Welcome to the study of authentic hadith selected by ULYAH. Let's look at some of the following sayings of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, one by one, with an open heart to put them into practice. 1st Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless you ‏"‏ ‏.‏. It has been reported to us ['Amru bin Abdullah] has reported to us [Waki'] from [His father] from [Manshru] from [Ibrahim] from [Hammam bin Al Harits An Nakha'i] from ['Adi bin Hatim] he said, "I asked the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam about the arrow shaft (which hit the hunting star), so he said: "Do not eat it unless it is an animal. torn apart (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3215.) 2nd hadith. God bless you God willing God willing وسلم ـ قَالَ ‏ "‏ مَا قُطِعَ مِنَ الْبَهِيمَةِ وَهِيَ حَيَّةٌ فَمَا قُطِعَ مِنْهَا فَهُوَ مَيْتَةٌ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. It has been reported to us [Ya'qub bin Humaid bin Kasib] has reported to us [Ma'n bin Isa] from [Hisyam bin Sa'd] from [Zaid bin Aslam] from [Ibn Umar], that the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Something that is cut off from the limbs of livestock that are still alive, then what is cut off from it is a carcass (Degree: authentic. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God willing وَيَقْطَعُونَ أَذْنَابَ الْغَنَمِ أَلاَ فَمَا قُطِعَ مِنْ حَىٍّ فَهُوَ مَيِّتٌ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. It has been reported to us [Hisyam bin 'Ammar] has reported to us [Isma'il bin Ammar] has reported to us [Abu Bakr Al Hudzali] from [Syahr bin Hausyab] from [Tamim Ad Dari] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "There will be at the end of time a people who love the humps of camels and cutting the tails of goats. Be aware, meat cut from a living animal is carrion (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3217.) 4th Hadith. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing أُحِلَّتْ لَنَا مَيْتَتَانِ الْحُوتُ وَالْجَرَادُ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. It has been reported to us [Abu Mush'ab] has reported to us [Abdurrahman bin Zaid bin Aslam] from [his father] from [Abdullah bin Umar], that the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Two types of carcasses have been made lawful for us; whale and grasshopper carcasses (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3218.) 5th Hadith. God willing God willing God willing God bless you may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings جُنُودِ اللَّهِ لاَ آكُلُهُ وَلاَ أُحَرِّمُهُ ‏"‏ ‏." It has been reported to us that [Abu Bisyr Bakr bin Khalaf] and [Nashr bin Ali] both said; has reported to us [Zakaria bin Yahya bin 'Umarah] has reported to us [Abu Al 'Awwam] from [Abu Uthman An Nahdi] from [Salman] he said, "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam was asked about locusts, he then answered: "That is the largest of Allah's soldiers, I do not eat them nor have they been forbidden (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3219.) 6th Hadith. God willing God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace وسلم ـ يَتَهَادَيْنَ الْجَرَادَ عَلَى الأَطْبَاقِ ‏.‏. It has been reported to us [Ahmad bin Mani'] has reported to us [Sufyan bin 'Uyainah] from [Abu Sa'id Sa'd Al Baqqal] that he heard [Anas bin Malik] say, "In the past the wives of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam gave each other gifts of grasshoppers on trays (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3220.) 7th Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace God willing عَبْدِ اللَّهْ God willing God bless you God willing ‏"‏ اللَّهُمَّ أَهْلِكْ love Allah's blessings وَأَرْزَاقِنَا إِنَّكَ سَمِيعُ الدُّعَاءِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ فَقَالَ God willing God willing اللَّهِ بِقَطْعِ دَابِرِهِ قَالَ ‏"‏ الْجَرَادَ نَثْرَةُ الْحُوتِ فِي الْبَحْرِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ هَاشِمٌ قَالَ زِيَادٌ فَحَدَّثَنِي مَنْ رَأَى الْحُوتَ يَنْثُرُهُ ‏.‏. It has been reported to us [Harun bin Abdullah Al Hammal] has reported to us [Hasyim bin Al Qasim] has reported to us [Ziyad bin Abdullah bin 'Ulasah] from [Musa bin Muhammad bin Ibrahim] from [his father] from [Jabir] and [Anas bin Malik], that when the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam prayed for locusts he shouted: "O Allah, destroy his rulers, kill those who small, destroy its eggs, sever its rear, take its mouths as our livelihood and our sustenance, verily You are the All-Hearing prayer." A man said, "O Messenger of Allah, how can you pray for one of Allah's soldiers by cutting off his back?" He answered: "Indeed, grasshoppers are the sneezes of whales in the ocean." Hashim said; Ziyad said, "He told me about a person who once saw a whale sneezing (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3221.) 