Welcome to the study of authentic hadith selected by ULYAH. Let's look at some of the following sayings of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, one by one, with an open heart to put them into practice. 1st Hadith. God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الزُّرَقِيِّأَنَّ رَجُلًا منْ God willing عَنْ الْعَزْلْ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings يُقَدَّرُ فِي الرَّحِمِ فَسَيَكُونُ. Has told us [Muhammad bin Ja'far] has told us [Syu'bah] from [Abu Al Faidl] said; I have heard [Abdullah bin Murrah] tell from [Abu Sa'id Az Zuraqi] there was a man and Ashja' asked the Prophet sallallaahu'alaihiwasallam about 'azl. Said; my wife is breastfeeding. The Prophet sallallaahu'alaihiwasallam said: "What has been determined in the womb will definitely happen." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 2nd hadith. حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ وَابْنَ God bless you may Allah bless him and give him peace يُذْهِبُ عَنِّي مَذَمَّةَ الرَّضَاعِ قَالَ غُرَّةٌ عَبْدٌ أَوْ أَمَةٌ. Has told us [Yahya] has told us [Hisham] and [Ibn Numair] said; has told us [Hisham] said; has reported to me [my father] from [Hajjaj bin Hajjaj] from [his father] said; I said; O Messenger of Allah, what can take away from me the relationship of breast-feeding? He answered, male slaves or female slaves. (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 3rd Hadith. قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ وَإِسْحَاقَ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ قَالَ سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عَبْدِ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا تَجْمَعُوا اسْمِي وَكُنْيَتِي. (Ahmad bin Hanbal Radliyallahu'anhu) said; has told us [Abdurrahman] from [Sufyan] and [Ishaq] from [Sufyan] Sufyan said; from [Abdul Karim Al Jazari] from [Abdurrahman bin Abu 'Amrah] from [his uncle] Rasulullah Sallallahu'alaihiwasallam said: "Do not collect between my name and my kuniyah (the name based on the name of his child)." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 4th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنْ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing. It has been told to us [Abdurrahman] from [Sufyan] from [Abdullah] namely Ibn Abu Karim and [Salim Abu Nadlr] from [Sulaiman bin Yasar] from [Abdullah bin Hudzafah] The Prophet sallallaahu'alaihiwasallam told him to announce on Tasyriq Day that these days are days for eating and drinking. (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 5th Hadith. God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing قَدِمَ مِنْ سَفَرٍ لَيْلًا فَتَعَجَّلَ إِلَى امْرَأَتِهِ God bless you God bless you God willing اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَخْبَرَهُ فَنَهَى أَنْ يَطْرُقَ God willing. Has told us [Abdurrahman] has told us [Sufyan] from [Humaid Al A'raj] from [Muhammad bin Ibrahim] from [Abu Salamah] from [Abdullah bin Rawahah] that he had just come from a trip at night, then he hurried to his wife, who apparently had a lamp in her house. His wife was there with a suspicious shadow. In cash, Abdullah bin Rawahah took a sword. So his wife said; 'Sorry, get away from me, get away from me, this is a woman combing my hair.' Then he (Abdullah bin Rawahah Radliyallahu'anhu) met the Prophet sallallaahu'alaihiwasallam and told him about it. Then the Prophet sallallaahu'alaihiwasallam forbade someone from coming to his family suddenly at night. (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 6th Hadith. God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. يَقُولُ قَائِمًا فِي قَصَصِهِإِنَّ أَخًا لَكُمْ كَانَ لَا يَقُولُ الرَّفَثَ يَعْنِي ابْنَ رَوَاحَةَ قَالَ وَفِينَا رَسُولُ اللَّهْ God bless you فِرَاشِهِإِذَا اسْتَثْقَلَتْ بِالْكَافِرِينَ God willing فَقُلُوبُنَابِهِ مُوقِنَاتٌ أَنَّ مَا قَالَ وَاقِعُ. Has told us [Ya'mar bin Bisyr] has told us [Abdullah] said; has reported to us [Yunus] from [Az Zuhri] said; I have heard [Sinan bin Abu Sinan] say; I have heard [Abu Hurairah] telling his story while