Welcome to the study of authentic hadith selected by ULYAH. Let's look at some of the following sayings of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, one by one, with an open heart to put them into practice. 1st Hadith. God willing عَامِرٍ عَنْ هَمَّامٍ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ God willing وَجَدٍّ قَالَ جَعَلَهَا مِنْ سَبْعٍ وَعِشْرِينَ لِلْأُمِّ سِتَّةٌ وَلِلزَّوْجَ وَلِلْأُخْتِ أَرْبَعَةٌ. It has been told to us [Sa'id bin Amir] from [Hammam] from [Qatadah] that [Zaid bin Thabit] said in the matter of the share of inheritance of a sister, mother, husband and grandfather. He continued; He makes out of twenty-seven (the origin of the problem is in calculating twenty-seven), the mother gets six (share), the husband gets nine (share), the grandfather gets eight (share), and a sister gets four (share). (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 2nd hadith. God bless you God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing وَابْنُهَا حَيٌّ. Has told us [Yazid bin Harun] has told us [Al Asy'ats] from [Ibn Sirin] from [Ibn Mas'ud] he said; In fact (the position of) a grandmother who is given a share (inheritance) in Islam is the mother of a father, while the son is still alive. (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 3rd Hadith. God bless you طَاوُسٍ عَنْ ابْنْ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَطْعَمَ جَدَّةً سُدُسًا. It has been told to us [Abu Nu'aim] has told us [Sharik] from [Laits] from [Thawus] from [Ibn Abbas] that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam gave a sixth share to grandmothers. (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 4th Hadith. God bless you God willing الْمُسَيَّبِ أَنَّ عُمَرَ وَرَّثَ جَدَّةً مَعَ ابْنِهَا. It has been told to us [Abu Nu'aim] has told us [Sufyan] from [Ibn Juraij] from [Ibrahim bin Maisarah] from [Sa'id bin Al Musayyab] that [Umar] gave inheritance rights to grandmothers when they were with their sons. (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 5th Hadith. God bless you God willing God willing God willing لِإِبْرَاهِيمَ مَنْ هُنَّهْ قَالَ جَدَّتَاكَ مِنْ قِبَلِ أَبِيكَ وَجَدَّتُكَ مِنْ قِبَلِ أُمِّكَ. Has told us [Hajjaj bin Minhal] has told us [Syu'bah] has told me [Mansur bin Al Mu'tamir] he said; I once heard [Ibrahim] say; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam gave one sixth share to three grandmothers. He said; I asked Ibrahim; Who are they. He answered; She is two grandmothers on your father's side and one grandmother on your mother's side. (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 6th Hadith. God bless you God willing الْجَدَّةُ وَابْنُهَا حَيٌّ. Has told us [Hajjaj bin Minhal] has told us [Yazid bin Ibrahim] he said; Having reported to me [Al Hasan] he said; Grandmothers have the right to inherit if their sons are still alive. (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 7th Hadith. God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing فَكَيْفَ تَرِثُ هِيَ. Has told us [Sulaiman bin Harb] has told us [Hammad bin Salamah] from [Dawud] from [Ash Sha'bi] he said; His father's mother had no inheritance rights. The child whose father's mother is related to the deceased does not have inheritance rights, what about him (does he receive an inheritance)? (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 8th Hadith. God willing God willing God bless you الْجَدَّةُ وَابْنُهَا حَيٌّ. Has reported to us [Abu Ma'mar] from [Isma'il bin 'Ulaiyah] from [Salamah bin 'Alqamah] from [Humaid bin Hilal] from [Abu Ad Dahma`] from [Imran bin Hushain] he said; Grandmothers have the right to inherit if their children are still alive. (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 9th Hadith. Allah's blessings God bless you God willing ابْنَ ابْنَتِي تُوُفِّيَ وَبَلَغَنِي أَنَّ لِي نَصِيبًا فَمَا لِي فَقَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ مَا سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَِ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing قَالَ مَاذَا قَالَ أَعْطَاهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ God willing may Allah bless him and give him peace God bless you مِثْلُهَا فَقَالَ مَا أَدْرِي مَا سَمِعْتُ مِنْ رَسُولِ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings God bless you God willing God willing اجْتَمَعْتُمَا فَهُوَ بَيْنَكُمَا. Has reported to us [Yazid bin Harun] has reported to us [Al