‏ لَوْ كَانَتْ فَاطِمَةَ لَقَطَعْتُهَا ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Having preached to us [Rizqullah bin Musa], he said; has told us [Sufyan] from [Ayyub bin Musa] from [Az Zuhri] from ['Urwah] from [Aisyah], he said; A thief confronted the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam and then he cut off his hand. They said; "We don't want this to happen to him." He said: "If she were Fatima I would have cut off her hand (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4896.) 39th Hadith. Allah's blessings حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ زَكَرِيَّا بْنّ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings مِنْ أَحَدٍ يُكَلِّمُهُ إِلاَّ حِبُّهُ أُسَامَةُ ‏.‏ فَكَلَّمَهُ فَقَالَ ‏ "‏ يَا أُسَامَةُ إِنَّ بَنِي God willing God bless you love لَقَطَعْتُهَا ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Having preached to us [Ali bin Sa'id bin Masruq], he said; has told us [Yahya bin Zakariya bin Abu Zaidah] from [Sufyan bin 'Uyainah] from [Az Zuhri] from ['Urwah] from [Aisyah] that at the time of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam there was a woman who stole, then people said; "We will not talk to him about it, no one can talk to him except the person he loves, namely Usamah. Then Usamah spoke to him. He said: "O Usamah, indeed the Children of Israel perished because of an incident like this. If a noble person among them stole, they allowed it, but if a lowly person among them stole, they cut off his hand. Indeed, if she was Fatima bint Muhammad, I would have cut off her hand (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan An-Nasa'i no. 4897.) Hadits ke-40. أَخْبَرَنَا عِمْرَانُ بْنُ بَكَّارٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبِي، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتِ اسْتَعَارَتِ امْرَأَةٌ عَلَى أَلْسِنَةِ أُنَاسٍ يُعْرَفُونَ - وَهِيَ لاَ تُعْرَفُ - حُلِيًّا فَبَاعَتْهُ وَأَخَذَتْ ثَمَنَهُ فَأُتِيَ بِهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَسَعَى أَهْلُهَا إِلَى أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ فَكَلَّمَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِيهَا فَتَلَوَّنَ وَجْهُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَهُوَ يُكَلِّمُهُ ثُمَّ قَالَ لَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏"‏ أَتَشْفَعُ إِلَىَّ فِي حَدٍّ مِنْ حُدُودِ اللَّهِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ فَقَالَ أُسَامَةُ اسْتَغْفِرْ لِي يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ‏.‏ ثُمَّ قَامَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَشِيَّتَئِذٍ فَأَثْنَى عَلَى اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ بِمَا هُوَ أَهْلُهُ ثُمَّ قَالَ ‏"‏ أَمَّا بَعْدُ فَإِنَّمَا هَلَكَ النَّاسُ قَبْلَكُمْ أَنَّهُمْ كَانُوا إِذَا سَرَقَ الشَّرِيفُ فِيهِمْ تَرَكُوهُ وَإِذَا سَرَقَ الضَّعِيفُ فِيهِمْ أَقَامُوا عَلَيْهِ الْحَدَّ وَالَّذِي نَفْسُ مُحَمَّدٍ بِيَدِهِ لَوْ أَنَّ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتَ مُحَمَّدٍ سَرَقَتْ لَقَطَعْتُ يَدَهَا ‏"‏ ‏.‏ ثُمَّ قَطَعَ تِلْكَ الْمَرْأَةَ ‏.‏. Telah mengkhabarkan kepada kami [Imran bin Bakkar], dia berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Bisyr bin Syu'aib], dia berkata; telah mengkhabarkan kepadaku [ayahku] dari [Az Zuhri] dari ['Urwah] dari [Aisyah], dia berkata; "Seorang wanita meminjam perhiasan melalui lisan orang-orang yang dikenal sedang dia tidak dikenal. Lalu dia jual perhiasan tersebut dan ia ambil uangnya. Kemudian dia dihadapkan kepada Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi was sallam. Lalu keluarganya berusaha menemui Usamah bin Zaid. Usamah kemudian berbicara kepada Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi was sallam tentang wanita tersebut. Maka meronalah wajah Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi was sallam sementara Usamah berbicara. Kemudian Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi was sallam bersabda; "Apakah kamu hendak meminta syafa'at (keringanan) kepadaku atas hokum yang ditetapkan Allah?" Usamah berkata; "Mohonkanlah ampunan untukku, wahai Rasul Allah." Sontak Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi was sallam berdiri lalu memuji pada Alloh 'azza wajalla dengan pujian yang menjadi hakNya kemudian bersabda, "Amma ba'du, Sesungguhnya orang-orang sebelum kalian binasa karena apabila ada orang yang mulia di antara mereka mencuri mereka membiarkannya, sedang apabila orang yang lemah di antara mereka mencuri mereka tegakkan had (hukuman) atasnya. Demi Dzat yang jiwa Muhammad ada di tanganNya, seandainya Fathimah binti Muhammad mencuri niscaya aku potong tangannya." Lalu dipotonglah tangan wanita tersebut (Derajat: shahih.