standing 'Your brother (Ibnu Rawahah meaning) did not say rafats (bad words). He even said, 'Among us there is the Messenger of Allah, sallallaahu 'alaihiwasallam, who reads his book when the night is bright. He spent the night with his back turned from his bed, when the bed was heavy for the unbelievers. (Rasulullah sallallaahu'alaihiwasallam) showed us guidance. Because of this, our hearts become convinced, after it is clear that what he said must happen. (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 7th Hadith. God bless you God willing عَنِ ابْنِ الْهَادِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَا سُهَيْلُ ابْنَ الْبَيْضَاءْ God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing love God bless you اجْتَمَعُوا قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهْ God willing حَرَّمَهُ اللَّهُ عَلَى النَِ God bless you حَيْوَةُ حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ الْهَادْ God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing نَحْنُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي سَفَرٍ فَذَكَرَ مَعْنَاهُ. Has told us [Qutaibah bin Sa'id] said; has reported to us [Bakr bin Mudlar] from [Ibnu Al Had] from [Muhammad bin Ibrahim] from [Sa'id bin As Shalt] from [Suhail bin Al Baidla] said; When we were traveling with Rasulullah Shallallahu'alaihiwasallam, I gave him a piggyback ride. Rasulullah Sallallahu'alaihiwasallam said: "O Suhail bin Al Baidla!" He raised his voice two or three times, all of which Suhail answered him. People heard the voice of Rasulullah sallallaahu'alaihiwasallam and they thought they wanted them, then the person in front of him stopped and the person behind him chased him. After they were gathered, Rasulullah Sallallahu'alaihiwasallam said: "Whoever testifies that there is no worthy deity other than Allah, surely Allah has forbidden hell for him and heaven is obligatory for him." Has told us [Harun] has told us [Ibn Wahb], [Haiwah] said; has told me [Ibn Al Had] from [Muhammad] namely Ibn Ibrahim from [Sa'id bin As Shalt] from [Suhail bin Al Baidla] from Bani Abdul Dar said; when we were with Rasulullah Shallallahu'alaihiwasallam on a journey, then mentioned it meaningfully. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 8th Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless you فَإِنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَدْ نَهَانَا عَنْ ذَلِكَ وَقَالَ قُولُوا بَارَكَ اللَّهُ لَكَ وَبَارَكَ عَلَيْكَ وَبَارَكَ لَكَ فِيهَا. Has told us [Al Hakam bin Nafi'] said; has told us [Isma'il bin 'Ayyasy] from [Salim bin Abdullah] from [Abdullah bin Muhammad bin 'Aqil] said; ['Aqil bin Abu Talib] got married, then he came out to meet us. We said; BIR ROFA`'I WA AL BANIN (may you have blessings, unity and many children). Then he said; Don't! Don't say that. The Prophet sallallaahu'alaihiwasallam has forbidden us this, but he said: "Say, 'May Allah give blessings to you both in times of joy and sorrow, and give blessings to you in the realm of marriage'." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 9th Hadith. Allah's blessings God willing God willing فَقَالُوا بِالرَّفَاءِ وَالْبَنِينَ فَقَالَ لَا تَقُولُوا God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing كُنَّا نُؤْمَرُ. Has told us [Isma'il bin Ibrahim] has told us [Yunus] from [Al Hasan] ['Aqil bin Abu Talib] married a woman from Jusyam, then his people met him and said; BIR ROFA'I WA AL BANIN (May you get blessings, be united and have many children). Then he said, 'Don't say that! They said; how should we say it, O Abu Yazid? He says; "Say 'May Allah give you blessings in both times of joy and sorrow' that is how we are commanded." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 10th Hadith. God willing God willing مَنْ سَمِعَ فَرْوَةَ بْنَ مُسَيْكٍ الْمُرَادِيَّ قَالَقُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ أَرْضًا عِنْدَنَا يُقَالُ لَهَا أَرْضُ أَبْيَنَ هِيَ أَرْضُ رُفْقَتِنَا وَمِيرَتِنَا وَإِنَّهَا وَبِئَةٌ أَوْ قَالَ إِنَّ بِهَا وَبَاءً شَدِيدًا فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ Allah's mercy and blessings. Has told us [Abdurrazzaq] said; has reported to us [Ma'mar] from [Yahya bin Abdullah bin Bahir] saying; has reported to me [someone] who has heard [Farwah bin Musaik Al Muradi], saying; I asked, O Messenger of Allah, the land in our place called 'Abyan' is our favorite place and an inheritance that we got from another country, but now it is infected with a plague, or it is said that there is a very powerful plague in it. Then Rasulullah Shallallahu'alaihiwasallam said: "Just leave, because approaching a location affected by disease is the same as destruction." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 11th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَ God willing رَجُلٍ مِنْ الْأَنْصَارِأَنَّهُ جَاءَ بِأَمَةٍ سَوْدَاءَ وَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ عَلَيَّ رَقَبَةً مُؤْمِنَةً love لَهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ سَلَّمَ God bless you قَالَ أَتَشْهَدِينَ أَنِّي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ قَالَتْ نَعَمْ قَالَ أَتُؤْمِنِينَ بِالْبَعْثِ بَعْدَ الْمَوْتِ قَالَتْ نَعَمْ قَالَ أَعْتِقْهَا. Has told us [Abdurrazzaq] has told us [Ma'mar] from [Az Zuhri] from ['Ubaidullah bin Abdullah] from [someone from the Ansar], he came bringing a black slave girl and said; O Messenger of Allah, I have a believer slave, if you think this is a believer then I will free him. Rasulullah Sallallahu'alaihiwasallam asked the slave, do you testify that there is no god but Allah? He answered, 'Yes.' (Rasulullah sallallaahu'alaihiwasallam) asked, do you testify that I am the Messenger of Allah? He answered 'Yes.' He asked, do you believe in resurrection after death? He answered, 'yes.' (Rasulullah sallallaahu'alaihiwasallam) said: "Free him." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 12th Hadith. God bless you God willing God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings رَجُلٍ مِنْ بَهْزٍأَنَّهُ خَرَجَ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُرِيدُ مَكَّةَ حَتَّى إِذَا كَانُوا فِي بَعْضِ وَادِي الرَّوْحَاءِ وَجَدَ النَّاسُ حِمَارَ وَحْشٍ عَقِيرًا فَذَكَرُوا لِلنَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ God bless you God bless you may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind رَسُولُ اللَّهْ فَقَسَمَهُ فِي الرِّفَاقَ مَرَرْنَا حَتَّى إِذَا كُنَّا بِالْأُثَايَةِ إِذَا نَحْنُ God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing حَتَّى يُجِيزَ النَّاسُ عَنْهُ. Has told us [Yazid bin Harun] said; has informed us, [Yahya] that [Muhammad bin Ibrahim At-Taimi] informed him that ['Isa bin Thalhah bin 'Ubaidullah] informed him from ['Umair bin Salamah Adl-Dlamri] informed him, from [a man from Bahz] he went out with Rasulullah sallallaahu'alaihiwasallam towards Makah. Until when they had reached part of the Rauha' hill, the people found Wahsy's donkey loose. They conveyed the case to the Prophet sallallaahu'alaihiwasallam, then he said: "Let them go until the owner comes." then Al Bahzi came and he was his friend, then asked O Rasulullah, what do you think of this donkey? Rasulullah sallallaahu'alaihiwasallam ordered Abu Bakr to distribute it to the people while they were in a state of ihram. (Al Bahzi) said; then we passed until we reached Utsayah, we passed a sleeping deer, under its mouth there was an arrow. The Prophet sallallaahu'alaihiwasallam ordered a man to come to him so that people passed him. (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 13th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَ God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing فَهَلْ سَمِعَ أَحَدٌ مِنْكُمْ مِنْ رَسُولّ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى الْأَعْرَابِ كَتَبَ إِلَيَِ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. Allah's blessings God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. عَنْهُ. Has told us [Abdurrazzaq] has told us [Ma'mar] from [Az Zuhri] from [Sa'id bin Musayyab] 'Umar bin Al Khottob RA said; I don't see diat except for ashobah (paternal relatives) because they get the remaining assets according