8th Hadith. God bless you God willing God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God bless you نَضْرِبُهُنَّ بِأَسْوَاطِنَا وَنِعَالِنَا فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ ‏ "‏ كُلُوهُ فَإِنَّهُ مِنْ صَيْدِ الْبَحْرِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Has reported to us [Ali bin Muhammad] has reported to us [Waki'] has reported to us [Hammad bin Salamah] from [Abu Al Muhazzim] from [Abu Hurairah] he said, "We came out with the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam on a pilgrimage or 'Umrah, suddenly we met a group of grasshoppers -or a swarm of grasshoppers-, then we hit them with sticks and our sandals, then the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Eat the grasshopper, because it is one of the prey of the sea (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3222.) 9th Hadith. It has been reported to us that [Muhammad bin Basysyar] and [Abdurrahman bin Abdul Wahab] both said; has reported to us [Abu 'Amir Al 'Aqadi] has reported to us [Ibrahim bin Al Fadll] from [Sa'id Al Maqburi] from [Abu Hurairah] he said, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam forbade killing Shurad (a type of sparrow), frogs, ants and Hudhud (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3223.) 10th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدَ God willing God willing God willing God willing وَالْهُدْهُدِ وَالصُّرَدِ ‏.‏. Has reported to us [Muhammad bin Yahya] has reported to us [Abdurrazaq] has reported to us [Ma'mar] from [Zubair Zuhri] from ['Ubaidullah bin Abdullah bin 'Utbah] from [Ibn Abbas] he said, "Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam forbade killing four types of creeping animals; ants, bees, hudhud and Shurad (a type of sparrow) (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3224.) 11th Hadith. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing الرَّحْمَنْ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings قَرَصَتْهُ نَمْلَةٌ فَأَمَرَ بِقَرْيَةِ النَّمْلِ فَأُحْرِقَتْ فَأَوْحَى اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ إِلَيْهِ فِي أَنْ قَرَصَتْكَ نَمْلَةٌ أَهْلَكْتَ أُمَّةً مِنَ الأُمَمِ تُسَبِّحُ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، God willing God bless you ‏.‏. Has reported to us [Ahmad bin 'Amru bin As Sarh] and [Ahmad bin Isa Al Mishriyani] both said, has reported to us [Abdullah bin Wahb] has reported to me [Yunus] from [Ibn Shihab] from [Sa'id bin Al Musayyab] and [Abu Salamah bin Abdurrahman] from [Abu Hurairah] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said: "Once there was one of the Prophets who was bitten by an ant, then he ordered to go to the ant village and burn it. Then Allah 'azza wajalla revealed to him, 'Is it because an ant bit you, then you destroyed one community of the people who were doing dhikr! '" Has reported to us [Muhammad bin Yahya] has reported to us [Abu Salih] has reported to me [Al Laits] from [Yunus] from [Ibn Shihab] with his sanad like the hadith above, he said, "Qarashat (biting) (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3225.) 12th Hadith. God willing God willing God willing خَذَفَ فَنَهَاهُ وَقَالَ إِنَّ النَّبِيَّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ نَهَى عَنِ الْخَذْفِ وَقَالَ ‏ "‏ إِنَّهَا لاَ تَصِيدُ may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind السِّنَّ وَتَفْقَأُ الْعَيْنَ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ فَعَادَ ‏.‏ فَقَالَ أُحَدِّثُكَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ نَهَى عَنْهُ ثُمَّ عُدْتَ لاَ أُكَلِّمُكَ أَبَدًا ‏.‏. It has been reported to us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] has reported to us [Isma'il bin 'Ulayyah] from [Ayyub] from [Sa'id bin Jubair], that a close relative of [Abdullah bin Mughaffal] threw stones (while hunting) then he forbade it, saying; "Indeed, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam forbade (hunting) by throwing (stones), he said: "Indeed, throwing stones will not hit the hunting star and will not paralyze the enemy, but it will only break teeth and make eyes." Sa'id bin Jubair said, "Then Abdullah's relatives repeated their actions again, so Abdullah said, "I have told you that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam forbade this action but you keep repeating it, I really don't will again talk to you forever (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3226.) 13th Hadith. Has reported to us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] has reported to us ['Ubaid bin Sa'id]. (in another way it is stated) Has reported to us [Muhammad bin Basysyar] has reported to us [Muhammad bin Ja'far] both said; has reported to us [Syu'bah] from [Qatadah] from ['Uqbah bin Shuhban] from [Abdullah bin Mughaffal] he said, "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam forbade (hunting) by throwing stones, he said: "Indeed, throwing stones will not hit the target star nor paralyze the enemy, but it only breaks teeth and makes eyes (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3227.) 14th Hadith. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing الأَوْزَاغِ ‏.‏. It has been told to us [Abu Bakar bin Abu Syaibah] has told us [Sufyan bin 'Uyainah] from [Abdul Hamid bin Jubair] from [Sa'id bin Al Musayyab] from [Ummu Sharik], that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam ordered to kill lizards (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3228.) 15th Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَالَ "‏ "‏ وَزَغًا فِي أَوَّلِ ضَرْبَةٍ فَلَهُ كَذَا وَكَذَا حَسَنَةً - وَمَنْ أَدْنَى مِنَ الأُولَى - وَمَنْ قَتَلَهَا فِي الضَّرْبَةِ الثَّالِثَةِ فَلَهُ كَذَا وَكَذَا حَسَنَةً - أَدْنَى مِنَ الَّذِي ذَكَرَهُ فِي الْمَرَّةِ الثَّانِيَةِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Has reported to us [Muhammad bin Abdul Malik bin Abu As Syawarib] has reported to us [Abdul Aziz bin Al Muhtar] has reported to us [Suhail] from [his father] from [Abu Hurairah] from Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said: "Whoever kills a lizard with the first blow, he will get so and so good, whoever kills with the second blow, for him so and so so much -a little less than the first-, whoever kills him in the third blow then for him so and so -a little less than the goodness mentioned in the second blow (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3229.) 16th Hadith. God bless you عَبْدُ اللَّهْ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. "‏ الْفُوَيْسِقَةُ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. It has been reported to us [Ahmad bin 'Amru bin As Sarh] has reported to us [Abdullah bin Wahb] has reported to us [Yunus] from [Ibn Shihab] from ['Urwah bin Az Zubair] from [Aisyah], that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam called the lizard a destructive animal (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3230.) 17th Hadith. God willing يُونُسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ جَرِيرِ بْنِ حَازِمٍ، عَنْ love الْمُغِيرَةِ - أَنَّهَا دَخَلَتْ عَلَى عَائِشَةَ فَرَأَتْ فِي بَيْتِهَا رُمْحًا مَوْضُوعًـ God bless you God willing ـ أَخْبَرَنَا أَنَّ إِبْرَاهِيمَ لَمَّا أُلْقِيَ فِي النَّارِ لَمْ تَكُنْ فِي الأَرْضْ غَيْرَ الْوَزَغَ فَأَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ بِقَتْلِهِ ‏.‏. It has been reported to us that [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] has reported to us [Yunus bin Muhammad] from [Jarir bin Hazim] from [Nafi'] from [Sa`ibah] the former slave of Al Fakih bin Al Mughirah, that he met [Aisyah] and saw that in her house there was an arrow hanging, so he asked, "O Ummul Mukminin, what are you doing with this object?" Aisyah answered, "To kill the lizard, because the Prophet Allah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam had informed us that when Ibrahim was thrown into the flames, none of the creeping stars did not try to put out the fire, except the lizard. He even tried to exhale to keep the fire burning, so the Messenger of Allah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam ordered us to kill him (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3231.) 18th Hadith. God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God willing نَابٍ مِنَ السِّبَاعِ ‏.‏ قَالَ الزُّهْرِيُّ وَلَمْ أَسْمَعْ بِهَذَا حَتَّى دَخَلْتُ الشَّامَ ‏.‏. It has been reported to us [Muhammad bin Ash Shabah] has reported to us [Sufyan bin 'Uyainah] from [Az Zuhri] has reported to me [Abu Idris Al Khaulani] from [Abu Tsa'labah Al Khutsani], that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam forbade eating all kinds of wild animals with fangs." Az Zuhri said, "I did not hear (this hadith) until I entered the region of Sham. (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3232.) 19th hadith. Has preached to us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] has preached to us [Mu'awiyah bin Hisham]. (in another way it is stated) It has been reported to us that [Ahmad bin Sinan] and [Ishaq bin Mansur] both said; has reported to us [Abdurrahman bin Mahdi] both said; has reported to us [Malik bin Anas] from [Isma'il bin Abu Hakim] from ['Abidah bin Sufyan] from [Abu Hurairah] from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam he said: "Eating wild animals with fangs is haram (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3233.) 20th hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing وسلم ـ يَوْمَ خَيْبَرَ عَنْ أَكْلِ كُلِّ ذِي نَابٍ مِنَ السِّبَاعِ وَعَنْ كُلِّ ذِي مِخْلَبٍ مِنَ الطَّيْرِ ‏.‏. It has been reported to us [Bakr bin Khalaf] has reported to us [Ibn Abu 'Adi] from [Sa'id] from ['Ali bin Al Hakam] from [Maimun bin Mihran] from [Sa'id bin Jubair] from [Ibn Abbas] he said, "On the day of the conquest of Khaibar, the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam forbade eating all kinds of wild animals with fangs and every kind of bird that had sharp claws (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3234.) 