Welcome to the study of authentic hadith selected by ULYAH. Let's look at some of the following sayings of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, one by one, with an open heart to put them into practice. 1st Hadith. God willing God willing Allah's blessings God willing الْجُمُعَةِ بِـ ‏{سَبِّحِ اسْمَ رَبِّكَ الأَعْلَى}‏ وَ ‏{هَلْ أَتَاكَ حَدِيثُ الْغَاشِيَةِ}‏ ‏.‏. Has told us [Hisyam bin 'Ammar] said, has told us [Al Walid bin Muslim] from [Sa'id bin Sinan] from [Abu Az Zahiriyah] from [Abu 'Inabah Al Khaulani] said, "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam on Friday read SABBIHISMA RABBIKAL A'LAA (Sanctify the name of your Lord, the Most High) and HAL ATAAKA HADIITSUL GHAASYIAH (Has news come to you (about) the day of judgment? (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1120.) 2nd hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَالَ ‏ "‏ مَنْ أَدْرَكَ مِنَ الْجُمُعَةِ رَكْعَةً فَلْيُصَلِّ إِلَيْهَا أُخْرَى ‏"‏ ‏.‏. It has been related to us [Muhammad bin Ash Shabbah] said, it has been reported to us [Umar bin Habib] from [Ibn Abu Dzi`b] from [Az Zuhri] from [Abu Salamah] and [Sa'id bin Musayyab] from [Abu Hurairah] that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Whoever gets one raka'at of Friday prayer, let him fulfill it (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1121.) 3rd Hadith. God willing God willing God willing قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ ‏ "‏ مَنْ أَدْرَكَ مِنَ الصَّلاَةِ رَكْعَةً فَقَدْ أَدْرَكَ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. It has been told to us that [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] and [Hisyam bin Ammar] both said; has told us [Sufyan bin Uyainah] from [Az Zuhri] from [Abu Salamah] from [Abu Hurairah] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Whoever gets one raka'at then he has got it (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1122.) 4th Hadith. God willing God willing God willing God willing رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ "" God willing أَدْرَكَ الصَّلاَةَ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Has told us [Amru bin Uthman bin Sa'id bin Katsir bin Dinar Al Himshi] said, has told us [Baqiyyah bin Walid] said, has told us [Yunus bin Yazid Al Aili] from [Az Zuhri] from [Salim] from [Ibn Umar] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Whoever gets one rak'ah from prayer Friday or otherwise, then he has received prayer (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1123.) 5th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدَ God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing يُجَمِّعُونَ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ ‏.‏. Has told us [Muhammad bin Yahya] said, has told us [Sa'id bin Abi Maryam] from [Abdullah bin Umar] from [Nafi'] from [Ibn Umar] he said, "The people of Quba perform Friday prayers with Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam on Friday (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1124.) 6th Hadith. God willing عَبْدُ اللَّهْ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ، قَالُوا حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّد7 God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing عَنْ أَبِي الْجَعْدِ الضَّمْرِيِّ، - وَكَانَ لَهُ صُحْبَةٌ - قَالَ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ ‏ "‏ مَنْ تَرَكَ God willing قَلْبِهِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, has told us [Abdullah bin Idris] and [Yazid bin Harun] and [Muhammad bin Bisyr] they said; has told us [Muhammad bin Amru] said; has told me [Ubaidah bin Sufyan Al Hadlrami] from [Abul Ja'd Ad Dlamri] - he once met the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam - He said, "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Whoever leaves Friday three times because he despise it, then his heart will be closed (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1125.) 7th Hadith. God bless you God willing God bless you عَبْدُ اللَّهْ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ "" God willing عَلَى قَلْبِهِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Has told us [Muhammad Ibnul Mutsanna] said, has told us [Abu Amir] said, has told us [Zuhair] from [Usaid bin Abu Asid]. (in another way mentioned) Has told us [Ahmad bin Isa Al Mishri] said, has told us [Abdullah bin Wahb] from [Ibn Abu Dzi'b] from [Asid bin Abu Asid] from [Abdullah bin Abu Qatadah] from [Jabir bin Abdullah] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Whoever leaves Friday three times without udzur, then his heart will be closed (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1126.) 