to Sharia. Has anyone heard from the Prophet sallallaahu'alaihiwasallam on that matter? Then [Al Dlahak bin Sufyan Al Kilabi] said; he was one of the employees of Rasulullah Shallallahu'alaihiwasallam to lead the rural Arabs. Rasulullah Shallallahu'alaihiwasallam wrote a letter to me asking me to give Asyyam Adl-Dlababi's wife the inheritance from her husband's diyat. Then 'Umar bin Al Khattab took this as a decision. Has told us [Sufyan] said; I have heard it from [Az Zuhri] from [Sa'id] 'Umar said; The diyat is for a wise woman, and a wife does not inherit her husband's diyat until [Al Dlahak bin Sufyan Al Kalbi] informed him that Rasulullah Sallallahu'alaihiwasallam wrote a letter to me asking me to give Asyyam Adl-Dlababi's wife an inheritance from her husband's diyat, then 'Umar took back what he said. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing God willing قَالَ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى ضَرَبَ مَا يَخْرُجُ مِنْ ابْنِ آدَمَ مَثَلًا لِلدُّنْيَا. Has told us Hamad bin [Abdul Malik] has told us [Hammad bin Zaid] from ['Ali bin Jud'an] from [Al Hasan] from [Adl-Dlahak bin Sufyan Al Kilabi] Rasulullah sallallaahu'alaihiwasallam said to him, "O Dlahak, what is your food?" He answered, O Messenger of Allah, meat and milk! He asked, then what became of what you ate? He answered 'As you know.' He said: "Allah Tabaroka Wa Ta'ala made an example of what came out of the children of Adam as an example in the world." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 16th Hadith. حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَ God willing رَسُولَ اللَّهْ Allah's blessings وَالْأَبْتَرَ فَإِنَّهُمَا يُسْقِطَانِ الْحَبَلَ وَيَطْمِسَانِ الْبَصَرَ قَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ فَرَآنِي أَبُو لُبَابَةَ أَوْ زَيْدُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ وَأَنَا أُطَارِدُ God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God bless you قَتْلِ ذَوَاتِ الْبُيُوتِقَالَ الزُّهْرِيُّ وَهِيَ God. Has told us [Abdurrazzaq] has told us [Ma'mar] from [Az Zuhri] from [Salim] from [Ibn 'Umar] said; I have heard the Prophet sallallaahu'alaihiwasallam say: "Kill the snakes and kill the dzitthufyatain (the snake with two white stripes on its back) and Al abtar (the snake with its short tail), because both of them will abort the pregnancy and obscure vision." Ibn 'Umar said; [Abu Lubabah] or [Zaid bin Al Khattab] saw me when I was chasing a snake to kill, then he stopped me. Then I said 'Rasulullah sallallaahu'alaihiwasallam has ordered to kill him.' (Abu Lubabah bin Abdul Mundzir Radliyallahu'anhu) said; 'Rasulullah sallallaahu'alaihiwasallam really ordered him to be killed.' So he answered, 'After that he forbade killing snakes in the house.' [Az Zuhri] said; it is a snake that only lives in the house and is usually from jinn. (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 17th Hadith. God bless you عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنْ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless you وَالْأَبْتَرَ فَإِنَّهُمَا يَلْتَمِعَانِ الْبَصَرَ وَيَسْتَسْقِطَانِ الْحَبَلَ قَالَ فَكُنْتُ لَا أَرَى حَيَّةً God willing God willing فَقُلْتُ بَلَى قَالَ فَقُمْتُ أَنَا وَهُوَ فَفَتَحْنَاهَا فَخَرَجَتْ حَيَّةٌ فَعَدَوْتُ عَلَيْهَا لِأَقْتُلَهَا فَقَالَ لِي مَهْلًا فَقُلْتُ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ God willing قَدْ نَهَى عَنْ قَتْلِ ذَوَاتِ الْبُيُوتِ. Has told us [Yazid] said; has told us [Muhammad bin Ishaq] from [Nafi'] from [Ibn 'Umar] said; I have heard Rasulullah Shallallahu'alaihiwasallam on the pulpit say: "Kill snakes and kill dzitthufyatain (snakes with two white stripes on their backs) and Al abtar (snakes with short tails), because both can blur vision and cause abortion." (Ibn 'Umar Radliyallahu'anhuma) said; then I don't see any snakes unless I kill them. [Abu Lubabah bin Abdul Mundzir] said to me, will you open the small door? I answered, Yes. (Ibn 'Umar Radliyallahu'anhuma) said; he and I opened it and a snake came out, then I went to his place to kill it, then