Asy'ats] from [Az Zuhri] he said; A grandmother from his father's mother or his mother's mother came to Abu Bakr and said; In fact, my son's son or my daughter's son has died and it has come to me that I will get his share of the inheritance, so what is my share? Abu Bakr said; I have never heard of Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam giving a grandmother even a little bit, I will ask someone else! After he had finished performing the noon prayer, he asked: who among you heard that the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam had given a grandmother part of the inheritance? [So Al Mughirah bin Syu'bah] said: Me! He said: How much? Al Mughirah replied: Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam gave him one sixth. He asked again: does anyone other than you know about it? So [Muhammad bin Maslamah] said: Yes, he is right! So Abu Bakr gave the grandmother one sixth. Then it came to Umar as it came to Abu Bakr, then Umar said: I do not know and have never heard that Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam gave a grandmother from an inheritance, but I will ask the people! So they told him about the hadith of Al Mughirah bin Syu'bah and Muhammad bin Maslamah. So Umar said: whoever of you two is alone when dividing the inheritance, then one sixth goes to him, and if there are two of you then one sixth goes to both of you. (Degree: authentic. Has told us [Yazid bin Harun] has told us [Ash'ath] from [Ash Sya'bi] from [Ali] and [Zaid] both said; If several grandmothers have the same position then three grandmothers have inheritance rights. Namely two of my father's grandmothers; His mother's father's mother and his father's mother's father and his mother's grandmother. If one of them is closer, then the share is given to the closest. (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 11th Hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُم God bless you يُوَرِّثَانِ الْجَدَّةَ أُمَّ الْأَبِ مَعَ الْأَبِ. It has been reported to us that [Abu Nu'aim] has told us [Hasan] from [Ash'ath] from [Ash Sya'bi] from [Ali] and [Zaid] that the two of them did not give inheritance rights to the grandmother, namely the father's mother, when she was with the father. (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 12th Hadith. God willing God willing يُوَرِّثُ الْجَدَّةَ وَابْنُهَا حَيٌّ. It has been told to us by [Sa'id bin Al Mughirah] from [Ibnu Al Mubarak] from [Ma'mar] from [Az Zuhri] that [Uthman] did not give inheritance rights to grandmothers if their children were still alive. (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 13th Hadith. Allah's blessings God willing الْجَدَّاتِ لَيْسَ لَهُنَِ God bless you سَوَاءٌ. Has reported to us [Yazid bin Harun] has reported to us [Ash'ath] from [Ibn Sirin] from [Ibn Mas'ud] he said; In fact, grandmothers do not have inheritance rights, but only the food given to them. Grandmothers near and far are the same. (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 14th Hadith. Allah's blessings God willing عَبْدُ اللَّهِ تَرِثُ الْجَدَّةُ وَابْنُهَا حَيٌّ. Has informed us [Hajjaj bin Minhal] has informed us [Abu 'Awanah] from [Al Mughirah] from [Ibrahim] he said; [Abdullah] said; Grandmother inherits if her child is still alive. (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 15th Hadith. Allah's blessings God bless you God bless you God willing أَبِيهِ وَجَدَّةَ أُمِّهِ. Has informed us [Yazid bin Harun] has informed us [Ash'ath] from [Ash Sya'bi] he said; Four grandmothers walked jostling towards [Masruq]. So he (decided) not to give inheritance rights to one grandmother (his father's mother), but he gave inheritance rights to three (other) grandmothers; Two of his father's grandmothers, namely his mother's mother and his father's mother, and his mother's grandmother. (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 16th Hadith. Allah's blessings الْأَعْمَشْ وَابْنَةِ ابْنٍ قَالَ النِّصْفُ وَالسُّدُسُ وَمَا بَقِيَ فَرَدٌّ عَلَى الْبِنْتِ. Has informed us [Yazid bin Harun] has informed us [Sharik] from [Al A'masy] from [Ibrahim] from [Abdullah] about daughters and daughters of daughters (grandchildren). He said; Half and one sixth, while the remaining is returned to the daughter. (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 17th Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing صُورٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing الْإِخْوَةَ مِنْ الْأُمِِ الْمَالِ وَقَالَ الْأُمُّ عَصَبَةُ مَنْ لَا عَصَبَةَ لَهُ. Has told us [Muhammad bin Isa] has told us [Jarir] from [Mansur] from [Ibrahim] from ['Alqamah] from [Abdullah] that he was once asked about brothers and sisters. So he gave his mother's brother a third share and the mother got (the remainder of) the entire inheritance. He said again; Mother is the ashabah of people who do not have ashabah. (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 18th Hadith. God willing قَالَ سَأَلْتُ الشَّعْبِيَّ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مَاتَ وَتَرَكَ God bless you God. Having told us [Abu Nu'aim] had told us [Hasan] from [his father] he said; I asked [Ash Sya'bi] about a man who died and left behind a daughter. It is not known that there are other heirs besides the daughter. Ash Sya'bi said; All the assets are for him. (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 19th hadith. حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدَ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَالِمٍ عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ أَنَّ ابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ كَانَ لَا يَرُدُّ عَلَى أَخٍ لِأُمٍّ مَعَ أُمٍّ وَلَا عَلَى God bless you وَلَا عَلَى ابْنَةْ God bless you God willing. It has been told to us [Muhammad bin Yusuf] has told us [Sufyan] from [Muhammad bin Salim] from [Ash Sya'bi] that [Ibn Mas'ud] did not return the remainder of the inheritance to his mother's brothers who were with the mother, did not return it to the grandmother if he was with other heirs who had a predetermined share, did not distribute it to the son's daughter if he was with the biological daughter and did not distribute it to the wife and husband. Meanwhile, [Ali] returned the assets (the remaining assets that had been distributed) to everyone who had a share except the wife and husband. (Degree: authentic. God bless you God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing. فَأَعْطَاهَا النِّصْفَ وَجَعَلَ مَا بَقِيَ فِي بَيْتِ الْمَالِ و قَالَ يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَالِمٍ عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ خَارِجَةَ. Has told us [Muhammad] has told us [Sufyan] he said; has informed me [Muhammad bin Salim] from [Kharijah bin Zaid] from [Zaid bin Thabit] that he was once asked about a daughter or sister. So he gave half to him and put the remaining inheritance into Baitul Mal. [Yazid bin Harun] said; From [Muhammad bin Salim] from [Ash Sha'bi] from [Kharijah]. (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 21st Hadith. God willing Allah's blessings God willing قَالَ لِأُمِّهِ وَأَهْلِهَا. Has told us [Mu'adz bin Hani] has told us [Ibrahim bin Thahman] he said; I heard [someone] ask ['Atha` bin Abu Rabah] about the children of the husband and wife who performed the li'an for whom his inheritance would be? He answered; For his mother and mother's family. (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 22nd Hadith. أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُم سَهْلٍ عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ قَالَ عَلِيٌِ God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing فَيَصِيرُ لِلْأَخِ الثُّلُثُ وَلِلْأُمِّ الثُّلُثَانِ و قَالَ ابْنُ مَسْعُودٍ لِأَخِيهِ السُّدُسُ وَمَا بَقِيَ فَلِلْأُمِّ. Has told us [Abu Nu'aim] has told us [Hasan] from [Abu Sahl] from [Ash Sha'bi] he said; [Ali] said about the son of a woman who was struck by li'an, he left behind a brother and a mother. The brother gets one sixth and the mother gets one third. Then the remaining inheritance is distributed again between the two of them (mother's brother and mother), so the brother gets one third and the mother gets two thirds (of the remaining inheritance which is redistributed). In another history [Ibn Mas'ud] said; The brother gets one-sixth and the remaining inheritance goes to the mother. (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 23rd Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing God willing God bless you الْمَالِ. Has told us [Muhammad bin Isa] has told us [Salim bin Nuh] from [Umar bin Amir] from [Qatadah] from [Sa'id bin Al Musayyab] from [Zaid bin Thabit] about the inheritance of the son of a woman affected by li'an; One third for mother and two thirds for Baitul Mal. (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 24th Hadith. God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهْ God bless you الثُّلُثُ وَبَقِيَّةُ الْمَالِ لِعَصَبَةِ أُمِّهِ. Has told us [Muhammad bin Isa] has told us [Salim bin Nuh] from [Umar bin Amir] from [Hammad] from [Ibrahim] from [Abdullah] he said; His inheritance was given to his mother, because the person who paid the diyat was his mother's ashabah. In another narration [Qatadah] said; from [Al Hasan]; One third for his mother and the remaining assets for his mother's ashabah. (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 25th Hadith. God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing love وَإِخْوَتَهُ لِأُمِّهِ قَالَ لِلْجَدَِ وَلِلْإِخْوَةِ الثُّلُثَانِ و قَالَ زَيْدُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ لِلْجَدَّةِ السُّدُسُ وَلِلْإِخْوَةِ لِلْأُمِّ الثُّلُثُ وَمَا بَقِيَ فَلِبَيْتِ الْمَالِ. Has told us [Hajjaj bin Al Minhal] has told us [Hammad bin Salamah] has told us [Qatadah] that [Ali] and [Ibn Mas'ud] both said about the son of a woman who was affected by li'an, he left behind a grandmother and several brothers of the same mother; He said; For grandmothers one third and for brothers and sisters two thirds. In another history [Zaid bin Thabit] said; Grandmother gets one sixth, mother's brothers get one third and the remaining inheritance goes to Baitul Mal. (Degree: authentic. Has told us [Hajjaj] has told us [Hammad] has told us [Hajjaj] that [An Nakha'i] and [Ash Sha'bi] both said; Her mother is entitled to her inheritance. (Degree: authentic. God bless you God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless you God bless you وَسَلَّمَ فِي ابْنِ الْمُلَاعَنَةِ فَكَتَبَ إِلَيَّ أَنَّ may Allah bless him and give him peace and blessings لِأُمِّهِ هِيَ بِمَنْزِلَةِ أُمِّهِ وَأَبِيهِ و قَالَ God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing أَبِيهِ وَأُمِّهِ. Has told us [Muhammad bin Yusuf] has told us [Sufyan] from [Daud bin Abu Hind] from [Abdullah bin Ubaid bin Umair] he said; I once wrote a letter to [my brother] from Banu Zuraiq to ask about the decision of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam in the matter of a woman's child who was affected by li'an, who is the property for? (So ​​he replied to my letter); In fact, Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam decided that his inheritance would be given to his mother, she would occupy the position of his mother and father. Sufyan said; All property goes to mother because she occupies the position of father and mother. (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) Hadits ke-28. أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى عَنْ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنْ عَامِرٍ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ وَعَبْدِ اللَّهِ فِي ابْنِ الْمُلَاعَنَةِ قَالَا عَصَبَتُهُ عَصَبَةُ أُمِّهِ. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Ubaidullah bin Musa] dari [Ibnu Abu Laila] dari [Amir] dari [Ali] dan [Abdullah] tentang anak seorang wanita yang terkena li'an, keduanya berkata; Ashabahnya adalah ashabah ibunya. Hadits ke-29. حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الْحَلَبِيُّ مُوسَى بْنُ خَالِدٍ حَدَّثَنَا مُعْتَمِرٌ عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنْ الْحَسَنِ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ مِيرَاثُ وَلَدِ الْمُلَاعَنَةِ لِأُمِّهِ قُلْتُ فَإِنْ كَانَ لَهُ أَخٌ مِنْ أُمِّهِ قَالَ لَهُ السُّدُسُ. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Al Walid Al Halabi Musa bin Khalid] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Mu'tamir] dari [Yunus] dari [Al Hasan] bahwa ia berkata; Warisan anak seorang wanita yang terkena li'an untuk ibunya. Has told us [Abu Al Mughirah] has told us [Al Auza'i] has told us [Az Zuhri] he said; The inheritance of the child of a woman who performs li'an is entitled to be inherited by her mother. His mother received an inheritance according to the portion that had been determined for her, while the rest was put into the Baitul Mal. (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 31st Hadith. God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ فِي الرَّجُلِ يَكُونُ لَهُ مَا لِلرَّجُلِ وَمَا لِلْمَرْأَةِ مِنْ أَيِّهِمَا يُوَرَّثُ فَقَالَ مِنْ أَيِّهِمَا بَالَ. Has it been reported to us [Ubaidullah bin Musa] from [Isra`il] from [Abdul A'la] that he heard [Muhammad bin Ali] tell from [Ali] about a man who had male genitalia and female genitalia, as to what status he inherited (male or female)? He