21st Hadith. God willing يَحْيَى بْنُ وَاضِحٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing مَا تَقُولُ فِي الثَّعْلَبِ قَالَ ‏"‏ وَمَنْ يَأْكُلُ الثَّعْلَبَ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ مَا تَقُولُ فِي الذِّئْبْ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. It has been reported to us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] has reported to us [Yahya bin Wadlih] from [Muhammad bin Ishaq] from [Abdul Karim bin Abu Al Mukhariq] from [Hibban bin Jaz'i] from his brother [Khuzaimah bin Jaz'i] he said, "I said, "O Messenger of Allah, I came to you to ask about insects, what do you think about foxes?" He answered: "Is there anything eating a fox?" I answered, "O Messenger of Allah, what do you think about wolves?" He answered: "A person eating a wolf is good (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3235.) 22nd Hadith. God bless you God willing God willing اللَّهِ بْنْ عَمَّارٍ، - وَهُوَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ - قَالَ سَأَلْتُ جَابِرَ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing ‏.‏ قُلْتُ آكُلُهَا قَالَ نَعَمْ ‏.‏ قُلْتُ أَشَىْءٌ سَمِعْتَ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَالَ نَعَمْ ‏.‏. It has been reported to us that [Hisyam bin 'Ammar] and [Muhammad bin As Shabah] both said; has reported to us [Abdullah bin Raja` Al Makki] from [Isma'il bin Umayyah] from [Abdullah bin 'Ubaid bin 'Umair] from [Ibn Abu 'Ammar] - namely Abdurrahman - he said, "I asked [Jabir bin Abdullah] about Ad Dlabu' (a type of coyote), is it one of the game animals?" He answered, "Yes." I asked again, "Can I eat it?" he answered, "Yes." I asked again, "Have you heard it from the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam?" he answered, "Yes (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3236.) 23rd Hadith. God willing يَحْيَى بْنُ وَاضِحٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. عَنْ خُزَيْمَةَ بْنْ مَا تَقُولُ فِي الضَّبُعِ قَالَ ‏ "‏ وَمَنْ يَأْكُلُ الضَّبُعَ ‏"‏ ‏.‏. Has reported to us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] has reported to us [Yahya bin Wadlih] from [Ibn Ishaq] from [Abdul Karim bin Abu Al Mukhariq] from [Hibban bin Juz'i] from [Khuzaimah bin Juz'i] he said, "I asked, "O Messenger of Allah, what do you think about Ad Dlabu' (a type of coyote)?" he replied: "Is there anyone who eats Ad Dlabu'? (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3237.) 24th Hadith. God willing God bless you وَهْبٍ، عَنْ ثَابِتِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ الأَنْصَارِيِّ، قَالَ كُنَّا مَعَ النَّبِيِّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فَأَصَابَ النَّاسُ مَِْهَا فَأَصَبْتُ مِنْهَا ضَبًّا فَشَوَيْتُهُ ثُمَِ God bless you, God bless you God willing ‏ "‏ مُسِخَتْ دَوَابَّ فِي الأَرْضِ وَإِنِّي لاَ أَدْرِي لَعَلَّهَا هِيَ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ فَقُلْتُ إِنَّ النَّاسَ قَدِ اشْتَوَوْهَا فَأَكَلُوهَا فَلَمْ يَأْكُلْ وَلَمْ يَنْهَ ‏.‏. It has been reported to us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] has reported to us [Muhammad bin Fudlail] from [Hushain] from [Zaid bin Wahb] from [Thabit bin Yazid Al Ansari] he said, "We were traveling with the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, then people caught a monitor lizard then they roasted it over the fire and ate it, I also got a monitor lizard and roasted it over the fire. Then I brought it to Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he took a piece of date palm stem, then he began to count his fingers with the date palm stem while saying: "Indeed, there used to be a group of the Children of Israel whose form was changed into creeping animals on the face of the earth, and I don't know, perhaps these animals were these." I said, 'People have roasted it over the fire and eaten it! ' but he did not eat it nor did he forbid it (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ibnu Majah no. 3238.) 25th Hadith. Lizards are usually used as food by shepherds in general, and indeed Allah Azza Wa Jalla has benefited not only one person with it, if this meat were by my side, I would definitely eat it." Abdullah bin Abbas said, "Then Khalid approached the lizard meat and ate it, while Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam looked at him (Degree: authentic. He answered: "I do not eat it nor do I forbid it." Khuzaimah said, "Then I said, "Indeed, I ate something that you did not forbid, so why, O Messenger of Allah?" He replied: "A group of people from several communities had disappeared, and I saw a creature that made me doubt." I said, "O Messenger of Allah, what do you think about rabbit meat?" He replied: "I did not eat it and neither did it forbid it." I said, "Indeed, I ate something that you did not forbid, so why, O Messenger of Allah?" he replied: "I have been told that rabbits are (animals) that transmit blood (Degree: authentic.