he said; 'Stop.' Then I said; Rasulullah Shallallahu'alaihiwasallam had ordered him to kill him. (Abu Lubabah bin Abdul Mundzir Radliyallahu'anhuma) said; (Rasulullah Shallallahu'alaihiwasallam) prohibited killing snakes that inhabit houses. (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 18th Hadith. God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing وَأُسَاكِنَكَ وَإِنِّي أَنْخَلِعُ مِنْ مَالِي صَدَقَةً لِلَّهِ وَلِرَسُولِهِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ God bless you. Has told us [Rauh] said; has told us [Ibn Juraij] said; has informed me [Ibnu Shihab] [Al Husain bin As Sa'ib bin Abu Lubabah] informed [Abu Lubabah bin Abdul Mundzir] when Allah accepted his repentance. He says; "O Messenger of Allah, as a consequence of my repentance, I will avoid the house of my people and I will live with you, I will give up my wealth as alms to Allah and His Messenger." The Prophet sallallaahu'alaihiwasallam said: "A third is enough for you." (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 19th hadith. Allah's blessings رَبٍّ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ عَبْدْ كَانَ يَأْمُرُ بِقَتْلِ الْحَيَّاتِ كُلِّهِنَّ فَاسْتَأْذَنَهُ أَبُم لَهُمْ إِلَى الْمَسْجِدْ فَقَالَ لَهُمْ أَبُو لُبَابَةَ أَمَا بَلَغَكُمْ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّّ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing الطُّفْيَتَيْنِ وَالْأَبْتَرِ. Has told us [Muhammad] has told us [Syu'bah] said; from ['Abdu Rab] from [Nafi'] from [Abdullah bin 'Umar] he ordered to kill all the snakes. Then [Abu Lubabah] asked permission to enter through the small door in the middle of their house that led to the mosque, then he saw them killing a snake. Abu Lubabah immediately said to them, 'Hasn't it come to you that Rasulullah Sallallahu'alaihiwasallam forbade killing snakes that inhabit houses and ordered to kill dzitthufyatain (snakes with two white stripes on their backs) and Al abtar (snakes with short tails)? (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 20th hadith. God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing فَخَرَجَتْ مِنْهَ God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. God willing. Has told us [Muhammad bin 'Ubaid] said; has told us ['Ubaidullah] from [Nafi'] from [Ibn 'Umar] that he opened the door and a snake came out, then he ordered to kill it. [Abu Lubabah] said to him 'Don't do that, Rasulullah sallallaahu'alaihiwasallam has truly forbidden killing snakes that inhabit houses.' (Degree: authentic. Source: Musnad Ahmad.) 21st Hadith. God willing Allah's blessings God willing God bless you may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing فِتَنًا كَقِطَعِ اللَّيْلِ الْمُظْلِمِ فِتَنًا كَقِطَعِ God willing بَدَنُهُ يُصْبِحُ الرَّجُلُ مُؤْمِنًا وَيُمْسِي كَافِرًا message خَلَاقَهُمي يَزِيدَ بْنَ مُعَاوِيَةَ قَدْ مَاتَ وَأَنْتُمْ إِخْوَانُنَا وَأَشِقَّاؤُنَا فَلَا تَسْبِقُونَا حَََّى لِأَنْفُسِنَا. Has told us ['Affan] has told us [Hammad bin Salamah] said; has informed us ['Ali bin Zaid] from [Al Hasan] [Dlahak bin Qais] wrote to Qais bin Al Hutsaim when Yazid bin Mu'awiyah died, "May peace be upon you, I heard Rasulullah sallallaahu'alaihiwasallam say: Before the Day of Judgment there will be several fitnahs like the darkness of the night, fitnahs like smoke. At that time a person's heart dies as does the body when it dies. In the morning a person is still in the state of being a believer but in the afternoon he is an unbeliever, or in the afternoon he is still a believer but in the morning he is an unbeliever. God bless you سَعِيدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ عَنْ سَعِيدْ God willing رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّّ وَذَكَرَ الضُّفْدَعَ يُجْعَلُ فِيهِ فَنَهَي صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ قَتْلِ الضُّفْدَعِ. Has told us [Yazid] said; has reported to us [Ibn Abu Dzi'b] from [Sa'id bin Khalid] from [Sa'id bin Musayyab] from [Abdurrahman bin 'Uthman] said; There was a healer at the side of the Prophet sallallaahu'alaihiwasallam who