8th Hadith. God bless you God bless you God bless you وسلم ـ ‏ "‏ أَلاَ هَلْ عَسَى أَحَدُكُمْ أَنْ يَتَّخِذَ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing فَيَتَعَذَّرَ عَلَيْهِ الْكَلأُ، فَيَرْتَفِعَ ثُمَّ تَجِيءُ God bless you God willing يَشْهَدُهَا. Has told us [Muhammad bin Basysyar] said, has told us [Ma'di bin Sulaiman] said, has told us [Ibn 'Ajlan] from [his father] from [Abu Hurairah] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Know, it could be that one of you brings a herd of goats at the end (distance) of a mile or two miles, then there is no grass while the sun is rising high and here comes Friday. But he didn't come and didn't attend, then came again the following Friday but didn't attend, then came again the following Friday but didn't attend, until his heart was closed (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1127.) 9th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَم نُوحُ بْنُ قَيْسٍ، عَنْ أَخِيهِ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings مُتَعَمِّدًا، فَلْيَتَصَدَّقْ بِدِينَارٍ، فَإِنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ، فَبِنِصْفِ دِينَارٍ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Has told us [Nashr bin Ali Al Jahdlami] said, has told us [Nuh bin Qais] from [His brother] from [Qatadah] from [Al Hasan] from [Samurah bin Jundab] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said: "Whoever misses the Friday prayer deliberately should give charity with one dinar, if he doesn't get it, let it be with half (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1128.) 10th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدَ may Allah bless him and give him peace God willing God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings أَرْبَعًا، لاَ يَفْصِلُ فِي شَىْءٍ مِنْهُنَّ ‏.‏. Has told us [Muhammad bin Yahya] said, has told us [Yazid bin Abdu Rabbih] said, has told us [Baqiyyah] from [Mubassyir bin Ubaid] from [Hajjaj bin Arthah] from [Atiyah Al 'Ufi] from [Ibn Abbas] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam prayed four rak'ahs before Friday consecutively (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1129.) 11th Hadith. God willing سَعْدٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ عَبْدْ كَانَ إِذَا صَلَّى الْجُمُعَةَ انْصَرَفَ فَصَلَّى God willing صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ يَصْنَعُ ذَلِكَ ‏.‏. It has been told to us [Muhammad bin Rumh] said, it has been reported to us [Al Laits bin Sa'd] from [Nafi'] from [Abdullah bin Umar] that when he had finished the Friday prayer he prayed two rak'ahs at home, then he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam did that (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1130.) 12th Hadith. God bless you God willing God willing يُصَلِّي بَعْدَ الْجُمُعَةِ رَكْعَتَيْنِ ‏.‏. Has told us [Muhammad bin Ash Shabbah] said, has told us [Sufyan] from [Amru] from [Ibn Shihab] from [Salim] from [His father] said, "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam prayed two rak'ahs after the Friday prayer (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1131.) 13th Hadith. God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing Allah's blessings may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings فَصَلُّوا أَرْبَعًا ‏"‏ ‏.‏. It has been told to us that [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] and [Abu As Sa`ib Salm bin Junadah] both said; has told us [Abdullah bin Idris] from [Suhail bin Abu Salih] from [his father] from [Abu Hurairah] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "When you have finished the Friday prayer, then pray four rak'ahs (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1132.) 14th Hadith. God willing God willing God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless you الْمَسْجِدِ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ قَبْلَ الصَّلاَةِ ‏.‏. Has told us [Abu Kuraib] said, has told us [Hatim bin Isma'il]. (in another way it is mentioned) Has told us [Muhammad bin Rumh] said, has told us [Ibnu Lahi'ah] everything from [Ibn 'Ajlan] from [Amru bin Syu'aib] from [his father] from [his grandfather] said, "On Fridays the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam forbade making halaqah in the mosque before the Friday prayer was finished (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1133.) 15th Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God willing God willing God willing عليه وسلم ـ عَنْ الاِحْتِبَاءِ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ - يَعْنِي - وَالإِمَامُ يَخْطُبُ ‏.‏. Has told us [Muhammad bin Mushaffa Al Himshi] said, has told us [Baqiyyah] from [Abdullah bin Waqid] from [Muhammad bin 'Ajlan] from [Amru bin Syu'aib] from [his father] from [his grandfather] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam sat ihtiba` on Friday, that is, when the imam was giving his sermon (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1134.) 