answered; Judging from the genitals that produce urine (that's where the status is determined). (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 32nd Hadith. God willing هُشَيْمٌ عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ عَنْ شِبَاكٍ عَنْ ام عَلِيٍّ فِي الْخُنْثَى قَالَ يُوَرَّثُ مِنْ قِبَلِ مَبَالِهِ. Has told us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] has told us [Husyaim] from [Mughirah] from [Syibak] from [Ash Sya'bi] from [Ali] about khuntsa, he said; He was given an inheritance based on where his urine came out. (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 33rd Hadith. God bless you سُئِلَ عَامِرٌ عَنْ مَوْلُودٍ وُلِدَ وَلَيْسَ بِذَكَرٍ وَلَا God bless you لِلْأُنْثَى يُخْرِجُ مِنْ سُرَّتِهِ كَهَيْئَةِ الْبَوْلِ وَالْغَائِطِ سُئِلَ عَنْ مِيرَاثِهِ فَقَالَ نِصْفُ حَظِّ Allah's mercy and blessings. Has told us [Abu Nu'aim] has told us [Abu Hani`] he said; [Amir] was once asked about the inheritance of a child who was born without male genitalia and female genitalia, while from his navel came out something like urine and feces. So he answered; (The inheritance share is) half of the man's share and half of the woman's share. (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 34th Hadith. Allah's blessings God willing فَقَالَ إِنِّي سَأَقُولُ فِيهَا بِرَأْيِي فَإِنْ كَانَ God willing God willing فَلَمَّا اسْتُخْلِفَ عُمَرُ قَالَ إِنِّي لَأَسْتَحْيِي اللَّهَ أَنْ أَرُدَّ شَيْئًا قَهُ أَبُو بَكْرٍ. Has told us [Yazid bin Harun] has told us ['Ashim] from [Ash Sha'bi] he said; [Abu Bakr] was once asked about Al Kalalah. So he answered; Actually, I will answer about it based on my opinion. If it's right then it's from Allah and if it's wrong then it's from me and Satan. In my opinion, Al Kalalah is a person who has no father and no children. When [Umar] became caliph, he said; Indeed, I would be ashamed of Allah if I rejected something that Abu Bakr had said. (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 35th Hadith. may Allah bless him and give him peace of mind God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing بِأَصْحَابِ رَسُولّ شَيْءٌ مَا أَعْضَلَتْ بِهِمْ الْكَلَالَةُ. Has told us [Abdullah bin Yazid] has told us [Sa'id] he is Ibn Abu Ayyub, he said; Has told me [Yazid bin Abu Habib] from [Martsad bin Abdullah Al Yazani] from [Uqbah bin Amir Al Juhani] that he said; Nothing was as difficult for the companions of Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam as their difficulties in the Al Kalalah problem. Hadits ke-36. حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنْ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ الْكَلَالَةُ مَا خَلَا الْوَالِدَ وَالْوَلَدَ. Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Yusuf] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Sufyan] dari [Amr bin Dinar] dari [Al Hasan bin Muhammad] dari [Ibnu Abbas] ia berkata; Al Kalalah adalah orang yang tidak memiliki ayah dan anak. Hadits ke-37. أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ يَعْلَى بْنِ عَطَاءٍ عَنْ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ سَعْدٍ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقْرَأُ هَذِهِ الْآيَةَ { وَإِنْ كَانَ رَجُلٌ يُورَثُ كَلَالَةً أَوْ امْرَأَةٌ وَلَهُ أَخٌ أَوْ أُخْتٌ } لِأُمٍّ. Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Muhammad] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Sufyan] dari [Ya'la bin 'Atha`] dari [Al Qasim bin Abdullah] dari [Sa'd] bahwa ia membaca ayat ini: (Jika seseorang mati, baik laki-laki maupun perempuan yang tidak meninggalkan ayah dan tidak meninggalkan anak, tetapi mempunyai seorang saudara laki-laki atau seorang saudara perempuan), yakni seibu. Has told us [Abdullah bin Yazid] has told us [Haiwah] has told us [Abu Al Aswad Muhammad bin Abdurrahman bin Naufal] that ['Ashim bin Umar bin Qatadah Al Ansari] told him that [Umar bin Al Khaththab] was looking for someone who had the right to inherit Ibn Ad Dahdahah, but he did not find a single heir. So he handed over Ibn Ad Dahdahah's assets to Ibnu Ad Dahdahah's maternal uncles. (Degree: authentic. Source: Sunan Ad-Darimi.) 39th Hadith. Allah's blessings God willing وَرَسُولُهُ مَوْلَّ مَنْ لَا وَارِثَ لَهُ. Has informed us [Abu 'Ashim] from [Ibn Juraij] from [Amru bin Muslim] from [Thawus] from [A`isyah] he said; Allah and His Messenger are guardians for people who do not have guardians and maternal uncles are heirs for people who do not have heirs.