mentioned a medicine, namely a frog. Hadits ke-31. حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا الْمُسْتَلِمُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَنَا خُبَيْبُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَأَتَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ يُرِيدُ غَزْوًا أَنَا وَرَجُلٌ مِنْ قَوْمِي وَلَمْ نُسْلِمْ فَقُلْنَا إِنَّا نَسْتَحْيِي أَنْ يَشْهَدَ قَوْمُنَا مَشْهَدًا لَا نَشْهَدُهُ مَعَهُمْ قَالَ أَوَ أَسْلَمْتُمَا قُلْنَا لَا قَالَ فَإِنَّا لَا نَسْتَعِينُ بِالْمُشْرِكِينَ عَلَى الْمُشْرِكِينَ قَالَ فَأَسْلَمْنَا وَشَهِدْنَا مَعَهُ فَقَتَلْتُ رَجُلًا وَضَرَبَنِي ضَرْبَةً وَتَزَوَّجْتُ بِابْنَتِهِ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فَكَانَتْ تَقُولُ لَا عَدِمْتَ رَجُلًا وَشَّحَكَ هَذَا الْوِشَاحَ فَأَقُولُ لَا عَدِمْتِ رَجُلًا عَجَّلَ أَبَاكِ النَّارَ. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Yazid] berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Al Mustalim bin Sa'id] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Khubaib bin Abdurrahman] dari [Bapaknya] dari [kakeknya] berkata; saya menemui Rasulullah Shallallahu'alaihiwasallam ketika beliau hendak berperang, saya bersama dengan salah seorang dari kaumku. Ketika itu kami belum masuk Islam. Kami berkata; kami malu kalau kaum kami mengikuti sebuah peristiwa sebaliknya kami tidak mengikutinya bersama mereka. Beliau bertanya, apakah kalian telah masuk Islam?. kami menjawab, belum. Beliau bersabda: "Kami tidak akan meminta tolong kepada orang musyrik untuk memerangi orang musyrik". Kami pun masuk Islam dan kami ikut bersama beliau. Lalu saya membunuh seorang laki-laki dan dia memukulku satu pukulan, lalu saya menikahi anak perempuanya setelah itu. Wanita itu menolak seraya mengatakan 'Tidak, kamu telah menghilangkan (membunuh) seseorang yang memberimu pedang.' Saya menjawab 'Tidak, engkau telah menghilangkan (menolak kesempatan diperistri) seseorang yang mempercepat ayahmu ke neraka. (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Musnad Ahmad.) Hadits ke-32. حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنِ ابْنِ كَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍأَنَّ جَارِيَةً لِكَعْبٍ كَانَتْ تَرْعَى غَنَمًا لَهُ بِسَلْعٍ فَعَدَا الذِّئْبُ عَلَى شَاةٍ مِنْ شَائِهَا فَأَدْرَكَتْهَا الرَّاعِيَةُ فَذَكَّتْهَا بِمَرْوَةٍ فَسَأَلَ كَعْبُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَمَرَهُ بِأَكْلِهَا. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Waki'] dari [Usamah bin Zaid] dari [Az Zuhri] dari [Ibnu Ka'ab bin Malik], pembantu perempuan milik Ka'b mengembala kambing miliknya. Ada seekor serigala menyerang salah satu kambingnya, wanita itu mendapatkan kambingnya (yang belum tewas) dan menyembelihnya dengan memakai batu tajam. Lalu [Ka'ab bin Malik] bertanya kepada Nabi Shallallahu'alaihiwasallam, dan beliau menyuruh untuk memakannya. (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Musnad Ahmad.) Hadits ke-33. حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا زَمْعَةُ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنِ ابْنِ كَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِأَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَرَّ بِهِ وَهُوَ مُلَازِمٌ رَجُلًا فِي أُوقِيَّتَيْنِ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لِلرَّجُلِ هَكَذَا أَيْ ضَعْ عَنْهُ الشَّطْرَ قَالَ الرَّجُلُ نَعَمْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لِلرَّجُلِ أَدِّ إِلَيْهِ مَا بَقِيَ مِنْ حَقِّهِ. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Waki'] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Zam'ah] dari [Az Zuhri] dari [Ibnu Ka'ab bin Malik] dari [Bapaknya], Nabi Shallallahu'alaihiwasallam pernah melewatinya ketika dia sedang menagih hutang seorang laki-laki sebesar dua uqiyah (empat puluh dirham perak). Nabi Shallallahu'alaihiwasallam bersabda kepada laki-laki itu 'Lakukanlah begini' maksudnya lunasilah separoh hutangnya. Laki-laki itu berkata; ya Wahai Rasulullah. Lalu Nabi Shallallahu'alaihiwasallam bersabda kepada laki-laki itu, 'Besok penuhilah separoh haknya lagi.' (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Musnad Ahmad.) Hadits ke-34. حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ كَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِأَنَّ جَارِيَةً لَهُمْ سَوْدَاءَ ذَكَّتْ شَاةً لَهُمْ بِمَرْوَةٍ فَسَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ ذَلِكَ فَأَمَرَهُ بِأَكْلِهَا. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Mu'awiyah] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Hajjaj] dari [Nafi'] dari [Ibnu Ka'ab bin Malik] dari [Bapaknya] budak wanitanya yang berwarna hitam menyembelih seekor kambing mereka dengan batu tajam. Dia bertanya kepada Nabi Shallallahu'alaihiwasallam tentang hal itu, dan beliau menyuruh untuk memakannya. (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Musnad Ahmad.) Hadits ke-35. حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ سَعْدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ أَوْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ كَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ هُوَ شَكَّ يَعْنِي سُفْيَانَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَثَلُ الْمُؤْمِنِ كَمَثَلِ الْخَامَةِ مِنْ الزَّرْعِ تُقِيمُهَا الرِّيَاحُ تَعْدِلُهَا مَرَّةً وَتَصْرَعُهَا أُخْرَى حَتَّى يَأْتِيَهُ أَجَلُهُ وَمَثَلُ الْكَافِرِ مَثَلُ الْأَرْزَةِ الْمُجْذِيَةِ عَلَى أَصْلِهَا لَا يُقِلُّهَا شَيْءٌ حَتَّى يَكُونَ انْجِعَافُهَا يَخْتَلِعُهَا أَوْ انْجِعَافُهَا مَرَّةً وَاحِدَةً شَكَّ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abdurrahman] dari [Sufyan] dari [Sa'd] dari [Abdullah] atau [Abdurrahman bin Ka'ab bin Malik] Abdurrahman berkata; Sufyan ragu dari [Bapaknya] berkata; Rasulullah Shallallahu'alaihiwasallam bersabda: "Permisalan seorang mukmin seperti dahan yang masih basah dalam pohon, terkadang angin menjadikannya berdiri, lurus dan terkadang bengkok sampai tiba ajalnya. Sebaliknya permisalan orang kafir seperti tanaman padi yang senantiasa berdiri tegak pada akarnya, tidak ada yang bisa menggoyahkannya sesuatupun, hingga sekali ia jatuh, ia langsung roboh. Atau roboh secara langsung --Abdurrahman ragu kepastian redaksinya--. (Derajat: shahih. Sumber: Musnad Ahmad.) Hadits ke-36. حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ شِهَابٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ كَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍأَنَّ كَعْبَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ لَمَّا تَابَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ أَتَى رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَمْ يُنْجِنِي إِلَّا بِالصِّدْقِ وَإِنَّ مِنْ تَوْبَتِي إِلَى اللَّهِ أَنْ لَا أَكْذِبَ أَبَدًا وَإِنِّي أَنْخَلِعُ مِنْ مَالِي صَدَقَةً لِلَّهِ تَعَالَى وَرَسُولِهِ فَقَالَ لَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَمْسِكْ عَلَيْكَ بَعْضَ مَالِكَ فَإِنَّهُ خَيْرٌ لَكَ قَالَ فَإِنِّي أُمْسِكُ سَهْمِي مِنْ خَيْبَرَ. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Rauh] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ibnu Juraij] berkata; telah mengabarkan kepadaku [Ibnu Syihab] dari [Abdurrahman bin Abdullah bin Ka'ab bin Malik], [Ka'ab bin Malik] ketika Allah menerima taubatnya, dia menemui Rasulullah Shallallahu'alaihiwasallam lalu berkata; Allah tidak menyelamatkanku kecuali dengan kejujuran, dan termasuk dari taubatku kepada Allah, saya tidak akan berdusta selamanya, saya akan melepaskan hartaku sebagai sedekah kepada Allah Ta'ala dan Rasulullah-Nya. Lalu Rasulullah Shallallahu'alaihiwasallam bersabda kepadanya: tahanlah sebagian hartamu, itu lebih baik bagimu. (Ka'ab bin Malik Radliyallahu'anhu) berkata; lalu saya menahan sahamku dari Khaibar. Hadits ke-37. حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عُقَيْلٌ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنِ ابْنِ كَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ أَحَدُ الثَّلَاثَةِ الَّذِينَ تِيبَ عَلَيْهِمْ أَنَّ كَعْبَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ قَالَكَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا قَدِمَ مِنْ سَفَرٍ بَدَأَ بِالْمَسْجِدِ فَسَبَّحَ فِيهِ رَكْعَتَيْنِ ثُمَّ سَلَّمَ فَجَلَسَ فِي مُصَلَّاهُ فَيَأْتِيهِ النَّاسُ فَيُسَلِّمُونَ عَلَيْهِ. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Hajjaj] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Laits] berkata; telah menceritakan kepadaku ['Uqail] dari [Ibnu Syihab] dari [Ibnu Ka'ab bin Malik] salah seorang yang diterima taubatnya. [Ka'ab bin Malik] berkata; Rasulullah Shallallahu'alaihiwasallam jika baru datang dari suatu perjalanan, beliau terlebih dahulu mendatangi masjid, shalat dua rekaat, mengucapkan salam dan duduk di tempat shalatnya, lalu datanglah orang-orang dan mengucapkan salam kepada beliau. Hadits ke-38. حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ كَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِأَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَدِمَ مِنْ غَزْوَةِ تَبُوكَ ضُحًى فَصَلَّى فِي الْمَسْجِدِ رَكْعَتَيْنِ وَكَانَ إِذَا جَاءَ مِنْ سَفَرٍ فَعَلَ ذَلِكَ. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abdurrazzaq] berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ma'mar] dari [Az Zuhri] dari [Abdurrahman bin Ka'ab bin Malik] dari [Bapaknya] Nabi Shallallahu'alaihiwasallam datang dari Perang Tabuk pada waktu dhuha lalu beliau shalat di masjid dua rekaat, dan beliau jika datang dari perjalanan melakukan seperti itu (Shalat dua rakaat di masjid sebelum ke rumah). Hadits ke-39. حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ وَابْنُ بَكْرٍ قَالَا أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ شِهَابٍ أَنَّ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ كَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ حَدَّثَهُ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ كَعْبٍ وَعَنْ عَمِّهِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ كَعْبٍ عَنْ كَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَكَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا يَقْدَمُ مِنْ سَفَرٍ إِلَّا نَهَارًا فِي الضُّحَى فَإِذَا قَدِمَ بَدَأَ بِالْمَسْجِدِ فَصَلَّى فِيهِ رَكْعَتَيْنِ ثُمَّ جَلَسَ فِيهِ وَقَالَ ابْنُ بَكْرٍ فِي حَدِيثِهِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ كَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ عَنْ عَمِّهِ. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abdurrazzaq] dan [Ibnu Bakr] berkata; telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Ibnu Juraij] berkata; telah menceritakan kepadaku [Ibnu Syihab] [Abdurrahman bin Abdullah bin Ka'ab bin Malik] menceritakannya dari [Bapaknya, Abdullah bin Ka'ab bin Malik] dan dari pamannya ['Ubaidullah bin Ka'ab] dari [Ka'ab bin Malik] berkata; Nabi Shallallahu'alaihiwasallam tidak datang dari perjalanan kecuali pada siang hari, pada waktu dhuha. Jika beliau datang maka menuju masjid lalu shalat dua rekaat dan setelahnya duduk. Ibnu Bakr berkata dalam hadisnya dari Bapaknya, Abdullah bin Ka'ab bin Malik dari pamannya. (Derajat: shahih. Hadits ke-40. حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ كَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَقَالَتْ أُمُّ مُبَشِّرٍ لِكَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ وَهُوَ شَاكٍ اقْرَأْ عَلَى ابْنِي السَّلَامَ تَعْنِي مُبَشِّرًا فَقَالَ يَغْفِرُ اللَّهُ لَكِ يَا أُمَّ مُبَشِّرٍ أَوَلَمْ تَسْمَعِي مَا قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّمَا نَسَمَةُ الْمُسْلِمِ طَيْرٌ تَعْلُقُ فِي شَجَرِ الْجَنَّةِ حَتَّى يُرْجِعَهَا اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ إِلَى جَسَدِهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ قَالَتْ صَدَقْتَ فَأَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abdurrazzaq] berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ma'mar] dari [Az Zuhri] dari [Abdurrahman bin Ka'ab bin Malik] berkata; [Umu Mubasyir] berkata kepada [Ka'ab bin Malik] sedang dia dalam keadaan sakit, bacakan kepada anakku salam yaitu Mubasyir. Lalu (Ka'ab bin Malik Radliyallhu'anhu) berkata; semoga Allah mengampunimu Wahai Umu Mubasyir, tidakkah kau mendengar apa yang telah disabdakan Rasulullah Shallallahu'alaihiwasallam: "Roh seorang muslim itu akan terbang lalu bertengger di pohon surga sampai Allah Azzawajalla mengembalikan ke jasadnya pada Hari Kiamat.