16th Hadith. God bless you Allah's blessings God bless you God willing يَزِيدَ، قَالَ مَا كَانَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ إِلاَّ مُؤَذِّنٌ وَاحِدٌ. فَإِذَا خَرَجَ أَذَّنَ، وَإِذَا نَزَلَ أَقَامَ. وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرُ كَذَلِكَ. فَلَمَّا كَانَ عُثْمَانُ، وَكَثُرَ النَّاسُ، زَادَ النِّدَاءَ Allah's blessings الزَّوْرَاءُ. فَإِذَا خَرَجَ أَذَّنَ، وَإِذَا نَزَلَ أَقَامَ ‏.‏. Has told us [Yusuf Al Qaththan] said, has told us [Jarir]. (in another way mentioned) Has told us [Abdullah bin Sa'id] said, has told us [Abu Khalid Al Ahmar] everything from [Muhammad bin Ishaq] from [Az Zuhri] from [As Sa`ib bin Yazid] he said, "At the time of Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam there was only one call to prayer, if he came out the call to prayer was said, and if he came down (from the pulpit) iqamah It was said. Likewise during the time of Abu Bakr and Umar. When Uthman's time there were more people, then he added a third call to prayer in a house in the market called Zaura`. If he went out, the call to prayer was said and if he came down (from the pulpit) the iqamah was said (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1135.) 17th Hadith. God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God willing اسْتَقْبَلَهُ أَصْحَابُهُ بِوُجُوهِهِمْ ‏.‏. Has told us [Muhammad bin Yahya] said, has told us [Haitsam bin Jamil] said, has told us [Ibn Mubarak] from [Aban bin Taghlib] from ['Adiy bin Thabit] from [his father] he said, "If the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam got up from the pulpit, then the companions greeted him with their faces (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1136.) 18th Hadith. God bless you God bless you may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing يُوَافِقُهَا رَجُلٌ مُسْلِمٌ، قَائِمٌ يُصَلِّي، يَسْأَلُ اللَّهَ فِيهَا خَيْرًا، إِلاَّ أَعْطَاهُ "" بِيَدِهِ ‏.‏. It has been reported to us [Muhammad bin Ash Shabbah] said, it has been reported to us [Sufyan bin Uyainah] from [Ayyub] from [Muhammad bin Sirin] from [Abu Hurairah] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Indeed, on Friday there is a time, no one muslim stands in prayer and asks Allah for goodness at that time, unless He will granted it," and he shortened the time with a hand gesture (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1137.) 19th hadith. God willing خَالِدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا كَثِيرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing يَقُولُ: ‏"‏ فِي يَوْمِ الْجُمُعَةِ سَاعَةٌ مِنَ النَّهَارِ، God bless you سُؤْلَهُ ‏"‏ قِيلَ: أَىُّ سَاعَةٍ؟ قَالَ ‏"‏ حِينَ تُقَامُ الصَّلاَةُ إِلَى الاِنْصِرَافِ مِنْهَا ‏"‏ ‏.‏. It has been told to us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, it has been told to us [Khalid bin Makhlad] said, it has been told to us [Katsir bin Abdullah bin Amru bin Auf Al Muzani] from [his father] from [his grandfather] he said, "I heard Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam say about Friday: "One time during the day on Friday, not a servant stood up asking Allah for something in it. but He will grant his request. " Asked him, "When is that?" He answered: "When the prayer is established until it is finished (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1138.) 20th hadith. God willing God willing God willing God willing وَرَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ جَالِسٌ إِنَّا لَنَجِدُ فِي كِتَابِ اللَّهِ فِي يَوْمِ الْجُمُعَةِ سَاعَةٌ لاَ يُوَافِقُهَا عَبْدٌ مُؤْمِنٌ يُصَلِّي يَسْأَلُ اللَّهَ فِيهَا شَيْئًا إِلاَّ قَضَى لَهُ حَاجَتَهُ ‏.‏ قَالَ عَبْدُ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings ـ أَوْ بَعْضُ سَاعَةٍ ‏.‏ فَقُلْتُ صَدَقْتَ، أَوْ بَعْضُ سَاعَةٍ ‏.‏ قُلْتُ: أَىُّ سَاعَةٍ هِيَ؟ قَالَ: ‏"‏ هِيَ آخِرُ سَاعَةٍ مِنْ سَاعَاتِ النَّهَارِ ‏"‏ قُلْتُ: إِنَّهَا لَيْسَتْ سَاعَةَ صَلاَةٍ ‏.‏ قَالَ: ‏"‏ بَلَى. God willing يَحْبِسُهُ إِلاَّ الصَّلاَةُ، فَهُوَ فِي صَلاَةٍ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Has told us ['Abdurrahman bin Ibrahim Ad Dimasyqi] said, has told us [Ibn Abu Fudaik] from [Adl Dlahhak bin Uthman] from [Abu An Nadlrah] from [Abu Salamah] from [Abdullah bin Salam] said; I asked while Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam was sitting, "In the Book of Allah we find a time on Friday, when no believer stood up to pray and asked for something from Allah, unless He would fulfill it." I asked, "When is that time?" he answered, "At the end of the day." I asked, "Isn't that prayer time?" he answered, "That's right, indeed if a servant who believes prays and then sits down, and no one stops him from sitting except because he is waiting for prayer, then he is counted as a prayer (Degree: authentic. God willing بَعْدَ الْمَغْرِبِ، وَرَكْعَتَيْنِ بَعْدَ Allah has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, has told us [Ishaq bin Sulaiman Abu Yahya Ar Razi] from [Mughirah bin Ziyad] from ['Atho`] from ['Aisyah] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Whoever keeps twelve raka'ats of sunnah prayers, four raka'ats will be built for him before zhuhur, two raka'ats after zhuhur, two raka'ats after maghrib, two rak'ahs after isha and two rak'ahs before dawn (Degree: sahih. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1140.) 22nd Hadith. God willing يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، أَنْبَأَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبِي God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless you يَوْمٍ وَلَيْلَةٍ ثِنْتَىْ عَشْرَةَ رَكْعَةً، بُنِيَ لَهُ بَيْتٌ فِي الْجَنَّةِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, has told us [Yazid bin Harun] said, has reported to us [Isma'il bin Abu Kholid] from [Al Musayyab bin Rafi'] from [Anbasah bin Abu Sufyan] from [Ummu Habibah bint Abu Sufyan] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said: "Whoever prays twelve rak'ahs (sunnah prayers) in a day and a night, a house will be built for him in heaven (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1141.) 23rd Hadith. God willing مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ الأَصْبَهَانِيِّ، عَنْ God willing رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ "" يَوْمٍ ثِنْتَىْ عَشْرَةَ رَكْعَةً بُنِيَ لَهُ بَيْتٌ فِي God willing قَبْلَ الظُّهْرِ وَرَكْعَتَيْنِ بَعْدَ الظُّهْرِ وَرَكْعَتَيْنِ - أَظُنُّهُ قَالَ - قَبْلَ الْعَصْرِ وَرَكْعَتَيْنِ بَعْدَ الْمَغْرِبِ - أَظُنُّهُ قَالَ - وَرَكْعَتَيْنِ بَعْدَ الْعِشَاءِ الآخِرَةِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, has told us [Muhammad bin Sulaiman bin Al Ashbahani] from [Suhail] from [his father] from [Abu Hurairah] he said, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam "Whoever prays twelve rak'ahs a day, a house will be built for him in heaven; two raka'at before dawn, two raka'at after noon, two raka'at after noon, two raka'at, I suspect that he said: "before asr, two raka'at after maghrib, and I suspect he said: "and two raka'at after final isha (Degree: sahih. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1142.) 24th Hadith. God willing God willing God willing الْفَجْرُ صَلَّى رَكْعَتَيْنِ ‏.‏. It has been narrated to us [Hisyam bin Ammar] said, it has been narrated to us [Sufyan bin Uyainah] from [Amru bin Dinar] from [Ibn Umar] said, "When the dawn has illuminated it, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam prayed two raka'at (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1143.) 25th Hadith. God bless you God willing God willing God willing بِأُذُنَيْهِ ‏.‏. Has told us [Ahmad bin 'Abdah] said, has reported to us [Hammad bin Zaid] from [Anas bin Sirin] from [Ibn Umar] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam prayed two rak'ahs before dawn, as if the call to prayer was in his ears (not too long) (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1144.) 26th Hadith. God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing نُودِيَ لِصَلاَةِ الصُّبْحِ رَكَعَ رَكْعَتَيْنِ خَفِيفَتَيْنِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَقُومَ إِلَى الصَّلاَةِ ‏.‏. It has been told to us [Muhammad bin Rumh] said, it has been reported to us [Al Laits bin Sa'd] from [Nafi'] from [Ibn Umar] from [Hafsh bint Umar] said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam when called upon to perform the morning prayer, he prayed two rak'ahs lightly before going to prayer (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1145.) 27th Hadith. Allah's blessings God willing God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing الصَّلاَةِ ‏.‏. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] said, has told us [Abul Ahwash] from [Abu Ishaq] from [Al Aswad] from [Aisyah] he said, "When the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam performed ablution, he prayed two rak'ahs, then went to pray (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1146.) 28th Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing قَالَ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ يُصَلِّي الرَّكْعَتَيْنِ عِنْدَ الإِقَامَةِ ‏.‏. Has told us [Al Khalil bin Amru Abu Amru] said, has told us [Sharik] from [Abu Ishaq] from [Al Harith] from [Ali] he said "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam prayed two raka'at before iqamah (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 1147.) 29th Hadith.
